Brookdale

It has been going good. Everything is just fine. The food is very good. The inside of the facility is very nice. It's always clean. The friendliness is excellent. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. The staff is very helpful. They are willing to answer any questions. The value is good. The care services are excellent. I can't rate the activities because I haven't participated in them yet. Not applicable.

I think it's a good place. However, I think for the money you spend I would like to see more inclusive's. You pay the rent and then you have to pay extra for all of the add-on's. Other than that, everything else is pretty good. The inside of the Brookdale is very clean. It's a nice facility. Everyone is very friendly. The friendliness is excellent. I am really pleased with this place. It has been very good.

I have been here two weeks and everyone from the staff to the residents have been friendly, welcoming and helpful. I am very happy that I made the decision to choose Brookdale Club Hill as my new home.

Since I live 1000 miles away, I have very limited exposure to Claire Bridge. Still, I've visited my mom there on about four days. The staff are friendly, kind, engaging, and caring. Most, if not all, of them knew my mother's name and room within the first week. They are also helpful to me and my mom. The activities director goes out of her way to keep residents occupied with a full (7 day's per week) schedule and her own time. I enjoyed the meals I ate there.

Our first conversation with the administrative staff and nursing was the most enjoyable and informative. Their positive outlook and encouragement in conversation was excellent. They put forth 110% in their efforts to assess the needs of our mom and to match the level of care needed. I would recommend Bellevue Manor to anyone needing to find answers to their parents needs.

Brookdale Place at Valencia is a very welcoming facility, the dining room is big and clean!

So far they are very friendly and very helpful. They are sometimes difficult to get a hold of on the phone. The inside of the facility is clean. The friendliness is excellent. Everyone has been kind and welcoming. The activities are excellent as well. So far everything has been going well. We are really pleased with the Emeritus at Wekiwa Springs. It's a really nice and friendly community. I would recommend this place.

My Dad loves it and everyone is so nice. I would recommend this to anyone.

We've only been here a few weeks, but so far our experience with Clare Bridge of Troy has been a good one! The facility itself is very nice, I like the layout, and they do a great job keeping things clean. The staff is friendly and professional, and they do a great job looking after the people who live here.

The Brookdale Clarksville is the right place for the needs that we have. The facility is very clean. There are never any messes. They do a great job at keeping it clean. Everyone is very friendly. They are also welcoming. The value is excellent for a nice community. The care services are excellent as well. They seem to be very caring people. Overall, The Brookdale Clarksville is a nice place. I am really pleased.

Since brook dale has taken over this facility ---it is dirty. All of the staff from the director to many of the caregivers have left. There has been no director in months. There is no one to talk to with concerns or complaints. Even many of the occupants have gone. Only 68 people in the whole building. The beloved Stephanie referred to on this site is now gone.

They do a really good job of paying close attention to my mother and her needs and providing her with the best care possible. They are all very caring and very experienced in what they do, and it is an extremely nice facility. It has been a very good experience and I would highly recommend them.

Very helpful and cheerful staff. Spacious, clean room, bedroom, and bath. I'm comforted to know that my elderly uncle will be well cared for and won't need to make another move. As we left, after setting his room up for his arrival, we met a charming man who is there for rehab. He knows my uncle and will "take him under is wing". We left feeling very reassured that Wynwood is the right choice all around.

It was very clean. We stopped in at dinner time. Anytime anyone attempted to go out the door they were right there. There were all kinds of activities, and very welcoming. It didn't work out for us, we had some extra challenges, but I would recommend it to anyone looking for dementia care.

Caring staff, good food, great programs! My mother is happy and content and receives the special care she needs for dementia. Brookdale is definitely a cut above.

The nursing staff is an awesome, strong, disciplined support group and I couldn't do without them. They make sure that my mother is comfortable. The staff has made it a great transition for her.

It has been an adjustment for us. The staff and residents have been very friendly. My loved one feels comfortable here and he already considers it home. I would recommend the Brookdale Carriage Club.

A very good and nice place. I wished I could of had my mom there earlier. It was a much better place for her. This is the nicest place I have seen. We have a positive experience here. Very nice.

We have not been with Sterling House of Canton too long, but so far things are going very well. They are very efficient, and make the residents feel like they are at home. The staff there are all super friendly. They put a lot of time and care into what they are doing. All in all of all the places that I looked at, this one seemed to be the most homelike and with the most caring staff.
