Dad is content and well cared for ... whew!

This place was incredible, it was a little expensive but it was wonderful. It seemed like they did a good job, they had an rn on staff, the peopel were friendly, it was clean, the residents looked happy. It was like a mall type setting or a little town in doors but in all fairness, it wouldn't have been in a central location for everybody.

I've got some past history, my mom was in a couple of other places so i have some places to compare them to and they are excellent. The staff has been very open with me and honest and honestly seem to care about my mom. They weaned her off of all of the drugs she had been on at ironwood and she's so much happier now. When I first got there they gave me this questionaire about her family, what her husband used to do, hobbies, interests etc. just so they can engage her and when I brought it back they apologized for how long it was and I was like, are you kdding? I was so appreciative that they took an interest in her. I talked to Chris and she was really nice, she communicated with me when they had an opening and when I go up there to visit my mom's out with the other people, it's a small place so it's not like they're overwhelmed with residents but they've got her engaged. Mom is happy at Clare Bridge. She likes the place, the food the staff and has made friends with other residents. We could not ask for a better place for her.

This place is nice, but, can't take mom in as long as she is on the feeding tube. And this place is also a bit higher then where mom is now in cost.

This was nice but it was really too far away for me. I didn't see anything wrong with it and I was actually leaning towards it for memory care for my mother but then I found autumn leaves which was much closer

Kim was very helpful and is a great listener. Facility is well cared for and staff and residents are engaged. Seems a bit large but is definitely on the list for discussion with family.

I have visited The Pines in time past; very nice facility, but a little expensive for us. I have given this facility 5 stars, but I'm not sure what I'm rating.

It had been in business longer and the rooms were a lot bigger than orchard park. I think it's a little too much but the only thing I could think they could improve upon would be the food. The food is good, but I think it could be a little bit better. THere's several activities, they have wii bowling, which my mother liked and she liked the bingo and they had a las vegas nights. They have all kinds of entertainment for them, a guy comes in and plays the saxophone, there's a lot going on.

We really enjoyed the tour. So far, it's been the best one as far as spaciousness goes. Am looking into a 'staycation' for the folks, where they can stay 3 nights/4 days.

My aunt and uncle have only been there a short time but at this point everything has been going very well. I know that that type of care is very expensive but they do pay attention to things and are always very helpful and attentive. If they're not coming down for meals they'll go up and check on them. They have a lot of activities and I don't know that my aunt and uncle are taking advantage of them yet. We are very happy and very fortunate. It's not for skilled nursing so there will be a time when they might not be able to stay there. I wish they had multi-levels because the location is very convenient for me.

For us, it's a good thing. Right now I have no problems with what they're doing. The various doctors that my mom goes to have given very specific instructions and it all seems to be getting done. My mom seems to be settling in to the routine. There are lots of activities but my mom is like a hermit crab. I don't think she remember she can do certian things - she has dementia pretty bad - but there's lots of stuff to do. My mom has only been there for a month and half so we're still in the settling in period. She's just moved into the apartment she'll be staying in. She seems to be quite happy about it now that we have pictures up on the wall - she says it feels homey. We're encouraged by that.

My mother lived at Trillium Place for 2 1/2 years and her experiences in Assisted Living were fantastic. I could rest at night because I knew that the caring staff was on the front line in helping with my mother's needs. If they needed me for anything, or if they had a question, they would call me. My aunt and uncle live at Trillium Place now, and they are really happy in their Independent LIving apartment. It is spacious, has big windows and large rooms---even a balcony. The meals there are truly wonderful---My uncle has always been "quite the gourmet" and he is really impressed that their restaurant's menu is so varied and the presentation and flavors so delicious. For a great senior communnity experience, I would recommend Trillium Place!

I really like the place. It's very nice, very clean. The friendliness, this is why I picked the place. It's not the fanciest but the reason that I went with Emeritus is that the people really seem to care. These people are down to earth. Dad is not a fancy person. He doesn't need all that fancy stuff, in fact he's kind of out of sorts with it. The people here really talk to him and really care. That includes the cook! I really apreaciate that. The administrator is so nice. It's one floor so the people see each other and communicate.

They don't have any ways they can improve. It's very good and I like it a lot. My mother likes it too. It's all good.

Perfect, and Lizzie is a treat to work with.

All assisted living, beautiful, even nicer than dad's but way out of our price range.

I think that they are very good. My mother complains about the food. I told her to tell someone about it and she said she didn't want to get anyone in trouble. I didn't know if that was her punishing me for being out of town or if there really was a problem with the food. All of them are pretty pricey but I looked around and there are a lot of other places that are higher priced. They give her her medications and do her laundry and clean up her room. I think it's all fine. She seems to be enjoying the acitivities. She was saying that they don't do them when they're supposed to. I think some of them are directed by some of the people that live there and she hasn't complained about that recently so it could have just been one time.

They've been extremely conscientious about her care and communication is really good so I have no complaints whatsoever. It's very clean, the staff is very friendly and I'm very happy with her there. I think for what we're paying, and it's quite a bit, that we're definitely getting the value from it. She's doing much better here, she has good days and bad days, she still wants to go home but that's normal. They have bingo, they go shopping, she's doing as well as you can do in a place like this and everyone's bent over backwards to accomodate us.

They're going wonderfully, I went to the a place for mom website and they recommended this but it's not too far from where I live and my brother lives and we went in and did the tours and talked to other family members of residents and they all had wonderful things to say about it. Since my mom has been there she's been getting great care, she has some language problems and sometimes switches back and forth between English and Greek but they've been very understanding and if there are any issues they call me and let me know. They have socials everyday, sing a longs and puzzles and crafts and sometimes when I go and visit I see her doing thems with a bunch of other people, we're definitely getting value, It was a hard decision to make but I think we found the right place.

We looked at The Legacy. It has been sold and we haven't been back since it's been sold but when we went it was huge and a little overwhelming. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. It was just very, very large and I could tell that my mom was uncomfortable even just taking a tour so we opted to look for something smaller.
