Twice they were no shows. With out a call prior to the expected time. This created significant problems for the person they were to caring for. I can not recommend. I would treat an animal better than they treated my father.

Scheduled in advance however, services were never provided because I was not released from the hospital as planned. Am still in aa rehab facility.

Could not reach caregivers and caregivers did not present on time or came when rescheduled - care givers did not come with appropriate dress or footwear and silver linings were often not reachable to discuss needs

Unreliable from Day One. From the very first scheduled Aide visit the Aides were either late or no shows. An incident in the home is currently being investigated. This is delayed awaiting a written report from either to owner of the company or the employee involved.

Young person who was sent was her phone for about 15-20 mins.when I asked her if she was okay or was she in a rush…she went crazy..yelling swinging her arms, said she was working hard etc etc etc this was about 10:30-11:00 am she all of a sudden calms down & ask “ what do you need love bug” I said in a quiet voice”I think you should leave” she stared at me than agreed to leave. Left trash in my dinnet, boxes a dead bug ??.etc etc . She also came w/a big bag, she said she brought her lunch…? For 4 hr.job?!!!She had to unbox my shoes & put them in a larger container, not too hard right? She started complaining as soon as Asis left, but was “ yes mam’n ,yes man’n “ ina small little girl voice w/ [name removed] …I felt lied to this person could not have been in her 30’s, she complained that I had too many books,and that I needed book shelves… What did she expect? I called the office, explained my predicament & [name removed]came & cleaned up … even picked up the dead bug…about 30 mins. [name removed] was so understand

The management appeared to be more interested in making more of a profit than the care that my parents received. Some of the care tech’s were absolutely awesome and some were absolutely rotten. In my humble opinion, this company scores a 40% out 100%. That’s a failure!

All was wonderful in the beginning. My mom will only allow a certain type of personality in the house so that makes things difficult. I was told to try to get their foot in the door a pie, something my mom loves, would be brought by the home. A way to get in the door say hello and hopefully begin. After a month no one came by to say hello, bring a pie or even call. I was very disappointed.

Hired them to assist my father with light housekeeping and to warm up meals for 3 days per week. My father changed his mind after a few days so I gave them 2 weeks notice to end care. We immediately had issues with no shows and late arrivals. Spoke to them twice to resolve and given assurances that they would improve to no avail. Would not use again.

Do not use them. They send male aides when I specifically ask for only women, and the aides that do come are not someone that should have the job. I thought they went out of business if they didn't, they should.

My family had an extremely troubling experience with this home care company. During the time their caregiver was in our home, a check belonging to my grandparents was written out to the caregiver and cashed without my permission. When my mother reported this to the company, I did not feel that the situation was handled with the seriousness or professionalism it required. This was a major breach of trust and security. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience. I can only hope they do a better job vetting their workers and learn to take immediate action to prevent something like this from happening to anyone else.

I would recommend using any other company but this one. This company is horrible, pay caregivers minimum wage while they are collecting triple that. They treat the caregivers very poorly as well, want them to come in sick.

The gentleman who came out to sign my dad up was very pleasant. The first aide they sent out didn't really interact with my dad or offer any assistance. When they needed to change aides due to scheduling, the second person never showed up. When I called Cornerstone, all they said was "thanks for letting us know" but offered no solutions. They never did any follow up, so I cancelled their services.

I would give them a -1. It was [removed]k. The man came and visited me in rehab so he didn't give any care. Just took my money and made promises. I asked him at least three times did I get the money back and he said yes each time so you not only stole the money but he stole mine truth. I don't like it don't do business with you again.

The care giver they provided, identified as "one of our best," missed two dosages of medication in one day, even with a reminder. She told me that it was my fault because having the medication in the bathroom wasn't convenient. She was shown the medications and had written instructions with the timing of each dose. She was argumentative and thought that she had better ideas about exercises than those prescribed by the Physical Therapist. They need to provide better training and improve their hiring practices

Inconsistent, one was good, the rest were not. They just sat there looking at their phones. Mostly ignored my aunt. The management was really awful. They mislead, avoided and caused poor communication between the caregivers and me. It was a mess a d we terminated the service

Not good. They hired a 70 year old woman who smoked around [name removed] when on our deck. She did nothing but complain about her financial situation and quit without notice after about 4 weeks. 'Nuff said! [name removed] in a hospice care facility now. Forget about it!

I would not refer them to anybody. They were providing in home service for an Alzheimer Patients and the first lady we had was fantastic. But she no longer came, and then I went through three or four others absolute nightmare. Every day my house was a mess. They never made sure the patient took a shower and changed clothes. All they did was have him watch TV.

The manager came and met my dad, and I introduced her to my family, also she sent someone name [name removed]I introduce her to my family also. Gave her a tour of my house inside out. She was to start the following day, I called until I was weak, no response until this very day. My sister thinks they were scammers it hurts that I gave them the tour of my home. They are all a set of thieves if you ask me. They were to care for my dad, no one turned up. I will never trust any more agencies.

Would not recommend. 1 is too high. What they could improve on would be to actually doing light house keeping, in the end I even left lists of things to do. I was required to have her here for 2 hours, but she watched TV or was on her phone. The facilitator was always changing the story on their services...talked fast and in circles. I never did get my refund of $[removed] I said their "services" were no longer needed. Refund check was to be mailed to us. In the beginning, it was nice to have some assistance, overall it was nails on a chalk board. I couldn't take it anymore.

They were absolutely terrible! They billed me for services not rendered. Told me they didn't know how to fix it and it took weeks to get my money back. The stress they caused me is unbelievable! Dont send people there.
