They've done a really great job here, and I feel like Sandy, the memory care director, did a great job of spending time with us, listening to our concerns, and reassuring us. The staff were all amazingly friendly and did a great job of helping my loved one adjust and settle in, which was a big concern for us since the last place he was in was a very negative experience for him.

Staff has gone far beyond the call of duty to meet unexpected challenges in making my loved ones feel secure and comfortable.

At this time, mom only needs a little bit of extra help. Mostly just a lot of reminders and someone close by just in case she needs more. The great people at Wynwood help mom when she needs it while letting her be as independent as possible. Everyone seems to be happy in their work and that makes me (and mom) feel very welcome. She now has a group of friends with which she can talk and play. She has been joining many of the activities available. A couple of her favorites are the balloon volleyball and the scenic drives. The I am very happy with our decision to have mom stay here. I wish we would have made this move a couple of years ago.

I was really impressed with this place. The food was delicious! There wasn't a certain time to eat, the dining room was just open, I really liked that. There were not any openings available but was even less expensive, than the place we went to. They were so friendly, we really wanted to move here.

We've been very impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff has been. It's been a very positive experience! The activities are very stimulating. There's a full time activities director. We've seen some of the crafts the residents have made, and we've seen lots of residents up and around. On Friday afternoons, they have a "happy hour", and we've seen at least 25 residents at them. The atmosphere of the community is cozy, and you feel like you're in someone's living room. We've eaten there several times and we were extremely impressed with the food! They are refurbishing and repainting the common areas, which are already nice as it is. The walls are not scuffed or chipped, and they keep the property really nice. The rooms are a little small, but overall, it's been a great experience!

It's been a hard adjustment, but they really like the food. I personally was a little dissatisfied with the orientation process. I wish that the staff would have checked-in on my loved ones more, and maybe been there to answer any questions they had. Perhaps just more follow-up and more than once. Also, the maintenence took a long time when they were moving in. It took two weeks to get some pictures hung up. Other than that, the home health nurse is great, and all the people are friendly.

They have been very helpful, and very accommodating. The food is really nice. The residents are very, very happy, Andrea seems to know everybody by their first name, and their faces light up when they see her. The pricing is very reasonable. They go on a three hour drive every week and it seems to be to nice places.

They were awesome! I know that they price was expensive, but it was definitely worth it because they were taking good care of our loved one. I sat with my loved one while she ate one time, and the food looked okay. For someone who doesn't cook much, it looked great! I gave them 5's across the board because they were awesome!

This place looked great, the facility itself was beautiful and the employees were all incredibly friendly and professional. We toured this location when we were looking into options for our loved one. The level of care was a bit higher than what our loved one needed at the time, but this place is definitely at the top of our list if at some point we need to look into assisted living.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is friendly and wonderful....this includes the administration as well as the caregivers. They seem to love their jobs. While the staff is very professional, the feeling there is relaxed, calm, and more like one big family....not like an institution. I am touched by the sincerity, concern and loving care that the staff shows towards the residents. I see it every time I am there visiting my mother in law. Families are made to feel very welcome and are included in really nice special dinner/events throughout the year. The interior is pleasing, clean, and homey. It is set up in a way to allow residents to move about freely yet still maintains safety and security. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one with dementia.

We just moved my father in yesterday, so I really don't know a lot. Everyone has been wonderful so far. I think it will be a great place for my father.

Really no complaints so far. It's only been a little while, since my loved one transferred from another community, but everything seems to be going great. This location is perfect for my family to come and visit, so that was exactly what we were looking for. The price seems reasonable, and it's a decent looking place, so all is good so far.

So far this place has been wonderful! The staff are very caring and compassionate, and they're really doing everything they can to help our loved one settle in and adjust to this new situation. They're great about staying in communication and always get in touch with me to give me updates on her mood and condition. I feel completely comfortable about her safety, whenever I visit I see that they check in with all the residents very often. They do a great job here, and I'd definitely recommend taking a look at them!

The activities would be the only real area of improvement. My loved one doesn't really participate, and I've told them they could escort her to them if they'd like. The communication has been very good with the staff, so no real complaints there. The food all looks delicious, and there's a big selection! I chose this location because when my loved one's finances run out, they are accomodating to other financial plans that we will need to use.

Things went well, for the most part. I mostly dealt with the upper level staff, but there were some complications with the lower level staff. I can't think of any improvements needed, though. They did a great job! I tried the food, and I would probably give it a 4. For these kinds of places, the food was good. Also, the value is very good. You get your money's worth!

My Dad is depressed but in spite of that really likes the friendly and empathetic staff. The other residents also really rallied behind him when my mother went back into the hospital. Its clear they are happy to be there.

This review is only for the Independent Living: My loved one was only there for a short period of time. They were able to give us a very good deal, and accomodate our needs, so it worked out very well. The food was excellent, and our family ate there on several occasions. They did housekeeping once a week, which was nice. He didn't need any medical assistance. Overall, it was a good experience!

Everything is working out very well! I really do not have a whole lot to compare this to, but everything is going great. The food is definitely average. It's okay, but nothing extraordinary. There have been a few issues with some things, but every time I called, it was taken care of right away. My choice was really based on location, and so far, everything is working out.

We really liked this community. They were very nice, really nice. We really liked the people. It was clean and beautiful and this is one we seriously considered. They are a little more independent than what we needed though. There just wasn't enough security for our needs.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for my loved one, and this was one of the best that I saw. We were very close to placing my loved one here, and were near the top of the wait list. It was really a gorgeous facility, the care was good, and the staff were all very friendly and professional. Unfortunately it was just too far away, and eventually we decided against it as an option for our family.
