Some of their employees are professional elder care givers.

Most of the care givers I met were very nice. It would be great if we could print their scheduling calendar. We have seen some turnover with the caregivers when we started this. It is very frustrating for our mother and us when we have to explain that a new helper is coming in.

Getting other workers for the 2 Saturdays and Sundays filled. I understand good workers are hard to come by nowadays. Their hourly is the same as other places I have checked.

My main interaction with Favor was the initial contact and explaining the client's needs, particularly to fill a spot on short notice. [name removed] could not have been more helpful, involved, and personally concerned. Unfortunately, the ladies who came didn't work out for ongoing care. As I was not involved at this point I can only tell you what I heard second hand, but my understanding was that one lady didn't want to work under the necessary conditions, and the client felt the other lady didn't meet her needs. This is a very complex situation, and I would not give Favor any "bad marks" for things not working out.

[name removed] said he would send me a copy of the contract I signed but didn't send me one and should have specified which were considered holidays and the accuracy of my hourly output which according to the payment statement is [fee removed] but the contract says $1 additional for holidays=1 for [name removed] . Once they hired [name removed] , when I called and asked for a copy of my contract, [name removed] sent it right away to my email and she explained holidays= 5 for [name removed].

They are responsive. A caregiver I requested called in sick early in the morning, 2 hrs before shift. They reached out to me and provided a replacement but still waiting for a refund

Their sales people are good...their office staff (that answer the phone and handle scheduling) are pretty terrible. We had numerous issues to start. And some of their caretakers are not good. We originally started with 3...2 were terrible. Not reliable, didn't show up for shifts, showed up late, left early, etc. But 1 was FANTASTIC. And he's the only one we use anymore. His name is [name removed] and he's punctual, reliable, and kind - and my parents love him. But if it weren't for him, they honestly wouldn't be using the service anymore.

The owner is a very nice lady but at times was too pushy. We terminated the service due to an incident in our home with the caregiver. My husband had to tell the owner to leave our house.

Overall, our experience was OK with cornerstone. There were two good aides that we had for my parents, there were several horrible ones. We went through at least three and three weeks that we had to get rid of they were sleeping on the job. I would not recommend this company for anyone except for the two girls that we had named[name Removed], but as far as the company overall I would not recommend them to anyone we had cameras for my parents and even though they were on camera, they were not good. Caregivers.

There are a couple really good aides with this organization. The biggest issue I had with them is the aides don’t arrive on time. Some are relatively new aides and in my opinion needed further training. The office people are very responsive however I did not feel the help was worth the cost. I asked her not to send three of the aids ever again. I am a retired RN so I expect more and I feel very strongly about punctuality.

We had a wonderful experience for the first few visits. Caregivers were punctual and courteous. Had explained that we would like to keep the same caregiver or possibly rotate between two caregivers that we liked. Something happened where our favorite caregiver was no longer available and we were offered a third new caregiver. I just didn’t feel comfortable with them any more and starting over is always a challenge with my mom. Figured if we are back to square one I’ll just go find someone on my own or do all the caregiving myself. I don’t have anything bad to say about the people who work there, just didn’t fit in with our needs and our criteria.

Would love to leave them a great review, as they really are very good helping you deal with your long term care insurance. Unfortunately, about half of the time I have them scheduled to help with my grandmother, no one shows up. No one calls in advance to let us know either, which really causes a big problem when your loved one has Alzheimer's and requires round the clock care. When you're running a mixed care routine, scheduling your loved ones 24h care between private employees and Visiting Angels, it can be quite frustrating when you're constantly dealing with Visiting Angels not showing up and not calling. You should be able to have 100% faith when scheduling an agency. Other than the regular "no show no calls", they do a pretty good job with everything else.

Our weekend help is superior; but the morning sifts during the week can be challenging from showing up on time to taking full responsibility for full care.

They were good and knowledgeable people but my husband's requirements after his stroke could only partially be met. I ended up going with another company per mutual agreement.

I was helped by the contact people. We liked them very much. They were replaced and our experience has not been satisfactory. I would not recommend this agency.

I had major problems with billing, including having to wait weeks for a refund after being double-charged for service Their service is not terrible, but I had to be present and help with all in-home care, negating much of the value of paying them. I wouldn't use them again, especially after the billing error and very slow refund, so I can't recommend them to anyone else

The caregivers were OK but they do as little as possible. The office service was terrible. They withdrew a large sum of money from my bank account without giving me notice. I called several days in a row and never received a phone call back. Finally I got in touch with someone. They explained the money was taken as a deposit, however, this was never discussed when I signed the service agreement and it was not mentioned in the agreement.

[Date Removed] Contracted for light housekeeping; two hours every two weeks beginning[Date removed].. First Person sent for the job provided better than average service for the first two scheduled appointments.. However, she was a "no show" (WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF NOTIFICATION) for the third scheduled appointment.. Cornerstone did send a replacement at 17-1900, who did an excellent job.. That is the extent of my experience with Cornerstone up to this point.. I' m still waiting for some type notification informing me as to the situation concerning my current contract status

They were very helpful in the beginning but became distant and hard to reach. Unbeknownst to us, they were sold. We were never told by old owners or new owners. This change in leadership left us with many hours of care that were not filed for reimbursement with Long Term Insurance. A few times care could not be found and we had to scramble to find coverage elsewhere. We did have a great experience with 3 caregivers but overall the procedures for communication between family members and the staff was inadequate. We would not recommend. Also, My father is still missing his college ring, wedding band, another fraternity ring and the key fob to his automobile. One care giver in particular only drove the vehicle in the last 6 weeks. The day of death I contacted Senior Helpers and a couple of the caregivers attempted to assist in finding the items. No one from Senior Helpers has ever followed up on the missing items much less contacted us to offer any condolences.

The first meeting went well and I thought we would be successful. And while they tried, they never quite got it right. We had as many as nine different caregivers and some more than once. We never knew who we would get. I would need to call to find out. I was told that we would be given a call; however, that rarely happened. But in the end, those who did come weren't a fit for one reason or another. For example, my husband wanted only native English speakers. I wanted someone proactive; if you see something needs to be done (load dishwasher), then do it.
