Utilizing Honor Home Care which is part of the Home Instead network was the best decision my family made to help Care for our Mom in her final days. The aides that were assigned were compassionate and sensitive to the specific needs of our family.

Assisting Hands has done a great job pairing me with a CNA for my needs when my husband is not available. Management calls me if a new aide is to be assigned to discuss quality of care or any changes to schedule.

Everyone who i have talked to have been amazing, understanding, flexible and they listen to you and your recommendations. Had to go thru a few caregivers to find the right fit and schedules and they were there to help me selecting my current caregiver. Great service and responsiveness!

Care was adequate for what was needed at the time. Communication was sporadic at times. Invoicing method was strange, received invoices though payments had been made. Over charged at one time.

They provided all help needed and were adaptable when we needed to change the schedule. The manager [name removed] was excellent to work with. All caregivers arrived on time and provided services above what I expected.

We used Senior Helpers recently when my father was diagnosed with AML. They were very helpful in helping to place my dad in a care facility. What they advertise as a free service is far from it. A Place for Mom is who we used to find the right place for him. That’s when we found out there is a “community “ fee that has to be paid before he could be placed in a facility. That fee was $[removed], which does not include the fee for the family care facility. This is not a known fee until it’s too late. We felt like they completely took advantage of our elderly parents. My mother ended up paying $[removed] for my father to have care for 3 days before he passed away!!

I hired sitters from Cornerstone for my adult daughter . She was in hospital and needed someone to give her sips of water and blankets .. etc. they do not do anything medical.. for the most part it went well, one sitter was not a good fit but the rest of the time was good.

I had a very good experience with Cornerstone, [name removed] and his staff. They were professional, knowledgeable and kind. In addition, they were flexible with my dad’s schedule. I would recommend this agency.

Your caregivers were professional and helpful during a difficult time for our family. They could be counted on to be there when they were scheduled and they worked hard during the time they were in our home.

Right At Home has been helping my parents stay in their house for the past year. It has been nice to have a primary caregiver who they’ve gotten to know really well. Some of the other caregivers that were only there a few times didn’t really do much while they were there., so that was a little disappointing. Right at Home has a variety of services that they’ve offered and provided as needs have changed. There have been a few bumps along the road, but in this type of situation, it’s hard to imagine not being any. If I could go back one year and start the process over, I definitely would use them again.

[name removed] and [name removed] are very concerned of my needs. Everything is going well. There were some hiccups but the quickly and carefully fixed everything i needed. I would recommend their service. It's very nice to see someone who cares!

The caregivers sent to us from [name removed] were pretty good if you’re looking for companion care for your loved one. Everyone was very nice. Management were very responsive whenever we had a question or concern.

I was referred to the director S&S by A Place For Mom, I believe in mid-[year removed]. I spoke with her several times for most of a year as I tried to ready myself for bringing a care worker to assist me with my wife, whose Alzheimer’s had developed over the previous 4-5 years. My wife was reluctant to have anyone come to our house and rejected the idea that she could benefit from care. I am deeply grateful to [name removed] for the time she spent with me as I gradually found away to move ahead. The second candidate she sent was ultimately a good fit, though for several months she worked under the fiction that she was doing clerical work until my wife accepted her as a companion and a care worker. After a year of good and lively work, the employee left to focus on schooling. Thus, the director and her firm were ideal for the early stages of my seeking and hiring a care worker. Her firm is not as structured as others, but she shares her long experience with her clients.

I an very happy with steadfast. They have provided very nice care assistants, who are professional and caring and are very good at their job.

My wife and I signed up with seniors helping seniors for 3 days a week , three hours a day. They've been very accommodating. If a caregiver is not available , they send a substitute caregiver. The caregivers have been excellent.I highly recommend seniors helping seniors.

Once we asked for aide service, [name removed] was quick to respond to arrange the aide to meet our mother’s needs. We are very pleased! Her safety ensures our peace of mind. We appreciate everyone and thank you to the whole team!

I was looking for a company that would help me begin the process of finding someone to be available to provide sitting and light housekeeping for my wife who has dementia. We interviewed two companies, we chose Cornerstone.

I have had 2 night time providers. Both were friendly and attentive. I had problems with one not showing on the weekend. The other was unable to do incontinence care. I am trying out a new daytime person next week and can give you more info. The owner of the company has been helpful and responsive.

Great company to hire to help take care of mom. They do not have a minimum number of hours. We just need a couple hours per week and they are willing to send someone per our needs. We currently have the same caregiver which makes it great for my mom to have a consistent person. All the staff has been very friendly and willing to help with personal needs, cleaning and cooking.

In the little over 2 weeks my mom had CarePRN she had 6 caregivers. I feel that if you’re going to pay big bucks for their services that it should be more personalized. There should only be 1 or 2 people that actually get to know the person that they are taking care of not several that come in and just take care of the person and leave. Don’t get me wrong the girls were really nice but only a couple of them actually connected with her personally. The rest just came in, did their jobs, and left. 1 of them actually studied for school instead of paying attention most of the time. All, accept for 1, were late every day. All left early every day. I’m sure a couple of the girls were freaked out though because 1 found my mom on the floor in the bathroom and the last day the girl found my mom on the floor in the bedroom and that’s when my mom went to the hospital. I’m sure the girls don’t get paid much but they should all still care a little more and definitely be on time everyday.
