My father is very comfortable and happy here. Yes, I would recommend it.

Falling Creek has a great staff who genuinely seem to care about the people they serve. The facility is clean, welcoming, and has an overall positive atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a great place with caring staff and a positive environment.

Residents and staff have been very welcoming and helpful as I settled in and learned my way around. My one bedroom apartment is not huge but has a nice balcony with lake view. Cleanliness is good. Good variety of activities and social events.

Food wasn't spectacular just ok. Room was really nice. Staff cared about Mom. Bathroom was too small for Mom's wheelchair so that was a struggle. [name removed] the Director was so helpful going in and checking. [name removed], the facilities director was the best I have seen at any place. Mom was only there from [date removed].

The staff has been very good. They have ad staff turnover that has impacted my dad's life. His favorite aide moved away to get married and the nurse just left a couple weeks ago. He likes the activities and always says the food is good. He has a larger room and it's ample for him.

Staff is friendly residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. The director is a hands-on person. He doesn't always do what he says he's going to do, however. An example of this is there is a an extra rug at the front entrance, which has wrinkles on the rubber and I have tripped on it, and my sister is tripped on it, and I worry about the elders crossing it. I voiced my concern and it has not been removed so I guess it's not a concern to them even though they want us to be aware of fall risk for everyone. My mother settled in fine. We found a few ants and a couple bugs in her room. We alerted the staff and an ant trap of some sort was supposed to be placed I think. One staff member is pretty surly and not friendly. She put my mother's pillows on the floor when she went to make the bed which is very unsanitary. The power went out one night for about five hours. I asked the Director what they do for this what is their procedure? He stated every resting gets a whistle to call if they need help. My mother did not have a whistle and did not get one for over a week afterwards. I will say positively my mother is involved in activities and she likes the food. She is not complaining so I pick and choose what I say because I want her to be happy and not be upset if I'm not thinking things are correct. Overall, yes, we are happy.

The activities director is amazing and staff is generally friendly sometimes it's hard to hear back from administrative staff. I wish they would keep the hallways a little cooler in the summertime. My mom complains about that being pretty hot, but her apartment is super fresh, tidy and stays nice and cool in the summer and cozy and warm in the winter.

I am particularly happy with the care of the staff for my mom. When I took my mother to the hospital for a procedure, they all expressed concern for her that was genuine. And they were very careful to accommodate her needs when she returned from hospital. My mother often comments, how kind the Staff is. She certainly appreciates when the ladies come to clean her room or help with her laundry or provide any kind of service.

Room size is good. Staff very friendly and entire place is clean.

Brookdale Union Park, is my choice. I made the decision to enter an assisted living facility. After research by my family and me this is a place that answered my needs best. I have not been disappointed and I can unequivocally recommend union park to anyone with similar needs. A friendly staff, a listening ear, and staff assistance occur daily. for me, this is the right place at the right time.

Apartment size is wonderful and food is excellent!!! Common areas are kept very nice. Apartments are not cleaned often enough. Laundry care is fine. Staff is friendly and caring. Directors change every couple of months. Activity staff is good but there are 2 days without activities which is difficult. Location is excellent for our family. Medical care is good and staff is attentive.

Brookdale was very nice. The person we spoke with was great and even met the senior manager. Rooms were nice and it is currrntly on our top list. I still have a few to look at.

4 stars only because of the housekeeping. I don't think she is thorough at all. Love all else and everyone else. My loved one is in the smallest room. Overall, we are so happy with the entire facility. We love the office staff and all the nurses.

Very friendly people live here and work here. Pretty building. I got to eat lunch and was surprised by the salad bar and food.

The facility is nice. Mom had adjusted well, made new friends and is enjoying her time. However the staff is failing to hold up their end of the bargain. They are too short staffed to do what they are supposed to do. I have had to bring up not getting her meds on time several times. No one helps her dress or makes her bed regularly. The meals are great but they just don't have an appropriate staff. For the price she's paying. I would recommend the facility. All other communities were much more expensive.

Small but appears well run and kept in a very nice area for access to lots of commerce. We did not see the inside of the independent living condos but looked nice from outside.

Facility is very clean and staff has always been extremely helpful and nice. I know dad says the food is already getting old to him. Not a ton of variety. A plus for the facility is that they are good about communicating with the family.

The staff is very good and made me feel welcome. They showed me several apartments to pick from and chose a one bedroom with den, 803 sq. ft. Lost some space from previous location, but moved because the monthly cost is cheaper and the yearly increase is lower. Need to stretch money as much as possible. Yes I would recommend this facility except for people who need additional storage. The apartments have limited storage.

My sister [name removed] went downhill fairly quickly so was there only 6 weeks at Marina Butte and had some challenges with staff, but her dementia kept getting worse so hard to tell. She also had a dog that needed feeding and walking.

We put a deposit down on a room in Memory Care for my Sister. We feel it will meet her needs very well.
