The staff at Clare Bridge is attentive and caring. The care provided is excellent. The environment is open and inviting. There are plenty of varied activities for residents. Unfortunately, my Mother passed away Jan. 16th. Her time at Clare Bridge was short but I never worried about her because I knew the staff loved my Mother and would do anything for her. Our family was very fortunate to be a part of such a caring, loving community even for a short time. I have friends there and plan to return to visit with the staff and residents.

They do an excellent job here, I'd give them 5s across the board. The staff are especially impressive, they are very friendly and helpful. They've got plenty of activities to keep the residents occupied and interested as well. I also like how the memory care unit is not on the upper floors, so that the residents can have some time in outside areas if they choose to.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. This facility is more like home. It is smaller and the residents are quite neighborly. I like the comforting feel you get when you walk into the lobby. You are welcomed and offered assistance from the git go. The admissions staff are pleasant and very accomodating. I would enjoy living in this facility myself when my day arrives.

Visited here in June, 2013. Loved the facility primarily because of the outdoor seating area in back. My folks sit on their front porch a lot, and they'd love this area (if they couldn't be at home). Also like that it was age-in-place. This is my preferred facility from the ones I visited or considered.

Seems to be the perfect place for my dad. Was impressed by the friendliness of the place and the employees. It isn't cheap but you get a lot. Of all the places we visited, it felt the most like a real home and not a hotel, institution or dorm! The apartment has a lot of fresh air and light and is a reasonable size. It is a really good fit for us.

We moved our loved one here from another Emeritus community, and we are really liking this one. It is an older community and in need of some touching up, but they are actively renovating it and fixing up all the problems. It is a smaller community and my loved one is getting a lot of individual attention. The staff are able to engage much more with the residents, and I feel far more at ease with my loved one here.

So far they've been very good. We have only had one problem trying to get a cabinet door fixed, they only have one maintenence guy. We've had a real good experience with them, they worked with me on the price, when the care level went up. We have gone for some of the parties they have had, and they threw a party for my dads birthday too. They have been super nice, they give them activities and get them out to participate. It's very clean. They get their medicine on time and they come and do the laundry once a week, and make sure that they are ok, and that they get their meals. They accept VA benefits. They even took them out to see the Christmas lights. Tracy the activities director tries to find different things for them to do even in memory care. I wish they would get Eric some help with the maintenence, I think sometimes he gets overwhelmed, he is the only maintenance.

My loved one was in their attached memory care facility Clare Bridge of Utica, and I thought they did a fantastic job with his care. He could be very difficult and was easily agitated, but they were so patient and so good with working with him, talking him through things and calming him down. They were also very good at communicating with us. They listened to our description of the type of help that would work best for him, and quickly came up with a routine that worked out great for him. They made his last days so nice, and allowed me to be his daughter instead of his caregiver in the end.

I was very satisfied with them, the people were very nice, and very kind. If I had to do that again, I would be looking at them first. They did an excellent job. The rooms were small, but sufficient. The food and the stuff they did for him were excellent. They were a small community and I liked that. They only had about 45 people in the area he was in and they had enough staff to handle it all. It was clean inside the community and on the outside as well.

Everything is just A-OK, I've never had a minutes trouble. They come in every day and clean, the staff is friendly and will stand and talk to you for just as long as you like, they are very friendly. They have something going on quite a bit. I think the food is alright, I eat three meals a day here and I haven't found one thing that is bad. I wouldn't change anything. They have a doctor here on-site that I can check with if I have a concern, or a question. The staff is able to assist me with my medication. I haven't heard anyone else complain either. They have just bent over backwards to help with anything I ask for.

This Community seems to be the one I like best. Mother also loved it. We ate lunch there and the food was great. Everyone seems so nice I am rating it as what I have seen thus far

Beautiful facility. Nice location. The staff seems very attentive and knowledgeable. Unfortuneatly, I think this is quite a bit out of our budget.

I visited four facilities and decided on Trillium Place because I saw a vibrant community of seniors. They were smiling, walking around, talking with each other. They genuinely looked happy. My Mom has been at Trillium for over six months now and I couldn't be more pleased; more importantly my Mom is very happy. Trillium's staff is friendly and they listen. They also know how to integrate a new resident into the community -- to help them feel welcome and meet other residents. My Mom loves the fact that she doesn't have to go anywhere to get her hair done, to eat and there are so many activities she can get involved in, if she chooses.

Feel very good about this one.

Meadowlands Terrace is an excellent facility with a professional, caring staff. I moved my Viet Nam disabled veteran brother there and I could not be more pleased with the overall experience. He is much happier than his last VA supported facility. He even lauded the food quality and he has been hard-to-please in the past. I would recommend Meadowlands without reservation.

We adore the staff at Emeritus. From our initial visit, we were impressed. Clean - smells clean. Lots of activities and things to do. Very good food. Mom is happy and well cared for. The best in town!

Excellent facility - My brother, sisters, and I were extremely impressed with all aspects of Emeritus. The only issue we could possibly have is with male aides. My father doesn't want a female giving him a shower but we do have a solution for this. Sandi and another man on staff will be bringing lunch to my father on 1/22 at noon as a way of introducing themselves and getting a chance to meet with him.

If you are looking for a safe clean environment this is one of the best we saw. It was a nice looking place, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This was also a good area for our loved one as it was close to family and an area that she would recognize.
