We had a rough start but Kailee got things right now. Caregivers,[Names Removed] are great caregivers. They come and immediately go to work. No sitting and playing with phones. They take care of my wife like family. I don’t mean to slight the others but these 2 ladies deserve special recognition.

Staff were very flexible and understanding during my mother‘s recent health crisis. They were able to provide staff on short notice and were understanding about sudden changes in our scheduling. The staff they sent were friendly companions, but did not provide services beyond their presence to assist movement around the house and into the bathroom. We did have one day where we were scheduled to have a companion, and she did not show.

It has been very helpful to have someone to drive my mom and help her with errands, house cleaning, and other everyday tasks that get to be too hard for her, like changing batteries, and downloading files, etc. The main reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the first helper didn’t show up after the second visit. It was pretty last minute so it didn’t go over well with mom. The owner was very apologetic and offered to come herself so I will say they are very accommodating and compassionate, which is so important in this type of work.

I have been very pleased with the office staff - every time I called to ask questions or clarify scheduling everyone was kind and caring. We found a home health aide that my mom likes and we were able to have her be our primary person every week, so I am very pleased at their ability to accommodate us.

HomeWell is a new agency that is working hard to provide the best care for their clients. They make sure the client and the care giver are a perfect fit. My experience so far is that the person they chose for my caregiver is an intelligent young woman that makes me feel secure when she is at my home and very helpful at doctor appointments. This is my first experience using an agency like HomeWell, and I’m glad I made the choice.

Was able to start home care without any issues. The Aid that was assigned to take care of my wife was very helpful and professional.

The person sent did well. It just takes time to adjust to a new caregiver. We only used them once because we had regular caregivers. The time with my mother was pleasant. She had no complaints. We would use them again.

I worked with [name removed] of Interim to find caregivers for my cousin with ALS. [name removed] was able to fill the request and responded to feedback about what worked best for the client. He sincerely tried to match our needs. I really appreciated the time he took to introduce new caregivers and acclimate them to the client's needs.

The owner is very hands on and accommodating. Staff is reliable and if they call out owner tries to find replacement as soon as he can. Good if you need home care and some personal care but staff cannot give medicine, can only remind patient to take it.

Management was very quick to respond to any issue, including scheduling and appropriate personnel for the tasks required. If there were any problems, they were quick to try to resolve them. The people they sent to assist were wonderful.

Overall, the company office staff is fantastic I had someone take care of my mom 24 seven while we were away on a trip The Night girls were fantastic. They went above and beyond. The day shift girls need some work, only one girl was tentative and caring. Two others were not. One girl totally ignored my mother for three full days and stayed on her phone. Never did any breakfast dishes, or cleaned up my mother’s bedroom or bathroom. Overall, I would definitely hire this company again if needed and I would make sure those two girls would never come back

We really liked [Name Removed] who did our assessment. And the first aide was great but then she got hurt. And didn’t return. It took about 3 different girls then we found a good match. We no longer need their services but we will call when them back when needed . [Name Removed] was helpful when concerns came up. The aides were very nice and helpful.

The caregiver treats my mom with compassion and respect. She takes time to complete puzzles with her and is concerned with her eating. My mother really likes her. [name removed] gets back to me on a timely fashion.

The care staff and the administrative staff are excellent. They are competent and respectful. They communicate with the client with promptness. They followup on administrative issues. They adapt to one’s needs. You will be well served by this homecare team.

HomeWell stepped in and covered 14 hours a day that was needed. My mom’s daughters and granddaughters have chose not help taking care of her. This has been an hard transition for my mom as she is 94 and always very independent. [Name Removed], the owner, has been very involved with her care. I know I can be out and she is being taking care of. She has some rock star caregivers. I like it that if there was a delay between caregivers that [Names Removed] have shown up to fill the gap.

[name removed] at CareCo seems genuinely concerned for her staff and clients. She is quick to respond to requests and concerns. The two regular caregivers are pleasant and respectful to my mother, who is 92 and bedridden.

Cornerstone was available with caregivers for 24/7 care within 2-3 days after my request. Remarkable! Most of the caregivers were professional and only a few were not. When I informed them of these few people, they took them off the schedule just as they said they would prior to service. If I had any questions about the schedule or canceling coverage for a few days, they were very friendly and always available by phone. The cost of their services was less than most companies but the quality of services was above average. I would highly recommend there services!

The majority of the care givers have been very good. In the couple of months I’ve been with them, I have had four caregivers. The first one was with us for a month (petite, strong, healthy, young) died. She drank a lot of energy drinks. I think that did it. I had one that gave into my husband’s not wanting to shower and she stayed to herself a lot. The others have been excellent.

Pretty good, some small hip cups. Not sure if this is common. Staff is friendly and courteous. Once in a great while could run a little late on a shift change. Invoice usual ok but I keep track to keep tabs on the actual hours.
