He likes the staff they are very nice and considerate of his needs. He tells me the food is always delicious The shuttle y'all provide is a blessing for him and the social activities is great for the him Keep up the great work.

After visiting and touring 4 different assisted living places, Brookdale Garden Grove was by far the best. There were welcoming from the minute we got there. [name removed], one of the sales/ tours managers, was truly amazing. He gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. From the dining hall, to the movie room, to the outdoor patio/fountain area, to the staff and activities ... it's a solid A. I feel confident in their care staff and love the "family" feeling. I highly recommend this place and encourage you to get a tour.

Yes, everyone has been great very professional and the residence is always clean. However, just one concern. My dad was charged each time they brought his meals. They offered so he didn't know it was a fee. This was very misleading. It was never explained that's was a fee. An invoice should be given upon delivery. One observation - the carpet by my dad's room can be cleaned or replaced . During the tour it was immaculate however they put him on a different side of the building that I did not necessarily see during the tour. It would have been nice for him to actually receive what was advertised to us, but overall it's OK. They just need to clean the carpet or replace it.

I am so thankful for all the care that I get. The staff people are very caring with a smile.

It was a very expensive place. We were fortunate to be able to afford for my husband's care there. I did not like that I could not sit in the dining room with him. There were a few problems with staffing but I would give an overall rating of 4.5

Overall we're very happy with the care my father is receiving at Brookdale Chatfield. He adjusted to the move well and likes living there. I wish it was easier to communicate with him there.

The staff and healthcare are very good. Always trying to make residents and families welcome.

The process to get her into Brookdale went so smooth. The staff was very helpful and provided her with a temporary room while her room was getting painted. Our family feels welcome and staff treats us with open arms. She is well cared for.

Foods better than some restaurants. The rent is good for this area. Great excursions and B.D. bus service. Staff is nice. Good place to live and have friends of our age.

Some staff could be friendlier, but we've lived here four years and feel its FAR superior to other facilities we've see or heard about - always recommend.

I loved that we were welcomed by many staff on admission. Staff is attentive & respectful & pleasant. All areas of living one's best life is addressed here Most impressed. I do worry about enough evening/overnight staff.

The intake person was extremely responsive. She listened to us and answered all of our questions back and forth via email numerous times since we were long distance. She really seemed to take a personal interest in making sure my brother was situated well. It has been an impressive experience. My brother says the meals are good. He likes having his own space but also being able to mingle when he wants to. They give him the freedom to come and go from his room as he pleases. So he has the best of both worlds - he gets to maintain his privacy, and he also gets to socialize when he feels like it.

We chose Brookdale Champions because the sales manager was very nice and helpful. She knew her stuff and was very personable and easy to talk to. Out of all the places that we looked at this was definitely the cleanest. The staff really cares about their residents. They have lots of activities provided although my loved one does not participate yet. I would definitely recommend Brookdale to others.

They have an excellent staff here. The community is nice and clean. The food could improve on the quality of taste for the residents. They community does provide options for the residents to choose from for meals. There are three meals a day provided to the residents. There may be a small delivery fee to have the meals delivered to the resident's room.

The care services is pretty good. My loved one likes the food, and has no complaints. We picked because, it's close to home and the affordability. I also, liked the amount of staff, and they had enough staffing.

I toured with Brookdale Montclair Poulsbo and I really liked this facility a lot. It was super nice but also the most expensive out of all of the places that we toured. I also found it weird when we toured that we did not see anybody out and about...it was very quiet and there was no activity what so ever. My mother in law loved it because of how quiet it was, but my dad is someone who needs that socialization. They may very well have activities going on, we just did not see it when we were there.

The cleanliness was pretty good. I picked this community because of the reviews, and the avalability.

Our first experience was very good. My loved one enjoyed their stay here. Our second experience we had some issues with billing, meals, and medications for my loved one. There was no one to speak to us about our experience. Our third experience, was horrible as they lost several key positions since being here again. There has been no one locally to speak to us about our billing issues due to the turnover. The activities have been good over all of our experiences with the community. My loved one enjoys the experiences with music and art. They also have fitness options available for activities. I do believe that the new Executive Administrator, [name removed] is doing her best.

The tour at Brookdale Belle Meade was wonderful, we just didn't feel that for the special care needs our loved one needed were able to be accommodated at this location. Overall though wonderful facility and staff.
