The initial interview with Bella Vie was amazing! Both the owner and the head of the care team made a visit! Immediately, we were impressed by the knowledge, the compassion, and the various thoughts of what they could do to help my mom! The caregiver that came out the first day was amazing! Unfortunately, she encountered a family issue and could not make it the next day. The Bella Vie team immediately brought a replacement; however, the employee was absolutely horrific. Again, the Bella Vie management team made immediate adjustments and were extremely compassionate. Since then, we had another caretaker that Mom absolutely loved, but she was extremely undependable and we were forced to change once again. This last caretaker has really bonded with my mom and is extremely helpful and dependable!

I have had a very interesting sometimes frustrating but overall finally good. I began with RAH with a very good phone rep. That conversation and her friendly and caring approach to addressing my needs, I felt RAH could provide what I needed. She scheduled a personal visit with another RAH rep who came and talked with me and my daughter. We discussed my needs, the importance of having an aide that could physically able to assist in getting me up from chair, to commode, pretty much assist in all of my personal needs and to be able to communicate clearly with each other. I was impressed at how quickly the RAH team put together aides for me. The frustration came the constant turnover of aides, lack of experience in my need and poor communication with aides. But final overall I have great, consistent, caring aides that I am so pleased to have. Just takes time and patience all around.

We requested male caregiver for elderly male client. Original aide is excellent and has good maturity level and experience. Second aide is very young and very limited experience and not as self sufficient as I expected. Both are patient and well mannered and show up on time.

The person assigned was young and not real experienced and did not interact a lot with the patient. She tried hard and was attentive. She lived a fairly long distance from here and had a vehicle that was not well suited for driving in the mountains.

[name removed] and the staff at Senior Helpers are very customer focused. They are great at communicating changes in staffing. The only issue which may be no fault of Senior Helpers is getting the Long Term Care Insurance approved. I would recommend Senior Helpers.

Not all sitters show up on time or showing up at all. Bright Care sometimes has a hard time finding replacement. We love the current sitter. She goes beyond what is asked of her. I’m glad we found Bright Care overall.

Our experience with Homewell care was great, they were very informative and easy to start their services. The only drawback was keeping employees. We had 3 different caregivers within 2 weeks. All the caregivers were great and very nice though.

I needed someone for 1 hour every weekend. They said I had to have someone for 2 hours a weekend. They wouldn't work with me, so I stopped with them. Maybe in the future I will use them again if my situation changes, as. I am in rehab now Might need when I get home.

Right at Home has provided the support that my husband and I need at this time. They work hard to assigned caregivers that have given my husband the care he needs and company the helps him socially. It has been an easy relationship.

The second aide I had was awesome. The only gripe about this place is they don't accept insurance, they require 4 hour minimum & if you pay by credit card you get charged at least [fee removed]. Otherwise I was satisfied with service

He is prompt, eager, engaging and knowledgeable. As or routine has developed he has been more and more proactive. His main focus is being available if husband has difficulty in the shower. Just having him in the house gives us both peace of mind. I had surgery in the summer and he has been a godsend to me by taking on some heavy lifting chores that i can’t handle yet.

My family found ourselves needing to set up care quickly for our mother who is recovering from a stroke. The process was simple and efficient and we were told our time frame could easily be accommodated. The one time we had an issue it was resolved without hesitation and in a timely manner. It is easy to recommend Bethesda Home Health Care as an option for quality care.

Stepfather has loved the service He would prefer the same person every time but that does not seem to be doable? If we could make that work, he would give 5 stars.

[name removed] was a very caring and conscientious caregiver for my mother. She was reliable and very helpful in doing anything I asked her to do. I would recommend her to anybody considering using her services.

[name removed] & his team helped out a lot until I could find an assisted care in Allen Park.

Would like to see a little more interactive time with mom but that might not be possible. Otherwise it is a 5 rating.

Have had several caregivers over the past year. Cornerstone always tries to send my favorite. The caregivers almost always show up on time, ready to work. Cornerstone is very responsive to my requests. A welcome respite from full time caregiving.

We had the agency over when my mom got out of the hospital. The people were very friendly and they gave us more than enough information about what they do and how they can help. And throughout the period, about three months, they were providing excellent service. My mom passed away about three months after she got out of the hospital.

They made everything easy. At first there was a problem finding consistent help but [name removed] worked really hard to find aides that were able to work with us. Everyone was extremely caring and thoughtful. I truly appreciate the help and the effort that was put in every day.
