It's been great. The food was quite good. They're doing a fine, fine, job. We chose it over others because of the activities they offered, and we did have a luncheon with them and the food was good, mom really liked it, and just the community itself was really nice.

We are very happy with them. The food is great, I've had it twice. They are very clean and friendly. They are communicating with us, and are really great. We chose them because they were available to meet all our needs when we needed them.

Mom has not moved into this facility yet, however the facility is very nice and the people have been very nice, polite and helpful

Very great value, very beneficial. Everything has worked out overwhelming. I think their facility is way above standard. Their service is very complimentary, so fitting with their facility, it is just outstanding.

They're very good. She likes some meals and some meals she doesn't. So far it's a pretty good experience. The location and reviews were good which is why we chose this over others we saw.

This place looked very very nice, and everyone we spoke with on the tour was friendly. However this was more expensive that what we were looking for, and ended up not being an option for us.

So far they've been wonderful! The staff are very friendly and have made us all feel welcome. Our loved one that we placed here has finally settled in, and she is really enjoying that they take care of all the cooking and laundry.

My Dad, sister and I had to find a Memory Care Unit for Mom and only had one day in which to complete this task. When we walked into Emeritus, we were greeted by friendly staff and even the residents said Hi to us. We found the Community to be very clean. We met with Jacinta Johnson, the Memory Care Director, She was very friendly, informative and took the time to answer all of our questions. She took us on a tour of the Memory Care Unit and explained everything in great detail. We met the nurse on duty and some of the care givers. They were all friendly and answered all of our questions. The next day, we met Tina Mitchell, Executive Director. She went over all of the papers we had to sign and answered even more of our questions in great detail. We found Emeritus to be the best place for Mom. We know she will be very well taken care of. There is also a lot of activities for the residents to join in if they choose.

I was looking for an assisted living place for my mom. I was responsible with finding something for her, because she can't quite make these decisions on her own. The Summit is a terrific place! One of the things I've noticed is that absolutely everyone is so friendly. I've never met anyone at the Summit who has been in a bad mood, or seemed overworked. It takes a special person to work with people all day, every day. The Summit clearly hires and keeps the best of the best. The first person I talked to, Jennifer Slayton, was so warm and inviting. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. She explained how everything works. I don't expect any surprises regarding how my mother is cared for, and what the monthly expenses will be. That's awesome! Jennifer has continued to help me throughout this process. She's starting to feel like a member of my family. :) You get to scale your care to your needs at the Summit. This can get expensive if you have a lot of needs, but that's because you'll be using more resources (time, products). In my opinion, this type of customization is really preferable to a prepackaged "level of care." Every person needs something different. Choosing exactly which kinds of care you receive just makes everything even more personalized and special. My mother is thrilled with her life at the Summit so far. It's been about two weeks. She is comfortable, happy, and is starting to engage with others in the community. And I am so much more comfortable when I visit her, knowing that she is safe and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this community to anyone, and when I mention to people that my mom is now living at the Summit, they say, "Oh, it's such a nice place!" They've earned their reputation as a great place to live.

The staff at Clare Bridge of Eagan are true professionals, and skilled in caring for residents with the challenges of living with dementia. This facility makes a sincere effort to personalize care for each resident, based on one's life history and current needs.

We felt very, very pleased, they were very, very professional, and the staff was wonderful, and the nurses were wonderful, the facility offers everything that you can conceive. I think it was a good value they offered wonderful activities and dining, and laundry. I don't think they could have improved on anything, it was a Godsend it was really a nice find. We had very little time to make a decision, and we were able to qualify, it was affordable and offered the most. There was one nurse that was just absolutely outstanding, Bruni, she helped me so much to understand as far as my husband's medications and so forth, and another gal Connie on the kitchen staff, and she was just outstanding too as far as trying to meet any dietary needs he had, and the Marketing director Jared, he was the one that really helped me fill out the tons of paperwork. We were so thankful that we had found them and that they were so kind to us. I would also like to mention Joann the receptionist because she is like the gatekeeper and she always made sure that if I called morning noon or night to check on my husband that I always got through to exactly who I needed at the right time.

Have decided to go with this place. Looks like it is going to be a good fit. Working on getting her set up to move in soon.

They provide meals, transportation, and the cleaning and the laundry. The only complaint she has is about the food, there's not enough fresh vegtables and fresh fruit, and the temperature of the food is cold sometimes, is what I hear. There seems to be more going on than the last place she lived. While we were moving her in, I set off the bell accidentally once, and they were there immediately, and she set it off by accident when she first moved in and they were there very quickly. I kind of wish that the cable was included in the bill, it seems like for the price the cable should be included. The people were the deciding factor here. She has a very nice room a studio very spacious and comfortable, they painted for her, to the color that she wanted. I liked the idea of being able to add the care as she needs it, they have a program now where if all she needs is help with medication, they charge 250 a month for that. They charge the care by the number of minutes required to do that care per day. They have a service where if she is not feeling well they will deliver her meals. She has a full kitchen with a full size stove and everything.

For very low functioning memory care, this place looked outstanding, and we will keep this on our radar if my parents get to that point.

I was very impressed with the community, it was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and from what I could see the care provided was excellent. The issue I had was with our tour. It felt staged. The director stopped and greeted every single resident and staff member by name. While it was nice to see, it didn't feel genuine. If she did that during her normal workday she wouldn't ever get any work done. It didn't leave me feeling confident that I got to see what a typical day there would really be like.

I'm very pleased with the staff at this facility. Mom was in need of memory care, and they handled some of the particular issues in a way that I liked very much. The staff here handle the issues she has with patience and compassion, and try and help her work through her confusion rather than just confronting her and telling her she is mistaken. It's a nice looking, clean place, and we felt very welcome right from the start. And on top of all of this, it was the least expensive option that we looked at.

They were real good. They did their best. It was a good value. Really good care services. They had a lot of activities. The food was good, they gave them an adequate amount, but they could ask for more. I think the only place that they could do a little better would be that a sixty day notice is a little long it would be better for the customer if it was a thirty day notice because with seniors things can change quickly. When you walk in you felt for a senior community it was active and comfortable but not too big. It was a good fit.

This place seemed to really match what we were looking for for Mom in terms of both social and care needs. The staff have made an effort to learn not only Mom's name, but the rest of the family as well, and they recognize us when we come in to visit. She's having a little trouble settling in, but they've been very accommodating, and are really trying to work with her to find some activities and services she'd like. We feel like the activities and trips they take are the sorts of things Mom would like, less local shopping trips and more things like symphonies and trips to local farms. The apartments themselves are a nice size, and very comfortable. I also like that there is physical and occupational therapy available on-site. The residents themselves are more active and mobile than some communities we saw.

Thanks to A Place for Mom and Anne Marie at Emeritus Cape May my mother spent her first night there, and she seems to be adjusting after the first hesitant steps in. Everyone is super nice and understanding...she is coming from a not-so-great rehab place in PA to NJ...and I am hoping she will settle in to her new home.
