The caregiver that comes in 2 days a week for a few hours to keep my husband company is very nice. We will be going out of town for a little bit but we will be using this service again when we return.

They have been good. If there was someone who needed more assistance, they would have to hire some more workers. I'm not sure how many people they have in their registry to pull from. We like the people we have now, but it did take some time to find a good fit.

Working with this agency has been an okay experience. The caregiver is a bit young and very quiet so she's not doing much socializing with my parents. She doesn't clean as thoroughly as we would like although we haven't communicated that with the young lady as of yet. I believe she is 22 and doesn't have the same cleaning ethics as my mother-in-law. I will be asking for someone that's a bit older if things don't improve.

After having home care for my mother in NC I was a bit disappointed here in SC. I've since been informed that the laws are more lax in SC as far as wearing gloves and such. Right @ Home has been lacking in communication. Caregivers have been very nice but move on quickly, so consistency is poor. Most importantly the caregivers are great.

Hello, I was able to briefly work with Synergy Home Care of Milwaukee County to find someone who could help my mother with some personal hygiene care during the week. My mother fell into a gray area of needed care because she can care for herself in most ways but in other areas, such as showering or cooking meals, she needs assistance. We met with Synergy to go over what we desired in an in-home care worker. My mother desired a worker that was more her age who could relate to my mom more. The first person they recommended was very young but very nice, and my mom liked her, but after the first week, she quit Synergy unexpectedly. Synergy quickly set up another in-home care worker but the second worker was also very young. Again, the worker was very nice and very helpful, but didn't relate to my mom as much as we would have liked. We eventually moved on with another company because of this. I can only speak on our experience but I would suggest that Synergy Home Care might want to hire more workers that can better relate to the person they are caring for. This will help the patient feel more connected to the person that is helping and reduce any uneasiness. Synergy Home Care as a whole was very nice, they just didn't match up an employee to my moms needs as well as they could have.

They are doing a wonderful job, I can't say enough good things! The caregiver is so fabulous! I think the world of them and feel very blessed about the caregiver that is helping my mother. They come to her home and they really seem to care about her. I think they are so great!

Overall it was very easy to engage their services, and they were quite responsive. They did a really good job explaining what services they have available to us should we need them. They did so in a very informative way without pressuring us to use more than we thought we needed, which was very nice.

The quality of care depends on the caregiver we are given. We have a fairly good caregiver. Not perfect. We expect certain things and we get some of them. But we're keeping her and overall things are good. I don't know of anybody better, but they are far from being the best they could be. I feel that the costs are high. A lot higher than they were five years ago.

My mother in-law uses the services of first light home care of wiregrass. As to cleanliness, they are 5 stars, but sometimes, they don't put things back where they got them from and my mother in-law has a hard time finding things again. in terms of activities and care services, I would give them four and half to five stars. I would not call them nursing assistant, because it's more of assisted care. not nursing or medical assistance. They take her shopping or help her with cleaning, cooking or anything heavy type work.

CNA was requested for facility, was provided immediately. Overall satisfied with the services and staff. Would recommended.

We are new to this experience, and have had good service so far. We have only experienced in home care. We were disappointed that the caregivers did not take it upon themselves to do things around the house for my Mother and Father in law. Several times they have just sat and watched TV with my Father in law who suffers from Alzheimer's. My Mother in law is not one to ask for help, so it would have been nice to see some initiative on the part of the care provider to volunteer what services she could provide. Otherwise the experience has been quite positive.

They seem to be okay. The person who does the driving for my mom isn't quite as good as the first person. The first person had a sick mother or something so now we have someone else. The first person was excellent. She was proactive and better able to manage my mom. This second person is a whole level below but it still seems to be working out okay.

It's my mother that used them to help care for my father so I only got to experience them one time but from talking to her they were really good. Anne was really good and really responsive.

As far as the service they provided I would give them a 5 but for the billing, I would give them a 2. When he came to do the assessment he said that we would need a CNA because my grandmother was a fall risk. The girl that he sent had taken all the classes but wasn't certified as a CNA yet so he was charging us for a CNA but sent someone who wasn't certified yet. He also sent us the first bill twice and when I called to tell him that we had already paid that he said it was just a security deposit. We went back and forth for about that until I just said I didn't need his services anymore. If it was going to be like that from the start, I wanted to find something else.

Mom has had three different caregivers in the past month. The first one just didn't show up and nobody let Mom know until she called. I'm not sure what the problem is.

We only used Cornerstone for 2 months, 4 days a week! We had 7 different aids come in to take care of my Dad with Alzheimer’s! I began to feel like he was a Guinea pig! As though they were training their aids on him! A few of them had said that it was their first day! It wasn’t until the last 2 weeks that we had the aid we wanted! I wasn’t going to share my experience but they text me twice wanting me to reply! So there you have it! I wish I would have gone with private caregivers!

We hired Home Helpers of NorthEast Baltimore.while they were helpful in some ways in other ways they were not. We discussed specific instructions with the coordinator regarding the times frames of service and other instructions regarding the care of our mother (e.g. meeting the person first, accessing the home, letting us know about changes in personnel either via zoom or teams so we could see the person (as we lived a distance from our mother) and access to the home alarm. With the 3rd and last change of personnel it caused so much confusion to where my mother was extremely upset as the new caregiver came to the house outside of the times required and she did not know who she was, nor how to access the house. We also had issues with the other pm caregivers showing up late or not coming at all. The inconsistency in Caregiver support and the non adherence to the requirements are the reason we terminated service after 3 weekends.

The agency was helpful in setting up a caregiver, used the same one two times, she liked to eat and watch TV by herself, staff had to remind her what to do, not being experienced with respite care I did worry how my spouse was being treated. I really don't know if I will use respite again, but I know now what to expect in the future

Things weren't organized enough by us to keep the attendants busy. When she first arrived home there were therapists coming every day to do follow up visits from the rehab center. This type of help required more planning on our part.
