Excellent community and Tammy provided a wealth of information and the tour of the community was great. This community is in our top 5 also.

Loved this facility and the personnel. We enjoyed our tour and felt that the staff truly cared about the people living there. Mr. Penfold was very helpful and took a lot of time to explain things to us.

Staff was courteous and very professional throughout the application, the orientation and the medical assessment process. After move-in, the staff has remain very courteous and helpful in meeting my mother's needs and questions.

Our experience getting our parents in was very smooth. They have now been at Brookdale for almost 2 weeks and are loving it. We would definitely choose this facility again.

This community was beautiful, and everyone was very friendly. However I didn't think the level of security here would have been appropriate for someone with my loved one's level of memory care needs. They do have a separate memory care facility at a higher price level. This was a very nice looking place, and it was less expensive than some of the other communities we toured. However, I was surprised by the cost of some of the add-on services, for example, the medication service was much more costly than I would have expected for the limited service necessary in my loved one’s case.

Newer facility. Pool area is beautiful. Common areas spacious. Independent apartments have large closets and bathrooms. Location is near a park and walking distance from shopping. You pay the price for all this.

Candace led me, my 84-year-old mother, my husband, and his 80-year-old mother on a tour of the facility. We were very impressed with it. It seemed comfortable and warm for anyone looking for an independent living environment. We meet a couple of residents who were long-time friends of my mother-in-law, and they recommended the facility. Although a relatively-new employee at the facility, Candace did a good job answering our questions and was very hospitable. We were provided with information to take home. The pricing information seemed reasonable.

I would give this facility very high marks. The setting is pleasing and the rooms are spacious and welcoming - including the screened patios. The common areas were clean, the residents I talked with had high praise for the staff, and the range of activities and services offered was exceptional.

It looks really clean and everyone has been really helpful. I am not happy with the parent company Brookdale. She was in another of their communities but they were not able to confirm her residence with the VA to get her benefits, for two years. Their billing also leaves something to be desired. Gaston Place has been much more helpful and said that they will be able keep her there until the end of her life. They have some workers that have been there for 9-10 years. She is thriving here. They have someone to round everyone up at meals and they have ambassadors to make residents feel welcome. They were really accommadating and worked with us. When you walk in you get the feeling that they really are invested in the care of the residents, and it has that small town feel.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the staff at Claire Bridge for the care they are giving my Mom. We just had to place her on Hospice Care and they helped through the whole process. The med aides treat my Mom as if she were their Mom as well - so tender and compassionate. Thank you for this referral.

Very clean comfortable room. The staff was very nice, Accommodating and helpful. My father enjoyed his stay here. My family got to go on a vacation. I have three teenagers and am taking care of my elderly father. I was very comfortable knowing he was in a safe caring place. His personal care attendant concierge was wonderful. She spent time with him and knew his likes and needs.

This place was recommended by A Place For Mom and rightfully so. The director was so caring and helpful making arrangements for my mother to be there. When I visited Stonebridge, it just felt like home. The staff were very friendly and were actively involved with all the residents. Stonebridge made all the arrangements for hospice care for my mother, and even though she was only with us for 10 days in their care, Stonebridge made us all feel at home. Our whole family was invited to their annual Thanksgiving dinner, and they brought the dinner to our room as we didn't want to leave Mom alone. This is an Alzheimer's unit, and the staff at Stonebridge truly "joins their journey". I recommended them to my friend who has a father with Alzheimer's, and she may move her father there. Nice size rooms, very clean, food was good, lots of interesting stations set up around the facility for the residents to interact with.

This was a great experience. Lisa Newman was nothing short of god sent. My family was in such unfamiliar territory, without her I don't think this transition would have been possible. Keep in mind all of this took place within about a 2 week span. The very day I spoke with lisa it was approximately 40 minutes later I had an emailed list of 4 scheduled tours of places we we're interested in. We toured them all & were very pleased with the ones she had picked. We decided on emerald crossing & my father couldn't be happier. So once again thanks so much.

This is a wonderful place. My loved one enjoys all of the activities. Most of all, the food is great! The staff is always smiling and helpful. It is a good place we are happy with it.

We have been very pleased so far. I think it is the right place for her. They are going through some transitions, some new staff. They are helping her. They are really watching out for her. The food is excellent, that was one of the big sellers. Communication could always be improved, but they really have done a wonderful job. I like what they do with meals, I think it's a good reccommendation.

They have been great. I felt they went above and beyond, and even though they are expensive I feel we get a good value. The food is very good. They did a great job. They are very clean and friendly. There really isn't anything I think could be improved or done better.

Thank you so much for your help this last week. Paul Hamilton was there for us when we needed guidance. In our case, we were looking for 'A Place for Dad'. We feel that Emeritus at Kingsley Place Medical Center was the best facility for our needs. This is a beautiful, clean smaller facility run by professional and friendly staff. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Every time we visited we saw happy residents. Anytime you pass any of the residents they are happy, waving and chatting. It has been an almost seamless transition. All the staff can pretty much tell you who is where and what they are doing, just off the top of their head. The staff is very low key, taking care of business and keeping everybody happy. There are a lot of caregivers who generally stay on top of things. They were hands down above the rest in my community taking into consideration room size, activities and dining. The dining room was what sold my family member on the move. She loves not cooking and having family join her. We can spend the night with her whenever we wish which is fortunate because we have family out of state. I feel the administration was fair on their up-front discussion of costs. We were given possible and may-be situations which was helpful on our final decision but they nailed down the costs when we got down to business. We were told if there were additional needs what the costs involved with them would most-likely be. We haven't been surprised yet. She has been sick and she has fallen and they were quick to respond and call us. We are fortunate to live 5 minutes away.

The staff very friendly. Anything I need or questions I have are taken care of quickly. Mother seems to like the staff a lot.

Highly impressed with the facilities. Staff friendly and welcoming. All spaces clean and inviting. Would recommend to anyone.
