Although my Mom was only there 2 months, I was happy with the care she received. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Kenmore to other families based on the experience we had

Executive managers just changed. I Loved [name removed], the last one. The staff seems stressed. I would visit my loved one frequently, ensuring good care. I am finished answering for now.

There is a ridiculous "buy in". Over $[fee removed] on top of the monthly fee. You are responsible for all toiletry needs etc . They do have geriatric NP available so no need to try to figure out outside doctor appointments. I have heard from the staff nurse frequently.

What we like the most: 1. They are very attentive. 2. They treat everyone like family, including family members. 3. Management is always available. What I would change: They need to hire more caregivers. Quite often there is only one handling the patients.

It is purely memory care. They are wonderful however my mom is active at 91 so we have had to request the staff to engage her more as the other patients are worse memory care than my mom. They have weekly exercise class and weekly activities. Today they had baby goats visit and let the patients pet and hold them. The food is wonderful. The facility is clean and the courtyards are beautiful. Once the weather is nice the patients will be able to plant the flower beds.

We have so far had a really good experience with Dad living there. It is clean and the staff is amazing with the residents. Love the facility and the staff

Like most - communication, knowledgeable, cleanliness. Improve - price (the charge per service is a detriment in my experience). However, I would recommend Brookdale Latrobe community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The facility and staff Are friendly and outgoing, but they could use more Is knowledge what they're doing. The menu is always the same. And whoever is cooking doesn't know how to cook. The food is overcooked and cold. The dining room staff always seems to be confused. Very unorganized.

What we like the most about Brookdale Monroe is the compassionate care the staff displays. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families, I feel so fortunate that we have access to facilities like this to care for our loved ones.

The staff is very caring. Facility is attractive but still inviting and comfortable. My family chose Brookdale South for my father and step-mother.....out of several attractive options.

The staff are helpful and polite. Getting adjusted to new surroundings and lifestyle was made much easier for my dad with the courteous and readily available staff at Brookdale. He has become confident and comfortable there.

The staff really seem to care and do a good job making sure your loved one is safe and in good care even when you can't be there yourself. They do have staffing issues so they are a bit short handed but you can't blame them for not being able to find quality, dependable staff. It's a really great place. My mom is really doing well there.

Staff was very accommodating during respite stay. Our friend is very reclusive and they were mindful of that and kind to him. The room was very nice with ample space. Large window was a plus!

1. It has been good. 2. For the cleanliness, the only problem I see is outside. The pavement is in dire need of repairs. 3. Majority of the staff is very nice and friendly. 4. I am in independent living. If they have not seen me during the day they always check on me either by phone or in person. 5. Friendly and outgoing. 6. Good. 7. I haven't participated in much. We in the villas don't receive the schedule, so it's not easy to know what is going on.

The only thing I can think of is that it sometimes can take a while to enter and leave the facility. The door is coded and they do not give the code out, therefore, you sometimes have to wait a while for someone to come to the door. Especially in the evenings. Their menu leaves a lot to be desired.

Helpful staff, clean facilities, overall a very good experience with Brookdale.

I'm in independent living and don't have personal experience of caregivers. The staff friendly and always helpful. Location. On a lake and close to drs and retail. Regular musical entertainment. Apartments are nice and roomy. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

I feel very comfortable and safe living here. The staff has shown welcoming and answers questions without being evasive.

Brookdale has been a positive place for Vickie for the most part. The last manager made things a little difficult by getting rid of people that the community loved on the staff and trying to change the menus falling short, but we will see how the new manager does. Overall it had been a good place for her.
