What we like the most about their services is that the caregiver truly cared about my mother. The office was very responsive whenever contacted. Yes, we would recommend Elderly Caregivers LLC - Connecticut to other families.

I appreciate the personal connection [name removed] made sure to make. Also each of the facilities we toured followed up but were not pushy

Most of the caregivers were good but there were a few that Mom did not care for and requested to not return. Overall experience was positive. I wish that the caregivers were a bit more skilled. There were 3 or 4 that were phenomenal and we may have raised our expectations because of their excellent work.

They called me back. Provided the services I needed. [name removed] at CK HEB has been wonderful. She is attentive, responsive and cares about my mom.

We had a terrific experience with Home Instead’s care of my mother in law. She suffered stroke and needed help with the progressive decline in her ability to cook, bathe and walk. The assigned team of caregivers were well prepared and capable of providing the care she needed throughout the stages of her incapacity. Very respectful of the family’s wishes and we partnered well as a cohesive team. There were a few slips in coverage where a caregiver had an unexpected absence. This was very rare and did not cause hardship. Again, want to acknowledge the high level of care and true feeling of compassion we received from the Charleston, SC Home Instead organization.

I needed a caregiver on short notice. Quality Private Home Care was able to provide a qualified, caring person for the time that needed to be covered. The care was excellent but pricey. QPHC was 150% of another provider that I used longer term. I appreciate that they responded quickly to cover the care and provided excellent service but I am not in a position to pay that cost moving forward.

They're helpful and once a request is received, they're responsive.

The caregivers have all been good. Unfortunately the caregivers are not able to fill daily pill containers; they can only hand the client pre-dosed meds. I do wish the evening caregivers would put more thought into cooking healthy dinners, otherwise we've been happy with the service and recommend them. The admin. staff is very responsive and helpful.

They are better qualified than some of the other ones.

Good agency. Friendly, professional staff. On a few occasions was unable to provide a back up aide when regular aide was unavailable. Initially, the first two aides were not a good fit for my mom. However, the third aide has worked really well.

I received several options from you. After looking at each website, I chose three to talk to over the phone. From those phone calls, two representatives came to the house to explain their plans of care. The one we selected was a good fit.

It was ok the director [name removed] was very good. Our helper was not a good fit. Very hard to understand. Required special food bought my me. Didn’t like American food. Was on the phone all of the time talking very loudly or the couch. Did not take any initiative to do anything. Including helping my parents. Made breakfast but she wanted special bacon too. Our experience was not the best

The individuals that have provided the service is very acceptable. My husband is happy with his providers. My issue with company is related to billing. I have had at least three instances where billing to my long term care insurer was not timely or accurate.

The scheduler is very flexible and understands how family schedules often change. We moved from 24hour care to 12 hour care with ease. We are very pleased with the staff taking care of mom now.

The people she has are very professional. They need more people for when someone cannot show up

Ease of starting care. They are very prompt to answer questions and to respond to all questions.

We have been pleased with most of cornerstone but seems like we get too many new people. We had one we really liked and he moved away then got a new one and because he lost his cool, they fired him now getting a new one who I understand plays on his phone all the time. We will see. I think everyone deserves a second chance and he wasn't given one.

A little background: I’ve has Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetes for 25+ years. I am primary progressive MS. I fell and broke my ankle in 3 places and could not put any weight on ankle for 2 months. After spending time in hospital & rehab, finally came home. Home Instead was absolutely great to work with. They helped with me moving to commode, wheelchair, cooking, dishes & laundry. Workers were friendly dependable & responsive to needs. Only a couple of times (due to personal issues) a worker didn’t show up. I wish they had sent a sub. Overall very responsive dependable workers. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for help at home. I am healed up and do not require help currently but if I do, I will call Home Instead.

I’ve used this agency twice so far for my special needs sibling. The first time I was able to count on them for a last minute hiring over the weekend, which other agencies refused. Owners did go out of the way to meet with my brother and see first hand what was needed prior to starting services, which I highly appreciated. In addition, it is easy to communicate with them and follow up with care needs

Great experience very knowledgeable and compassionate. Will use them in the future Husband was please with the care. With his needs his caretaker learn some more things that were out there to care for patients. Caretaker learned more about wound care and hoyer lift. Very gentle person. Patient is immobile
