Not a good one worker is not doing there job. Gets along with my daughter but doesn't do anything. My daughter has not had a shower in 3 months or washed up, and doesn't even brush her hair.

They are misleading in their advertising. Their brochures state all levels of care customized to the individual, yet they only offer, and push 24/7 live-in caregivers.

I had a terrible experience with Aides & Companions. The initial meeting/interview was encouraging, but then all subsequent communication was with a scheduler. I was clear on my needs, but the 1st aide they sent me, a mother herself, was unable to diaper me. After 3 weeks of that, it was on to the next. The next aide was competent, but arrived for work one day late, and based on the strong aroma coming from her, was possibly under the influence of something. Later, on my security camera, while still on shift, I saw her smoking something that was clearly not a cigarette. The rest of the day her behavior was inappropriate at times. (I.e. frequently leaving the house, falling asleep.) When confronted with this situation & even with proof from my security cameras, the scheduler said the aide denied it & even if I didn't want her back, even if I felt unsafe, I would have to take her for the following week because they had no coverage for me. With that, I severed my relationship with Aides & Companions. My OT & one of my nurses referred [removed]. So far, I'm pleased. They were extremely responsive & communication has been good. The aides have also been pleasant, professional & capable. However, the hourly rates are on the higher side.

Their CNA stayed on her phone the whole time even my sick husband had to ask her to please focus on him as he was fighting for his life. He was ill and past away. They need better communication with clients, a more professional paperwork system. They had to go to Kinko's to print copies of what I signed and get back to me. I was due a refund and they refused to return it. I would not recommend them to anyone,

Not reliable, the caregiver we received was not able to take care of the patient. The patient fell while the caregiver was there and we never received a call about the incident. When I canceled there service, we were supposed to be the deposit mad and we were never refunded.

[name removed] told me things that were included, such as doctor would come in the middle of night if needed, they would send a lab to take blood 24/7. Would always have same backup person if main caregiver was not available. And, so much more. Felt like he did a total bait and switch.

The sales pitch was great, and I had high hopes. The plan was to give the parient spongebaths, woundcare, help with changing the sheets etc. The whole session was supposed to be 1-3 hours. None of that happened. An older lady, I could barely communicate with, showed up. She did not bring any supplies, and I mean nothing. Not even gloves. Good thing I had some myself. She had a hard time putting the gloves on and she must have gone through half a box before she was able to put them on even though the gloves I had were large and her hands were small. In itself no big deal, but for a professional it was a litthen odd. In broken English she asked me what I wanted her to do. I asked her if anybody told her what the deal was with this patient, which was apparently not the case. Anyway, she ended up going over the patient supervisually with a dude wipe and that was it. She didn't want to do anything else. Nothing I had been doing myself. The whole visit lasted less than 15 minutes.

We had it scheduled for two months and then the night before our first scheduled visit they called and told us they did not have anyone to come.

I had a wonderful first meeting to get set up. Questions were asked as to what kind of care giver for my mom. The first day the care giver was supposed to be here at 11 and at 11:30 we called to see what happened. They had the time wrong and said they would send someone. The person came an hour later and not what we had discussed. When we got home we found the care giver asleep in our recliner with the lights in the house off. She had checked on my mom one time. She must have been dropped off because she had to wait to be picked up. It was very awkward considering the situation. So horrible experience and I wouldn’t use the company again.

It was truly disappointing. We were promised many things and very little came to fruition. In terms of scheduling, we were told that it could be a minimum of two hours, but then when it was actually time to schedule, we were told that people wouldn’t work for less than four hours. Instead of having a semi regular person, we had different people most days. Most we had the same person three times a week of the seven days. One of the caregivers was on her phone or in the bathroom the entire time. I actually had tell her to leavetwo hours. they were not responsive to our. Concerns. Billing was inaccurate for every single cycle.

4 caregivers in 6 visits. Two were excellent. 2 were marginal. They Over charged by putting wrong hours on invoices. Very reluctant to refund. Very rude when I tried to explain the problem and hung up on me. I did get partial refund

Don't do it.they over boll and don't spend the time they bill for and the milage not good either.you ask for a review and then you tell me how many words to use these guys are not good get it!!!!!

If I could leave a zero stars I would. We hired a nurse for an overnight after my sister the caregiver died. My mother with dementia needed someone other than me who she thought was her childhood abuser. The assigned nurse arrived and rather than take the lead in care she wanted to be our backup. Less than an hour in she told us she was stepping out to make a phone call and instead grabber her things and left.

Our experience was pretty awful. 2 different caretakers literally fell asleep on the job. Another one went into the master bathroom and did her hair, leaving quite a bit of hair all over the counter. One girl was asked to cook and lied saying their was no meat in the refrigerator, so the meat later had to be thrown out. Only one of them was willing to do any housework. All of them (except one) ate food that my mom paid for. More than once we were asked to leave my mom alone because the caregiver was going to be late. More than once we were told that they might not be able to cover a shift

Was ripped off financially[Amount Removed] deposit, I was promised to be refunded half of but never received. I do not recommend this service, poor work service and the manager needs to be replaced .It took a worker 2 hours to dust off 3 end tables, which I could have had my 12 year old granddaughter do twice as fast

It started off good, but then they started coming in late, leaving early arguing with my parents because they didn't know how to deal with people with dementia. Evidently when we would call about people not showing up no one will answer the phone or they would just say they don't have anyone coming. When we tell them we're getting another agency they just didn't show up for the last weekend of work. They weren't able to give my mother showers or do her changing of the wound that we showed.

The initial meeting was amazing, but she didn’t provide the care, it went downhill fast. They are a “family business”, that means the mother the aunt and the daughter ARE the business. The daughter had far too many commitments at home to give my mother the time I paid for. The mother committed her daughter to 12-16 hour overnight shifts that constantly had to be rearranged. She was a no show twice, and that was “2 strikes and your out”. We still had to pay[Amount removed] for 2 weeks for cancelling the contract, even though they breached the contract by not providing services promised. So, in summary, do not use this company.

Look elsewhere if you want reliable help for your loved one we had one person leave and shifts weren’t even covered at all, you give them your money and they weren’t reliable. I can say what care did come in the first few days they were great and helpful but then the problems started and we were left alone with no help and money was never refunded even after phone calls and text messages.

I have been providing unpaid caregiving for a family member since November 2025; recoviering from a stroke. My responsibilities include managing appointments, transportation, and most aspects of personal care, aside from what her boyfriend assists with. Initially, [name removed] the CEO was pleasant during our first phone conversation. However, during the interview, I felt unable to fully express myself, as she maintained a very controlling presence in the conversation. The overall tone came across as rigid and somewhat unwelcoming. Given the name “Plant the Seeds,” I expected an approach rooted in compassion and encouragement. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values

The change in management has been a disaster for my family. Rude people shouldn’t work in this field. Definitely won’t use this service again. What is going on here? We use to get great caregivers, and communication from the office. Not anymore.
