This is a good organization. Working with [name removed] was a joy and he bent over backwards to be of help. They were responsive to all of my questions. We had one of the best persons providing care that we could imagine, but she then took a full-time job and is no longer available to us. We’re in a state of making decisions regarding what we’re going to do for the future. I will be getting back in touch with him when we reached that point.[name removed].

Overall very good would recommend to others. Just wish better communication up front as to who was coming for each session . I think a final conversation before start date would have been helpful. Need to know if caregivers we have are our permanent ones?

We hired part time caregiver for my 88 year old mother. They have been good but in less than a year we had 3 different people. They each have their strengths and weaknesses but overall satisfied. The communication with the agency is good and responsive.

My Mom really liked [name removed] very sweet and caring to my mom.

[name removed] is my contact at Hallmark. From the very beginning, she understood exactly what I wanted for my dad’s care. She came out to meet him personally and was able to find someone to help within a reasonable amount of time. It’s been a little over a month now, and I have no complaints.

Good nursing skills but needs work on timing, she gives me a time and shows up 1 to 3 hours later. Her last visit she came and left in the middle and came back and wanted to charge 2 visits after she chose to leave and come back

Agency was very helpful. The girls all professional and caring. They were quick to come in and help to lead us in the right direction when caring for our mother. My only complaint would be training, filling in a new girl who haddent been in our home before. But I think mother enjoyed seeing new face. We only had 1 stressful day over the entire three months time. Which was remedied.

Cornerstone has been responsive from day one to my phone calls. Even after the initial visit, they returned, calls and scheduling has been very easy. In my opinion, their cost will prohibit them from providing this good Care to folks that really need it. I will likely have to find less expensive care soon, I wish they would consider reducing their cost for three hours a day.

All of the ladies have been very kind and understanding showing a genuine interest in caring for the client. All try hard to fulfill the clients requests and needs. All have been very timely and professional.

I was impressed with this business. My Mom thought “I don’t need any help,” so we didn’t use them very long. The only complaint was that they kept contacting me, rather than my mother. I made the initial call, but my Mom has full capacity to pay and make decisions.

Being in time seems to be an issue and getting in touch with someone of substance is a wait, no immediate answer. Otherwise everything is fine with the companion nurse. I like to have and request the SAME person come to my home

Two different companies came to visit me. I picked First Light because of what he said. He seemed more knowledgeable and flexible. But it still was a hard choice because I liked both companies. Everything was going good and I liked the person they sent. But, they fired her for some reason. I wasn’t told why. So I let First Light go. I found that I only needed about 3 hours a week anyways. I have a hard time bending over to do my floors because I have spinal stenosis and bad arthritis. I’m a little hesitant about starting again.

We were able to establish a consistent timely committed caregiver that was excellent at building a relationship with mom and attending to all her needs.

The care I have received from Quality Private Home Care has been limited by the insurance company. Waiting for authorization to continue care. I have been satisfied with the care that I have received so far.

Quick response when I called They got me caregivers fast Everyone is comes on time It very easy to contact the supervisor and they get back to me quickly The only thing I would recommend is if the want a new or fill in caregiver they should have the visit so they will no your routine And location

The aids are very good with my mom. My only issue with the company is there are not many employees willing to come out to our area so if one needs a day off they don’t always have a replacement. [name removed] our regular aid is very sweet with my mom and very tidy and keeps everything in its place. [name removed] our Friday aid is very friendly and has a happy personality. Both of them always seem happy with their job

We now have two “regulars” who are so caring and absolutely amazing! I insisted on them going forward, with a third backup I liked. I had two other random fill-ins who were fine, but one I had to call in about and asked to not have return because of unprofessional behavior (on phone whole time, sat around, didn’t take initiative, and swore). Billing and scheduling is not a problem, but I do keep tabs on those to make sure it’s accurate. I also give plenty of notice if cancellation is necessary. Overall, it has gone very well. They contact me now in advance with any changes since my complaint.

We moved my Sister across the country knowing little about her needs except that she needed care. Beginning the night she arrived and continuing until now the owner and his team have made every effort to determine our needs and fulfill them. As we have become more aware of her needs they have monitored and modified her services almost seamlessly.

Working with the owner has gone well. He is very responsive to my questions, concerns and scheduling. I would like to have known more about the employee's experience and training. I think their salary should be based on that.
