We did not have a good experience with comfort care home care services. There were promises made to have someone come sit with our mother, and on two occasions, one no one showed up. The second time they called about 10 minutes before we were ready to leave, to say that they had no one to come. Mom passed away in March and we tried to cancel the service, and we're told that we would not get our deposit refunded, even though we never used their service services.

We would rate a 0. They're very unprofessional, they lie about what clients owe them. They stink. I don't recommend them, they really took us for a lot of money, we don't know how to proceed to get the money returned

Untrained workers, they sent someone that has never did this type of work before. The things I hired them for did not get done, the people they sent was more interested in how I was living than helping my mom, and when I told them that it was unacceptable for you to not finished their work before the end of shift they didn't come back.

My 90 year old mom prepaid Rivers for personal care which she ended up not needing. She used some of the money for transportation and logged her own rides because they never kept track. When she no longer wanted rides from Them (consistently late) she asked for her deposit back. I have never seen a business owner talk in more circles to say absolutely nothing. Unprepared and unprofessional Ended up ghosting my mom and never returned her money. Watch out.

I do not recommend. No call no show for schedule morning visit.

We didn't know we were to buy groceries so no cooking was required. The person that came out did not know how to clean. I asked her to clean the bathroom. She said she wiped the counter. What about the toilet? No. Sweeping & mopping? No. Dusting? No. The experience was far less than acceptable. She was lazy, kept sitting down. I fired them the next day. I would never refer anyone to them.

They need to do better jobs and be more compassionate they were sloppy and mean and not very kind. I would never go to this place.

No show or late arrival occurs frequently. Sometimes the office calls to announce a problem. But they do not send another caregiver (no backups?). Unless your mom needs no help, look elsewhere. If she ust wants to spend her savings for inconsistent companionship, brightstar might work for her.

They are horrible. Our care giver lied about a broken window. The owner [name removed] screamed at us and called my [age removed] mother in law a liar so no I would not recommend this company. They are very unprofessional and she was all one sided and wouldn't let me get a word in... Very Rude thinking she was Above and beyond everyone ...Just didn't want to hear my side of the story and hung up on me...

I would steer clear of this agency. I had a "nurse" and aide. It turns out, the nurse was not licensed in America and the aide was completely useless. The agency quickly said they would fire them. And then came after me for [amount removed], saying the had to pay them. I never signed a contract that said I had to pay this amount under any circumstance.

If I could give the owner a 0 star rating I would because she is unprofessional does know how to have a adult conversation about concerns of the clients her employees doesn't where ID badges you never know who will be caring for your love ones their is always a different person their I need them to wear a picture ID badge while caring for the clients i would have never picked this company all the reviews are fake the company is fairly new so she has the employees to do a fake review so be careful and do your own background check

Overall house was not as clean as could have been. Did not like the fact that three people were in the same room. Also one staff member, didn’t get the name, she did not speak to me at all was not a friendly person to work in a place of that nature.

I would not recommend that service. Note they were very unreliable. I will comment that I felt they were more concerned with filling a spot in their schedule than making an appropriate care partner.

Poor services, and they will not give me money back for services unrendered. I paid for 6 visits and they came once. They say on the brochure that they do a lot, but when you ask the nurse to get off her ass, quit texting, and do some of the thinks they supposedly offer, you get a call from the nurse's manager saying that they don't do those things. I'm not going to argue with people that are supposed to be there to help. My wife and I were seeking help because I can't take care of her all by myself. I'm already frustrated. I don't need the extra frustration from Heart to Home Health Care not providing the care FOR HER that they guarantee. We made a list. The nurse didn't look at it- yes, we showed it to her. And then she complains when we ask her to do things on that list instead of sitting on the couch staring at her phone. I don't need the extra frustration that Heart 2 Home Health Care offers. I work full time and don't have time to fight in order to get the services needed.

Staff was undependable and one staff member brought her child with her. Would not recommend.

One of the girls we loved. Way too much $$, as family worked harder than service did. I did not recommend this company to anyone, but I did give negative comments to others and I stated my dissatisfaction to Staff.

IF we could give a 0 we would. The worst co wouldn't recommend to anyone. Everything the aides slept thru the night my aunt fell no report of it had to take her to a he hosp. Overcharged need I go on. You should take this co off your roster

At first the manager was so eager and assuring. I specifically requested the same 1-2 people at all times. I stated I had cameras. I was very clear on expectations. We not only had a different person every visit but I was never notified each time and had to figure it out on my own. The employees were leaving during the shift (and still getting paid for their time). Buying cigarettes for my grandma who no longer smokes. Money is missing out of her piggy bank. The list goes on for a two week period before I abruptly demanded service stop. The manager apologized profusely and stated changes were made within the company she had no control over and although I can understand companies make changes, the changes they should be making should include the people they’re hiring to represent them. I will NEVER recommend Home Instead and will ALWAYS share this terrifying experience with others.

Avoid this agency at all costs. After discovering that my mother’s soiled bedding was left unchanged during the entire four hours an aide was supposedly "providing care," I called the home office manager to demand an explanation. Instead of addressing the issue, they doubled down on gaslighting me, insinuating that I and My Mother was lying and that my mother had soiled the bed after the aide left. Let me clarify: I called them at 4:15 PM today; the aide had left at 4:00 PM, and the bedding was already soiled before the aide even arrived per my mom. During the 3 way call the office manager placed me on with the aide, the aide insisted that she had checked and changed the bedding. But when I mentioned the fact that cameras are present in the home the aide story suddenly shifted to, “Oh, well, I changed the bed pad on top of the bedding.” and told me my mother must of urinated on the bed after she left. Right she somehow urinated on the bedding that had a clean pad on top of it.
