We were promised immediate support and flexibility. We got neither of those. People were untrained and one left [name removed] a lone because she said she wasn't trained. She just left without making sure when someone would be back.

Unfortunately I needed some help and Senior Helpers contacted me. They seemed legit and that's where it ended. The Helpers were I'll prepared and I'll equiped. Most Helpers reeked of marijuana. All they wanted to do was sit on a chair, play with their phones and watch TV. My husband still had to do all the work while the Helpers were at my house. The cost was way out of line. It would have been cheaper to put me in a short term facility were I would have 24/7 actual nursing care. This company is horrible and I should be refunded at least [removed price]. Never Again!!!

My mother has Alzheimer’s and we had synergy come in to provide morning care on one day a week so that my father could continue to work on two occasions two different caregivers fell asleep while they were there and on numerous occasions, the caregivers were late the second time that one of the caregivers fell asleep I asked for a refund because why should we pay [removed price] to someone who is sleeping and I got zero response from the owner This place is terrible and do not use them.

Cornerstone was ok until their director left and her replacement (who was hired for a different job eight weeks prior) took over. Caregivers would often no-show, or there was no one scheduled at all. When I stressed the importance of reliability (I have a full time job and can't always leave if someone doesn't show up), I was told that they depend on someone signing up for that shift and they don't always have someone. One time they had a guy scheduled for my 80 year old mother without asking if it's OK. After a few weeks of this, I had to find another agency because they were actually contributing to my stress and burden.

I would not recommend this company. There after hours call center is located outside of the USA. No local office in our area . Poor vetting of their employees

My mom was scheduled for 24/7 in home aides. Workers often did not show up, or left before the next person arrived and my mom could not get into her chair to answer the door. They would sleep on the job and one day my mom called from her bedroom for assistance for TWO hours looking for someone to come get her and help her to the bathroom. The company was very prompt in starting care and collecting money from us. Horrible communication. No one at the home office seemed to care when we called to discuss the problems my mother was having. They said they would look into it, but never did.

The caregiver didn't show up for work at least once that I know of. Her boss sounded shocked but never responded to me to offer an explanation. I paid for that day though. I was told the caregiver would leave a notebook to make me aware of what took place each day but that was never provided. Also, I was not given my deposit back when I ended our relationship with no explanation. This company cannot be trusted.

With Rehoboth services, I was not able to experience Aide punctuality at all. Limited Spanish speaking network. Communication with Owner and Office Staff current and on-time. Aide selection can be improved, just referring to my experience.

Aides dont show up they show up when they want to and this company cheat you out of money you work for. Very unprofessional. This was stated by a client and former employee. Take hard earned money that aides work for and pocket money for there self. Dont care about there clients are the aides. Seem professional but looks were very deceiving.

This company doesn't return text or call. They send people with no experience and they send people when they want them to come not when it's convenient for me. How can a business run like this? They never listen to what I say, just do what they want. If you need someone for your loved one this is not the company. I have never met the owners. One person put a dish drain on the counter then put wet dishes in it. Water everywhere. I hope there is an agency that will take complaint and take it seriously.

I was very disappointed with the experience. I waited for the director to come by with the assistant all day. Late hour I received a text that there was an emergency and they couldn’t make it. Understood but I was contacted only after I texted. Two days later a woman showed up at my house without the director telling me she was the new assistant?! Communication is key in any business! Lastly, the refund check bounced!! I was reimbursed eventually but it all left a bad taste in my mouth.

But American Finnish Home care is excellent for us and we like them much better. [Removed name], sent one very devoted husband to his wife and church but he would not stay long enough to give any real help. So he stayed about 30 minutes. And left not willing to work in the atmosphere of the house. And complained he couldn't breathe to try to help my husband. So I was called by American Finnish Home care and they are very kind, understanding and helpful!

I discontinued care through this agency after 2 very disappointing weeks of overnight care for my father. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Bryce Health Service.

The person that was assigned to my mother did nothing but played on her phone. She also indicated that she would work cheaper by cutting your company out, and charge my mother cash?!? As I followed up on Edna’s care, I quickly realized that she was not getting the help she needed.

I was admitted and was shown my bed which was still unmade by a previous patient. The first night I spent the entire night with a diaper full of shit. I complained several times to the attendants but no one ever came by to clean me. The facility was filthy and kept extremely cold in every room. The next day I complained to the person in charge but the service never became acceptable. The next night I complained of chest pains and still a dirty diaper. The following morning i left without permission and was put under the care of a much more acceptable and professional facility. I would never recommend this place. It was horrible, unclean, and I also believe unsafe!

Am not happy with they service they are very irresponsible and they don't help nothing a they don't responded the calls and the massage am waiting for help from yesterday and nobody come to assist me

Well in the beginning everything was great. That was the first two days. From then on the caregiver was lazy and she would stay working after the time that she was supposed to work.. And then the company tried to charge me for more hours than was needed. And then I called [name removed]and asked him if I can hire a caregiver from 7 o’clock to four on a Monday and he told me that being that I was calling late on a Sunday that he would either have to charge me more if I order for a caregiver that late again. So I told him Monday wasn’t good and Tuesday would work and he said OK. Tuesday morning came along after I changed all my plans from Monday to Tuesday Tuesday morning came along at 7 o’clock in the morning and no one showed up and no one called to let me know that no one was coming. And then I get a text from [name removed]at 7 o’clock in the evening, saying if I plan on using them in the future that I’m gonna have to hire them for all week long eight hours a day or not to call them anymore. so

They never helped with my dad in his last few months of life so I don’t know why they are asking me to answer these questions I have nothing else to say

Presentation of their services and abilities was satisfactory. However that was not I/ we received. The caregiver was not experienced; I clearly stated the severe medical condition of the client., The care giver was not certified; It was stated that the caregiver would be.,On the first day, the representative was late as no was not in Philadelphia. She arrived late. The caregiver had no identification to verify that he worked for the company. Most days the caregiver was late and spent time to eat his breakfast before see the client., and He spent more time on his computer. I had to dismiss him and terminate my relationship with the company..It was not a very good or professional event.

We met with them and paid up front as required. They asked when we wanted to start and we all decided the next week. The day and time someone was supposed to be there NO ONE SHOWED UP. I called and they said they didn't have anyone scheduled to come. We told them to just cancel it. If you can't be reliable we don't need your help.
