This team of people is compassionate , caring and competent. There is so much versatility in the help they offer and can tailor to each individual’s situation. They can pivot (with a bit of notice) as circumstances dictate and can modify with the long term needs as they change. I could not have been more impressed with the gentleness and kindness [name removed] showed at Mom’s intake. And my Mom and I both adored the woman they matched to her for her ongoing help. (Love you, [name removed]!).

Our experience working with Preferred Care at Home to provide in-home care services for my husband, who required physical assistance after being released from the hospital, was more than we could have hoped for. The owner was very personable and professional, helping, guiding, and assisting us in every capacity possible. The caretakers themselves who came into our home were very helpful, personable, and professional as well. If we had a rare issue with one of them, the owner saw to it that the issue was addressed immediately to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Preferred Care at Home for anyone requiring the home care-giving services they provide.

Met all my needs in an excellent fashion. Care giver was on time and kept communicating as needed. Recommend in the future.

I had two different places to choose from. After meeting with each of them, I made my decision to select Key Rose Home Care based on how friendly and personable [name removed] was. She met me at my house, and also met my mother who was still receiving care at the hospital. While talking with her, she said that they (Key Rose) focus on treating clients as if they're family, and while talking about certain things, we noticed that her and I have similar personalities. We both use humor and mild sarcasm to make jokes and get through rough times. We have had different caregivers helping my mother, but I think that my mother and I have a few favorites. We have only had a few problems with one, but we managed to get that taken care of. Overall, Key Rose Home Care is a very good, caring, and helpful company that can provide services to watch over & care for your loved ones that are in need of Home care or hospice services.

Carer was outstanding. Very professional but very compassionate. Hourly rates are competitive but a little higher that others but will accept fewer hours as their requirement. All in all a very favorable experience.

The lady that runs Cornerstone is truly an awesome person. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you get the right caregiver for your loved one. She sends different caregivers to you until you have the right fit for your family. She follows up with you to make sure everything is going well because she sincerely cares. I’m so happy that I went with this company. My father’s caregiver is a perfect fit for him and the family. We love the lady that runs Cornerstone and our caregiver. Thank you we are very grateful to have found this company.

My experience with One You Love Home Care was excellent. [name removed] was amazingly responsive and a great communicator. My questions were always answered immediately, and everyone involved went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The care, my mother received was compassionate and comfortable!

Loved the communication and assistance with my 85 year old mother. I felt very comfortable with the employees spending time with her and encouraging her to do things to keep her busy. I would recommend them to anyone who need assistance with their aging parents that insist on staying in their home.

Senior helpers has been great. We have recommended them to other residents. Really appreciate their flexibility and compassion with my mother. Thank you.

I am satisfied with the services I have received both from this management and from the caregivers. I give them 9/10 score. Happy I am getting good care thus far.

My parent was discharged from a lengthy inpatient stay and was very weak, with 0 ADLs. Excel responded to our query immediately and they set us up with caregivers within 24 hours, despite it being a holiday. All aides provided competent and compassionate care. We eventually discontinued services because my parent rebounded quickly due in part to the quality of care rendered.

They’ve sent the right person for the job every time. Highly appreciative of their support, guidance and attention to detail.

They took an immediate action to help me in a very critical situation. They just jumped right in and helped me. They sent me wonderful professional caring people to help care for my husband. I was very pleased with all their work and personality.

Although they took care of my mother for a short time I will always be grateful for the caregivers that were so loving and supportive of us as a family. No contracts to tie you down! It was stress free in a moment of need. The personal care from the coordinators was more than what I expected. Compared to other companies that I have had contacted before , I 100% recommend One you Love!!!

As you know, when people get older, they're very stubborn, an hard to deal with the caregiver that we have is reasonable understanding and always goes the extra yard. No matter how hard the patient is for them to care for. I would recommend this caregiver to anyone looking for an excellent professional caregiver

Great so far everyone is doing great job and watches her close plus respects us when I needed more help. All I needed was to ask, and they came through.

Home Care Family has been extremely helpful and responsive in their services. They completely Customized services to my mom’s needs. Caregivers are great and very personable. We will be trying out their house cleaning service next!

HomeWell Care Services did a wonderful job caring for my 79 year old mother. My mom had just left the hospital as an in-patient and HomeWell met her at her apartment the day she was released. HomeWell responded to all my questions and requests very promptly. I would give them 4.5 only because of the several weeks of out-of-pocket service, I had one or two days of no-shows. That area was hit hard with several days to weeks of blackouts. So, I give HomeWell some grace.

The staff is professional and kind. They treated my parents with respect and kindness. I would recommend this service to people I like.

I have been very impressed with the representative, [name removed] that we have been working with. She responds asap with any questions or services we need . Our situation is new to us and her guidance and support has been so comforting. The caregivers that they sent have been amazing. The fact that my husband feels comfortable when they are here make leaving him not so stressing. I would recommend this company.
