Brookdale

We chose Brookdale North Eucid because of the value for the money as well as it was just very comfortable and homey. If you are looking for a place that feels like home this is a good place. The staff are very friendly and the location is convenient. So far no complaints from us.

You cant go better than this for a memory care assisted living community for your loved one. The staff are as good as you can get and they do their best. We are living in a covid world and everyone is doing the best that they can.

I would recommend this community. They have a lot of activities for the residents to pick from and they have a calendar to keep them updated. The staff here have been good with my loved one.

The regular staff are great. Sometime the agency staff are just a little different just because they are not there all the time. I would recommend this community. We have had a good experience overall.

It's a friendly environment. The staff are always willing to help, and they're always there when you need them. It's a great overall atmosphere. The tenants are all friendly as well. The food and dining area is like a 5-star hotel almost. It's expensive, but I think it's a really good value, and they do everything they say they're going to do.

We thought Brookdale Chapel Hill Memory Care was very good. It was just too far away for us to visit frequently. But they seemed just as good as the place we chose, and I would highly recommend them based on our tour.

There are quite a few staff members who care about the residents. The family need to be more proactive at overseeing the medication distribution being done properly. The staff do a good job at making people feel welcome and at home. The interior of the community is kept very nicely. The outside patio area needs to be maintained.

We chose Brookdale because when we toured it we just felt like my dad would fit in the best here. It seemed to be an active community with a lot of people around., The staff and residents all seemed very friendly and welcoming and it was also a place he could afford. My dad is very happy here, he says that he gets great care. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We chose Brookdale Claremore because they had the most availability and they appeared to be the cleanest, friendliest, and she even knew a person or 2 here. What sticks out most to us is just the overwhelming friendliness and positivity from the staff. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

We chose Brookdale Cushing Park because of the convenient proximity to family. The room sizes at the facility are very nice and spacious. It has been a good experience so far and I would recommend them to others looking.

Everything was appealing except for one thing and that was the size of the apartment. I'm not sure we are ready to give up that much room just yet. The dining room was very nice and smelled wonderful. The residents seem engaged as we toured and staff very friendly. Overall, top choice if we decided to do AL.

They're always coming in and trying to fix things and make them better. They're friendly. Most of them are really good with my dog. They help me with medication management, showering, and they do my laundry. They watch out for the residents in general. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes not. I have a spacious apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but it's expensive.

We chose Brookdale North Glendale because they take long term care which was important to us. They were also very good with helping us and being as accommodating as possible. Communication from the staff has been great, they are always on top of things and call with any questions or concerns. Right now it is a good value, but the rates are about increase quite a bit. Overall, I would recommend to others who are looking.

Brookdale DeLand was definitely the most comfortable and homey facility that we looked at. I think that is due to the size, it is smaller. We were not able to afford it.

My wife and I have lived here for two and a half years now. For the most part it has been good to great. The workers that have been here for the long run are great. They are pros at what they do. A great bunch its a great location. Real nice

It's a very pleasant place - simply the way the whole setup is done. They have a beautiful outdoor patio with trees, lawns, grass, and it's completely enclosed. The employees that I meet and work with are very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restrictions on visiting right now due to the pandemic. For instance, I'm not allowed in my friend's room. She's a very picky eater, but she tells me the food is good. The activities seem rather limited, and many of the activities seem to be geared more towards women than men. Brookdale is more expensive than other places that I looked at, but they have a lockdown facility, which we needed for my friend.

Our loved one has visual impairments so a lot of the activities he does not do, but when he participates in the activities he loves trivial pursuit, jeopardy and this other game called word blast. They recently had a big Halloween party which was a blast, and he is really enjoying the meals and dining service. He is going to start physical and occupational therapy here soon. The staff has been very helpful and anytime we have questions their response times are quick. They communicate with us anytime there are health updates. We do wish they had a welcoming committee for the newcomers.

We have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the community, friendliness of the staff and the care services. When we are able to visit since we live out of state, the meals do look good and our loved one hasn't complained at all. For the care our loved one is receiving the value for cost is excellent. We don't have anything else to compare it to, but it does see fairly reasonable.

The aides and nurses are kind and hardworking. There are opportunities for your loved one to receive on-going medical care here. The occupational and physical therapists are well trained . The food is good, with lots of variety and attempts to incorporate different types of cuisines as well as plenty of vegetables and fruits. There's always another option available as well.

It is a nice place. They take care of me, and help me when I need it. I have lived in assisted living as well as memory care, and they all know what I need.
