Initially, there were issuues with scheduling the first day of care. Once resolved, the home health care Aid was very helpful with showering and dressing. The Nurse was very friendly, organized, knew her job well and had excellent communication via phone call and text.

They were very helpful in completing forms for an insurance claim. So far mom is satisfied with the care she has been receiving. They are able to take her to the medical clinic on campus as well as the grocery store. I feel comfortable knowing that my mom is getting a balanced breakfast and is taking he medications.

Very communicative an offer suggestions to better organize an clean. Very nice people from the office to the in home care. Cleans very well and very through. Easy to add additional to do list items for them to clean or organize on the website. I recommend them for sure.

The lead person, [name removed], is compassionate, professional and wise. There was no pressure…just wise questions and careful assessment. The worker who comes twice a week is gentle, wise and helpful. We are very pleased with this company and recommend them without reservation.

Our caregiver is awesome and the company is great about meeting the needs of timing and availability. The frustrating thing is that caregivers are not allowed to communicate directly with the patient families and so a quick message cannot be sent to the caregiver nor vice versa. In order to get to her, I have to write a note and leave it in the apartment or send an email or text to the company themselves for them to pass on the . It’s very frustrating.

HomeWell is typical of other agencies of its type based on our experience. The office staff is personable and seemed to be as helpful as they could be given their small number. It was difficult to find a care provider that fit well with our loved one, but once one was found we were quite pleased. HomeWell met our needs at the time and we would likely use them again if the need arose.

The helper was prompt, kind and cheerful. My mom is 94 and really needed a person to assist with getting in and out of shower. Assist with dressing and make sure she had breakfast. The helper did not make these activities happen if my mom refused or offered resistance.

They’ve been very caring and accommodating with my specific requests, flexible with my special needs children and my dog. Communication has been our greatest challenge. Kindness and a positive, happy attitude has been a consistent strength for all care givers.

I needed a ride to a doctors appointment and Seniors Helping Seniors was able to provide the services needed.. I have only used them once but I plan to use them again. I have nothing more to say.

The woman were fine. Showed up on time and sat with her. My mom really didn’t want anyone in her house. She has been there 65 years. Only negative thing I heard was that one of the women were taking pictures. Not sure which lady and if it was really true.

Sent me one caregiver that the second day had car trouble. Then they sent me a lady that didn’t have a car (she ubered to my house) and kept telling how much it cost Care was good though. But I decided I didn’t really need for what I was paying.

Started using agency in July. Only issue has been turnover in caregivers. Three caregivers in first ninety days. All have performed well, and agency communicates changes well, but would like more consistency. Agency has provided two contacts to discuss issues if they arise so communications are good.

Cornerstone Caregiving has been a good fit. The manager of the agency is very caring and helpful. The home health aids are professional and knowledgeable. This agency has been instrumental in maintaining my loved one in the current home of her choosing.

Their staff is very punctual and meets my brother's needs. My only criticism is they're slow in billing. My brother does not use a computer and would prefer a hard copy for a bill. He does have some special needs and prefers paying his bills by check. He is just always waiting for the monthly invoice.

Needed fast help for night care for my mom. You were immediately there for us. I can’t thank you enough! We had one night where caregiver cancelled due to “fever” at the last minute and could not get a replacement - it was very unfortunate. We had no care that night. My mom had to be admitted to hospital so of the 5 days I paid for only a couple of days were used. So paid for more than I needed. Too expensive for moms care budget. However still grateful.

Staff were very helpful and he was comfortable with them.

Good care givers, but two things can cause problems. Promptness and failure to show up. But, they do have emergency aids that help when that happens. Most follow your directions. But, too many times, food was not returned to the refrigerator after meal preperation. Periodically, dirty dishes were left in the sink. Failure to lock the door upon exit happened a couple of times. Somr aids did not know how to support a client through positional transfers.

Cornerstone has been very good to work with us and kind very customer oriented and on top of it. Sometimes they care providers aren’t the greatest, but the company is always been willing to work with us and Tried to help support our needs. They’ve been responsive and reliable.

Most of the girls did a good job, were very helpful and cleaned well. I needed some help getting compression socks on, which they did. They also helped me up and down the stairs and would walk me around the block for the exercise therapy for my hip. They cleaned bathrooms, vacuumed and mopped floors and dusted as well. If we ever need help physically or with housework again, I would hire them back.

We used caregivers for a short period of time -just did not work with my dad's dementia but they were wonderful to work with -very accommodating. They were also very easy to get a hold of and spoke with us for a long time trying to find the right match.
