Brookdale

My brother is a resident at Brookdale Hamilton. I have found the entire staff to be very helpful. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They worked with us and answered all of our questions. I feel that they do care about their residents. Every time I go to see my brother, I'm usually talking to several staff members. They always stop to let me know how he's doing. I'm very pleased with the communication. The move in process wasn't too bad. More stressful leaving him there than anything. I have not tried the food and my brother complains about everything, but it looks good and they even have snacks if they want them. The housekeeping is okay overall. I would recommend Brookdale Hamilton to others. No place is perfect, but I am pleased overall.

Two parents…one in memory care the other in assisted living. Lots went on…Covid, the Freeze of ‘21, ice storm….Brookdale kept in good contact with me & kept my parents safe. I never felt like the staff didn’t want me visiting. They loved my parents & appreciated that.

It was a great place to visit, very clean and very nice. Cleanliness- very clean Friendliness of staff- yes friendly. Quality of care.- looked fine. Meals/Dining- looked nice. Activities - I have seen a calendar and they get to do a lot. Value for Cost - too expensive. My mother was happy when she seen it but then changed her mind after we signed the contract to find out we only had three days to change our mind and then pay all this money out and every three days a new late fee ridiculous. Then to have it be self pay not very good in my eyes. But whatever she is still in her home and I guess that is where her final resting place will be.

Very positive living at Brookdale Lakeway. He likes the facilities and feels safe and comfortable. He likes the population and residents.

Very positive. The staff are fantastic and really seek to care about the residents and their families. It was the best fit for my mom. I would recommend to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Kettering and overall his experience at this facility was very good. The staff was always very friendly. The move in process was super easy. The cleanliness, friendliness and food was great. The care services and value for cost were good. I do recommend Brookdale Kettering to family and friends.

Overall, it has been a good move and my parents are adjusting fine. I'm at peace knowing my parents are being taken care of there, and they have others there to socialize with and not be alone. Based on the experience we have had so far with Brookdale Findlay, we would recommend them to other families.

So far everything has been fine. Our loved ones room and facility is always clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. They keep me abreast of her condition. All of the meals seem good my mom doesn't complain about the food. When it comes to the activities, they keep her busy. The overall value for cost is what I expected for her level of care

We have been very pleased with Brookdale. Most importantly, my dad likes it and he tells me he's happy there. We visited 3 facilities. Brookdale was the only one we saw staff interacting with residents. Also, it had a more homey feel and less institutional.

Overall experience - quite satisfied with the community, it's services and amenities. Comfortable. Upkeep is at a high level as can be. All of the facility staff and attending staff are very friendly, courteous, respectful and willing to help/assist even if you are not their direct charge. I personally haven't had to experience individual care as yet, but what I have seen and witnessed provides a great sense of relief for when it is my time/turn. There are two(2) meals a day which are included as part of the rent. There is a wonderful balance of choice for breakfasts and dinners. Low sugar dessert options are also available. There are any number of activities and excursions available. Billiard room, media(movie) room, activities room, library, salon just to name a few. They have a pool and a great outside common area. It's my opinion and feeling that the value for cost is fair and equitable and may be adjusted where circumstances and situations may dictate or require. They a shuttle bus and van available for transportation to and from doctors appointments, shopping events and other excursions. To my benefit, they even provide transportation to and from the VA which is two(2) miles outside of their normal fifteen(15) mile radius. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have or get you an answer to specific ones.

Community is very clean, friendly and tentative staff, great food and activities only negative is that they have an extra charge for everything even things like shower assistance. Which compared to other retirement communities are included in the base (and likely lower) rate.

So far we are very pleased with Brookdale North Euclid. We have a unique situation so any stumbles early on were almost expected but the entire team has worked well with us and things are very smooth now after just a short time.

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Willows, and even though we ended up picking another community for our loved one due to the staffing and pricing we thought the tour experience here overall was good.

Made making the transition into assisted living easy and informative.

Good location, met our budget, impressed with facility, staff, and level of care. Very good staff, and our loved one is very happy there. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend this place. It was just a feeling I had and it was close for my family. I would give A Place for Mom a 5 .[name removed[ was great she checked in me several times as I was going through my process.

We took a tour of Brookdale Conway during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was good! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The atmosphere also seemed great. Our tour guide was very informative.

I like it here but you do have to watch out a little. I would recommend to others. We picked this community because we talked to the people that lived there and they liked it.

The director and staff always return my calls and they are always aware of what is happening. Everything is good They accepted both skilled nursing and memory care residents. I would recommend it.
