Most of the caregivers for my mom are hardworking and helpful. My mom’s health has improved and her walking is much more stable.

The sales group and management team were very good to work with. [name removed] understood my needs / demands and worked to satisfy them. Too many of the other companies don’t understand how important communication is. I had no such problem with cornerstone. [name removed] was one of our caregivers and she was so caring. I’ll use them again if I need to As an fyi, I stopped using them because I found 2 caregivers that worked for themselves so I have hands on exceptional caregivers without the added expense of paying an agency. All agencies have high rates but not guaranteed to provide great service that meet the needs of the person needing care. But if you must, Cornerstone is a good choice.

A significant injury leading to a hip replacement coupled with Parkinsons forced my wife and I to seek outside assistance after leaving rehabilitation. We called "A Place fo Mom", as we had very positive things about them. They listened to what we were saying and referred us to "Home Instead". Our experience with them after several months is for the most part very good. Most of the care givers that we have met are capable and committed to being helpful. The support people are terrific. We met one of the trainers, and she was clearly exceptional.

Assisting Hands has been great to work with. [name removed] and [name removed] are always available to answer questions and assigning workers when needed. I have two elderly parents with different needs and it’s been great not to have to worry at night anymore as the care givers have taken on the responsibility of keeping them safe at night. Assisting Hands is also great about making sure the caregiver they provide works well for your specific needs and requirements. I have been very pleased with their service.

Care givers have been respectful and kind. 1St 4 weeks were tough because it was a different person each time meaning reintroducing and job expectations every week. Have had the same person for 2 weeks and that is helpful.

Started off ok, however in home assistant was non agreeable on several tasks that were expected. Had a fill in that was 180* improvement. Since then, my folks have been much happier with their in home care assistant.

The person assigned to my aunt was very professional, courteous, and encouraging. I would recommend senior helping seniors to others. Unfortunately if my aunt had remained in Georgia this service is not something she could afford long term on her limited income.

The only thing that really upset me with them was that they charged me for an over stay even though our Mom was in the ER and not going home. But because it was not 24 hour notice they still charged us as of them being there that night.

Home Instead has worked well with us in an effort to find the right fit for Mom. The first two caregivers did not work out. The third caregiver who started this week seems to be doing very well, and Mom is happy at this point.

From the beginning, we asked for consistency with caregivers. In 2 1/2 months of using BrightStar of Lake County my mom was sent 4 different helpers. Maybe it was because my mom only wanted help 2 days a week for 3 hours each day but it was not a good fit. We are no longer using the services of BrightStar of Lake County. It is my opinion that they have a difficult time keeping staff.

Meets my expectations - I am pleased with the services being provided. I appreciate their responsiveness to my inquiries

We were with Honest1 for only a short period of time, as we had to move our parents to an assisted living home due to dad never recovering from a 3 week hospital stay. We chose Honest1 after meeting with several companies. They seemed like a good fit. One of the things we liked hearing was that the caregiver would drive both our folks to the community center or Wendy's, etc. a couple times each month, but that never happened. We learned the caregiver didn't have a driver's license. I would assume that the administrator would of took note of that on the application. Aside from that, my mom was assigned a wonderful caregiver who was engaging and reliable. The owner / administrator was very approachable regarding concerns we may have had. She was also going thru a personal tradegy so I'm hoping grace came thru on our end.

Generally we have been very pleased with Raices. I'm not rating 5 stars because of a few mishaps, the worst being when one caregiver left a side door and its screen open, and I didn't know for hours. Thankfully when I reported that, I was assured that person would not be coming again. I recommend this company without hesitation.

[name removed] and [name removed] (owners)were nice to work with. The caregivers have been pleasant but not committed to staying with Americare. That is not necessarily the fault of the owners. [name removed] came and cared for my mother “many” times when they had no one work for my mom, or when our caregiver decided to no-showed. Because of [name removed] commitment to provide good service, we never went without help. Americare is doing what they know to improve things, but unfortunately, in this day in age, it is challenging to hire people with staying power.

North Alabama Home Care was easy to work with, and provided good care when used. We only need occasional sitters from North Alabama Home Care because we have private sitters most of the time. We have had a few occasions when they did not have anyone available to sit for us. I think they are just understaffed for our type of occasional needs.

All aides were friendly and personable. One aide was especially good. Other two were not as thorough at cleaning.

Senior helpers is great to work with. So far I have not had any problems with the caregivers. However some have not been comfortable handling dementia. I wish they could orient their people more on dealing with dementia patients this would be very helpful Other than this they are doing a great service

Once I requested Home Instead they contacted me and sent a representative over to evaluate my needs and answer my questions. I was pleased with the person they sent over. She fit my needs and was very compassionate. I would recommend Home Instead and will use them again.

Everything is going well. I am adjusting to different routines and people. I would recommend them to others.

Friendly, does not help much on insurance side. Caretakers very good. If they overcharge account does not credit back to account. Even when asked.
