I interviewed several caregiver companies in the local area, after my parents were in an automobile accident. We only used them short term, but was very pleased with [name removed], [name removed]and staff!

Home Care Advocacy is a good company. The caregivers and the administration were good. They worked with us on finding what worked best for us and accommodated every change we needed or made. A few times there was miscommunication but was worked out almost immediately. A few times the workers were late, but always stayed later if that was the case. We had one problem with a caregiver and it was taken care of swiftly and we were happy with the outcome. The ladies we had in our home were absolutely wonderful to my grandmother who is suffering from dementia. They became almost like family in the short amount of time we had them. The only thing I wish was, we would get a printed weekly breakdown of costs. We wanted to verify times and work schedules.

My mother's caregiver that attended her was very caring, helpful and very skilled. One who went above and beyond to make sure the patient was very comfortable. when I did have an issue, Cornerstone they did not hesitate to correct that issue. Make sure that the patient was well cared for I am very grateful for their service.

Caregiver arrived on time with supervisor for initial care. Afterwards always arrived at agreed time, dressed appropriately and behaved professionally.

The coordinator was great getting us set up, responsive and able to answer questions. Put our mind at ease knowing that mom has someone wonderful dedicating time to care for her, and giving dad a break. By the way, we love our main caregiver!

All the staff were good with the exception of one. Our needs kept rapidly changing as my dad went down hill and Cornerstone was great about changing our schedule, getting more help - whatever we needed. Mason was our favorite caregiver and he stayed with us really late my dad's last night even though he wasn't supposed to. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone Caregiving.

David the owner is knowledgeable, accommodating, and earnest. Tardiness occurs with a few. Keep an eye on your time billed so together you can confirm accuracy.. Aides come with all levels of knowledge which may require more demand from the homeowner to instruct in. Some individuals don’t engage in conversation with my husband others due. My expectations are not only for personal care, but meal and drink provisions and engagement socially in conversation and activities. All caregivers are kind. Some engage more easily and are assertive others need direction. For the most part, the company is reliable and holds themselves in required standards. I am happy to have them and would recommend them to others

I have been using the service for only several months. Thus far the service received has been very good. The young ladies sitting with my mother in-law have quickly developed a good relationship with her. She trusts them. The service has been willing to work with our needs. Have been very accommodating.

My father is in hospice and my 84 year old mother can not lift him. My siblings and I are out of town and need to know they are safe. Now we do.

I was very nervous leaving my husband for 3 nights because he is completely dependent on help. He cannot transfer in and out of his wheelchair without assistance. We have coverage during the day but I needed night coverage. The director of Senior Helpers contacted me right away and set up an appointment to come to the house the next night to see if her company could meet my husbands need. Dr. Sai was very professional and asked all the right questions. She evaluated my husband, looked at his equipment and reviewed his routine. When I got back from the trip my husband said everything went AMAZING. He loved the conversation with his caretaker and she was strong. She made dinner, helped his toileting and got him to bed. The only thing I wish was that during the 4 night stay (4 hours per night) I thought she might get some laundry done. I guess I didn’t specify that so she just say and chatted and watched TV when not attending to him. It’s not that big of a deal. She was great otherwise.

Amada has been very helpful getting caregivers who drive to take my sister to doctors appointments. Excellent job cleaning and helping maintain a peaceful environment.

The administration with Cornerstone Care genuinely want to help you with your needs. The staffing has been a bit of a challenge. However, we have settled in and are doing well.

I had no issues with the caregivers. The only thing that was an issue was that I asked for a male caregiver in the event my cousin had to take a shower. They sent over very competent care givers who were very attentive. However my cousins combative condition was not a match for an outside caring agencym

Care givers were great. They are friendly, attentive, and made my Moms last days as comfortable as possible. They helped make a horrible time bare-able.

Its been a short time since i enrolled my parent in your company. So far so good. They have a exceptional employee named Amy she has been instrumental for me. A few hicups, however she was on top of it instantly.

I liked being able to text to schedule care, and I liked the convenience of short notice. Most people were very reliable and helpful. Yes, I'd recommend, but if you want consistency, that's not a benefit.

Cornerstone was extremely helpful in providing the care and support our mother needed. The nurses were consistently punctual, compassionate, and professional, and my mother genuinely enjoyed their company. Their staff demonstrated great patience, understanding, and attentiveness throughout her care, always ensuring she was comfortable and never rushed during any part of the process. We truly appreciated the kindness and respect they showed our mother, and we would confidently use their services again in the future if needed.
