Everything about Brookdale Club Hill is great. I like it here a lot. The people are friendly and caring. My apartment is small but laid out well, and I like living here.

This is a good community, and I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The billing stinks and you can't get an answer to your questions or concerns. The dinning and nursing staff communication with the family is awesome! The woman that cleans my loved one's room is fantastic, and I believe her name is [name removed]. The nurses and aides have wonderful patience with the residents.

When I first felt that I needed help and did not want to be a burden to my children, I decided to come here. I could not have picked a better place.

I would recommend Brookdale Harrisburg to others. I feel like my loved one is definitely taken care of. The people are really friendly, and it's a clean place. It's staffed very well, there's enough people for everybody. It's not a big sprawling kind of place, its very quaint. For memory care, it's all on one level and behind a locked door. There's an alarm that will go off if the code isn't put in. Communication between the community and our family has been great! They usually contact me through phone and they'll send emails of events going on within the community. I also like the fact that I can visit 24/7, whenever I'd like.

So far our experience has been very good with Brookdale Troy. The staff communication with the family is good. The community provides an anytime menu such as hamburgers, sandwiches, and more. This menu is available anytime and the residents are able to choose from this menu at anytime during the day, and not just at meal times. The food seems to be good for my loved one. The community provides three meals a day and they are good at reminding the residents to go to the dining room to eat. The community has been accommodating to my loved one and have brought the meals to my loved one when needed. They keep the community up nicely, and have beautiful grounds. They turned one of the rooms into a sports room for the residents to utilize for games. The community feels welcoming. There is a happy hour weekly with live music. They are providing a Father's Day event in the courtyard for the family to visit with their loved ones. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

They have town halls for the families to attend and keep the communication open. The community has lots of options for activities for the residents.

I liked Brookdale Grand Blanc a lot. The ground were beautiful and it was a bigger facility so I felt that they probably had a lot of resources that others would not have. They seemed to have great activities provided for the residents all day long. This probably would have been our first choice if it were not for the extremely high price.

Brookdale is a very good facility and the care is good. I would recommend that you do your research and make sure it fits your loved one. I would say that with any facility; and in this case one of the top considerations for me was that the community was efficient, good, and was located conveniently. Before I would recommend anyone to Brookdale or anywhere else, I'd recommend you to call A Place for Mom! I had already done research in the past; but when I called APFM so many more doors were opened, and a lot of issues were solved. And for that, I'd tell anyone to give them a call first.

Our family had an in person tour and this was a close second choice for us it was a great tour experience. The facility was just beautiful and the exterior space was wonderful. They even have a pool which was a huge plus - it also had an outdoor grill area for happy hours. It looked like it was a resort.

Brookdale Folsom is remodeling right now; so I'm unsure how meals, dining, and activities would be if things were normal. But from what I see those things are a 4 out of 5, we are quite satisfied. We like that they allow dogs and that all the staff seem to try very hard. Our loved ones apartment comes with weekly housekeeping services, and the staff wash their personal laundry and linens - I like those things. I like the size of the unit, my loved one has a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Overall I would recommend Brookdale Folsom to others.

We really liked Brookdale Mandarin, it was just not the right fit for our loved one. They seemed a little more lenient with the residents for example on the meals. We needed a place that was going to be strict and make sure our loved one ate and things like that. But it looked like a wonderful facility.

My mom has only been in this community for about a month so far. Everything has been good. Thank you.

This was a beautiful community but it was just too far away of a location for where my loved one needed to be. I wanted my loved one to be closer to me and easier to get to.

The community has been very accommodating to the family and our loved ones. They have allowed pets in the community. They are engaging the residents with activities. The meals are good. The community has a lot of activities. The activities could include more diverse activities indoors for the residents. It would be nice to see the masks go away across the board to allow the residents to visit more clearly. The apartment, laundry, utilities, housekeeping, all the meals, activities, and transportation are included in the monthly fee. They have had a dentist, and podiatrist to see the residents recently.

The facility is okay because it allows married couples to remain together as long as possible.

We chose Brookdale Melbourne because it came highly recommended to us by a few different people and also we heard about them by word of mouth from families or people who have worked here as caregivers. We felt very comfortable when we got here. If there is any complaint at all, it is that the food tends to be little lacking and they need some work in dietary, but my mother is finnicky as well so I take that into consideration. Her apartment did flood and she was having to pay for things she was not able to use. But overall, the friendliness of the people here is outstanding. It seems that most of the staff and residents are happy and we have been very pleased with the experience. When people ask, we always recommend them.

I was very happy with our experience at Brookdale Melbourne. It had more of a cozy and homey feel to it. it is all on one story and easy to get around. The room sizes were beautiful and we were happy with that. We did have to ask questions a couple of times during her stay and any of the staff would stop what they were doing and help us out, they were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.
