Genuinely care about the people they come in contact with. Respond promptly with requests and changes. Provide compassionate care of a vulnerable population. I would recommend them to all people.

My experience with Senior Helpers has been wonderful. The owners made my family and I feel extremely comfortable and provided a guide in my new adventure of taking care of my father.

Cornerstone Caregiving was always ready to help us. They were professional and could have been the right fit. We only had one caregiver come for several hours. He was kind and thoughtful. We don’t know for sure if he was trained in how to move someone from their bed to their wheelchair. My husband felt unsafe when moving was done. That something that could be easily fixed. I think if a person tried their services - they could find the right person to help them.

My twin sister and I have our 98 year old father with Alzheimer's dementia, living alone in his home in Southern California and we and all family members live in AZ or another state. [Names Removed] have been patient and understanding and strive to have a caregiver available to meet our father's needs when his private caregiver is not available or as respite. They have been very accommodating.

After our first meeting I felt comfortable with [name removed] and the company’s policies. Cornerstone Care is a competent, compassionate provider. [name removed] was willing to work with us to get a compatible caregiver and meet our scheduling needs. We haven’t been using their services very long, but, I will always recommend Cornerstone Care.

We had someone come to sit with my mother-in-law before she was admitted to the hospital for a month. I don’t remember the young lady’s name but she was a very kind care giver. My mother-in-law really liked her.

Cornerstone has been very good and supportive. My issue is the cost, $[removed] a day for four hours adds up quickly. I realize there are benefits to going through a company. They make sure you have someone every day. I did not qualify for any benefits, and I do not know how much longer I’ll be able to pay $[removed] a month. I do not know how much Cornerstone pays their caregivers, but I was told it is not near $[removed] an hour.

Staff was professional, curteous and responsive at all times. The caregiver assigned to my mother provided excellent care up until the time of her death on [date removed]. I highly recommend this agency.

Quality of care is inconsistent between caregivers. Not all caregivers can cook and some even screw up frozen meals. Too much staff turnover.

They proactively communicate clear on pricing. Can get coverage when regular team takes time off.

This is a new franchise with some initial deficiencies in response but trying very hard to satisfy their obligations. Should be considered as viable for future needs.

After trying out a few of their workers problems involving scheduling, I have settled down into a routine that meets my needs. I would imagine that any person would want to interview the helper to find out if they have the experience and energy that a helper would need. This franchise is rather new and is run by an energetic and dedicated owner. I pay $[removed] an hour and use my helper 9 hours per week I don’t know what the helpers are paid, some kind of benefits I believe, I have Parkinson’s and my helper can do most anything that I need, but I would imagine that everyone has different needs and different schedules. Overall, I give it a B+.

[name removed] was great in helping me get immediate care for my Dad. We even needed over night care which he found for us in less than 24 hours. However the quality of the caregivers was not good. We ultimately element with another agency for this reason.

This company seems to have issues hiring reliable staff. They have been very nice and most do a good job. The main person that I've had is late pretty much every day, as much as an hour. Sometimes I feel like the insurance company is being milked...people working beyond end of shift after I notify them that shift is over or they drag their feet completing tasks to make a shift go into overtime to complete tasks. This person makes end of shift beyond her hours. There's really not much to do.

Home Instead worked with my family to find the best staff for mom. The home health aides we have are wonderful. I never have to worry when I am away from home, knowing mom is in good hands.

They are always nice and helpful. There have a been a few scheduling glitches, but they always answer and fix them immediately. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall an excellent experience! The owner is extremely responsive and very willing to work with the family. The caregivers that have come into the home are experienced and know their job. As a family, my parents, requested two specific caregivers that they really felt comfortable with and the owner was able to make that happen for live in care. As a family we are very happy with senior helpers!

Wonderful care givers, very attentive. Well organized office and management who are overall very supportive. My only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the changeover in staff is more frequent than I hoped for.

Aide was knowledgeable and had a good personality. HOWEVER I NEGLECTED to check my invoices/time sheet and she was listing start time as 8:30 when many times it was much later. Not the company's fault, but mine. Explained situation to owner and he said he will not use this aide in the future.

So far, our experience has been outstanding. The team has been reliable, responsive, and professional from the very beginning. They took the time to understand our family’s needs and matched my husband with an excellent caregiver. Our caregiver is compassionate, dependable, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure my husband is comfortable, safe, and well cared for. She has made a meaningful difference in his daily routine and has given me tremendous peace of mind knowing he is in such capable hands.
