Some of the promises that were made in the beginning are not being carried through with. They have had quite a bit of turnover, the core staff are great, but the temporary staff have not been the best. We do wish the care was more consistent.

They were wonderful with the follow up and gracious when we told them we had decided on another place. The only turn off for us was the odor we got when in the residential area.

We chose Brookdale Arbor Place because if my mother were to run out of money, Medicaid would take over and we would not have to move her again. During our tour, the residents came up to us came up to us told us how much my mother would like it here. It is a very clean friendly and welcoming place. They have been great with her and I would recommend them to others families looking.

We had a positive tour experience. They were very helpful and accommodating. We almost moved our loved one in. We had kind of put them on hold a couple of times because we weren't sure what the best route for our loved one would be, and they held the room for us and gave us time to work things out. We were very appreciative of that.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. It is a pleasant, safe, and secure community. They were able to flip my loved one's room so everything was new for them. The staff are very responsive to questions or concerns the family has. Brookdale Courtyard allows up to 70 residents and this was a plus for us.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There are nice, helpful, and caring staff that work here, which is important for seniors. The activities could have more options and variety. There is nothing for those that are hard of seeing for activities.
