She gave me a chance to use her agency. Because I had called another before this one and someone answered the call and said it was only for rich people...It disappointed me. But I didn't give up. Looking for the right agency! Which was Rosy Health! Thanks so much in confiding in me!

Divine Care Home Services staff are all very nice. The first one will be back and be my regular as soon as school starts. It has really helped getting my groceries on line. Someone has always shown up with no no shows so far.

What we like most about Cornerstone Caregiving is that the staff are prompt and friendly. Will make changes in scheduled visit times. [name removed] is an excellent caregiver.

We really liked [name removed]. She always found things to clean and help my mom. She took great care of my Dad and supported my mom so nicely. I had to request the schedule weekly to see what openings I needed to fill. I wasn't always told if changes were made to the schedule so that made it tough. They told me several times that it was difficult for them to find people that were willing to travel to westbrook.

We like the flexibility when it comes to scheduling and they are nice. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families

Because they are neighbors, they and we are adjustable. A week or 2 at a time visits recorded which could change the next period.

Service is basic. They could use some more connection with the client. The client feels like she is being babysat rather than engaging with her. They will do what ever chores you leave for them but they are not very proactive with house chores. When schedule changes happen they are not timely in letting us know. Sometimes not at all. That has gotten better with me complaining and calling the owner.

I think the caregivers are new employees. With more experience they will be dependable. The owner himself was willing to step in. Its been almost 2 months. I appreciate their concerns

So far we have only had a few days. [name removed] was energetic and worked initially to (in my opinion) To set an example of her expectations of a new employee. We initially hired them because we thought my wife might need to be taken to daily treatments but that turned out not to be the case.

We like their quick response to my calls, friendly and willing to help in anyway. Yes we would recommend their services to other families based on our experience

I have a dog and one of the aid was afraid. Their reliability and punctuality is always on time. With the ease of care while it is great to have tons of care takers. Interview took some time. A lot of email and phone calls. Wide range of costs.

This young lady has the greatest sense of humor. Don’t let the look lead you. She came in the rain to follow up on my needs after calling in for help. I wasn’t expecting her but she came. She said she would and She did.

What we like the most about their services is that they are timely and do what the caretaker is asked to do. We feel that the price is too high for what the caretaker does, but then again it is probably worth if asked to do more. They are always prompt when I called. Especially last minute.

Really good attitudes of the caregivers much better than what I have experienced with other services. It's taken a while for [name removed] to adjust but that's not their issue. But it's getting better every week. The Jamaican accent is taking a while to understand but we're getting there. All in all I am very satisfied.

They responded quickly to our initial request. In home visit was relatively quick. Friendly. Pricing became unclear once we received our invoice. It was supposed to be a flat fee. It wasn't.

It would have been all 5's, but the last lady to work with my mom showed up as she was having a stroke. Thank God my sister was there too. The care giver kept saying she didn't know what to do, and didn't even want to be there. Not very professional to complain about having to work in front of a client, let a lone when the client is having a stroke.

What we like the most about their services was the Ease of starting care

Overall experience - Good, trustworthy, overall good companions for my husband. Some helpers were not as chatty as others. Ken like the chatty people Reliability and Punctuality - Absolutely Ease of starting care - Pretty good. Most just took over. Communication and Responsiveness - Good. Helped with things I didn't even mention such as folding clothes, doing dishes Friendliness - Yes. I was around some of the time, individuals ask what they could do. Took Ken for short walks, etc Care services - Good, responsive Value for cost - Wellll. Very expensive overall. Not paid for by insurance, etc. But I was comfortable with my husband being cared for, so it was worth it

Their billing transparency could have been a bit better. For example there was a balance left from the initial deposit. It would be nice to have an account to view your balance or invoice etc. [name removed] was an excellent caregiver though. I think they are a small outfit. They send me a check for the unused balance upon request once I let them know I wouldn't need additional care in the near future.
