Most of the staff members make us feel like family. Most of the staff are very communicative and truly care about my family members well being and the are great about including us in his care plan.

love this staff! They genuinely care about the residents well being. Everyone truly cares about enhancing the loves of everyone that stays here

I would rather be in my own home, but that is not an option anymore. Brookdale is a nice facility and good plan b. I like the fact it is small and there are lots of residents from the local area. Staff are helpful and friendly and takes pressure off my family.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Hollywood Park and everything has been good for her at this facility so far. The housekeeping is good. The staff are all helpful and kind. If you want good communication you really have to come and visit often to see for yourself. The move in process was good. The food is fine. I wish there was a separate room for activities and more flowers inside and out.

What our family likes the most about the Brookdale Westlake Village community is the overall friendliness of everyone there. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far, but my only negative is it needs a little TLC in spots?

The staff is very friendly and committed to making sure my mom is comfortable and feels noticed and valued. I just wish assisted living and memory care facilities in RI had 24 hour front desk service

It is generally good, however, they should be able to provide activities and outings. The facility was the nicest and residents told us they liked it. Thank you for your services! They were great!

Overall a very positive experience. I picked this community because the sales associate sold me on it.

It's a lovely facility. The only thing for me is my mom went into this facility taking her own medication and within two weeks of being there they took it away from her and started giving it to her. I am her POA and never heard about this until they had already had my mother sign a paper and she still isn't sure what she signed. I talked to them about this and they told me she wasn't taking them properly. Since they have been giving them she has not felt well and tells me she is not receiving all of them. I am up in Pennsylvania right now so this will be something I have to take care of when I get back to Florida. The purpose of me putting her in assisted living was so my life would get back to some normalcy and instead I am spending my time arguing about things I don't believe they need to be doing.

My family and I appreciate all the staff and their hard work at Brookdale. We have peace of mind knowing that our mother is safe and receives loving care.

To be honest I think they are doing what they need to do by exchanging the windows and slowly renovating the inside. However, for me the only thing that matters is that my dad is happy and that he is well cared for. And, he is! The staff are very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. The overall appearance is not a top priority then.

Everything is normal. I have nothing to complain about. I like going to B-Fit and the meals are good.

Right now this facility is doing everything they can to assist my mother. The food is not gourmet, but they comply with State mandates. The rooms are apartments where she can use a microwave to heat food. The staff is awesome in my book. The staff goes out of their way to keep me posted on her status. The price is interesting, still working through this. They have a bus system to ensure that mom gets to all of her appointments. They have an on-site physician service and a podiatrist. I would like to see some type of on-location personal items available; however, with Instacart and/or Amazon items can be delivered. Consumer cellular provides best in-house phone service. The move in was simple. Church activity is on site. There is plenty of enclosed space to allow for walking or exercise. Maintenance may assist with the move in process. I would recommend this facility; however, I recommend research of all facilities before choosing one that may be a better fit for each inbound family member.

I like the independence, but assistance is available if I need it. Dining service is aware of my diet and serves me food which I can eat safely. They also know my likes and dislikes. Management is open to suggestions.

We picked this community because of the availability, cost and location. I would recommedn to others.

Overall, I would say my mom moved in during a chaotic time. There were Covid cases in the home. The dining room was closed. Many workers were ill, as well as several residents. Even with this happening the people working were respectful, kind and concerned about keeping everyone safe. Whenever I have a concern about something to do with mom, I address it with the staff and they take care of it. It is not the flashiest Assisted Living home. It is older and doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but what they do have is people that care and to me that is more important.

Most of the people here at Brookdale Eden Estates are very friendly. I would rather not be here. I liked my 55+ community but I have to make the best of this place since my daughter moved me here. I am managing but it is difficult for me.

We chose the community because you could tell that their staff was in touch with their patients/residents. My dad and I reviewed several places and neither of the other two places we went to seem to have much of a relationship with the residence.

The friendliness of the staff does vary greatly amongst the staff with some receiving's 1s and some others receiving 5s. What we like the most about the Brookdale Harbison community is the size of facility, the available medical support and communication protocols and availability of management team
