They are very good at finding help when I need it. It would be nice to get a text message with who is coming and confirmation so I am sure someone is coming. Only had one incident where there was no one coming but they found someone quickly. Yes, we would recommend Assisting Hands Home Care to other families.
The care services depends on the experience of the particular caregiver and it is on the expensive side. They are really easy to set up. Very responsive to my concerns, ability to fill staffing gaps. Very nice and considerate care workers.

We like the provider, [name removed]. He is very helpful. He has been able to come when we needed him. [name removed], who is the office manager is kind and responsive to my queries. I needed the invoices printed in a certain way to submit to my husband's. trust. [name removed] had to work on that but I think he has got it figured out. I was impressed that [names removed] came to the evaluation visit. I am pleased with the service. My husband is happy and [name removed] is making my life easier.

I think Griswold is a good run service, however, the care givers that we dealt with were very unreliable. I had several last minute cancellations that left me with no care for my mom. I'm not sure how the company can change that. Unfortunately, my mom passed away a few weeks ago so you can take me off the email list. I wish all the best to Griswold home care services. Yes, I would recommend Griswold Care to other families.
