I love this place, and I think that whole experience was wonderful. I was very pleased. Even when there was an emergency they get in touch with me right away. I can call anytime I need to. The food is great, very tasty and always looks good, and I was buying her ice cream, and they told me I don't need to they can give it to her. The activities can be tough with the dementia patients, but they try, and they have outings and entertainment, I think they do a good job of it on the dementia floor. I don't feel like I need to have someone there everyday, if I can't get there to visit every day, I know she is okay.

They are very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Compared to other places I've seen it was the best find. The weakest point is the activities, they could use a little more variety, and they could happen a little more often. They take pets and the girls will help if they think she needs help. They have an incredibly supportive staff. They had one of the best staff, of all the places we saw.

My parents both needed to go into assisted living at the same time. We looked at a number of facilities in San Antonio. Emeritus at Hollywood Park was very nice and modern, clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My parents have been there about two months already and my Mom and Dad always tell me how much they like the staff who care for them and they like the facility. I have gotten to know many of the staff there and they are all very nice and friendly people. My brothers and I are very happy we found Emeritus!

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was a very nice looking community, and right when you walked in you could feel the warm friendly atmosphere! During the tour I saw plenty of residents out enjoying themselves and socializing, and the staff all seemed caring and responsive. Unfortunately they do not provide memory care here, and we didn't want to have to move my loved one again when the time came. Overall this a great looking community, and definitely worth a look!

Our experience with Emeritus at Harrisburg has been a good one, it's a great place! I'd give them top marks across the board! The facility itself is nice looking and clean, and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful. They've got a lot to offer their residents in terms of care and activities, as well!

I'm very, very happy with it. It's very clean, and the staff is very friendly, and they are very helpful. They are very excellent with communication, and staying on top of any concerns. There are plenty of activities, there can always be more, but they have plenty. We chose them because they were very willing to discuss everything with me, they seemed to go above and beyond to help us make sure this would work for us.

This is an awesome place! It's beautiful, the apartments are fabulous, it is affordable, and my loved one really couldn't be happier here! I have nothing but good things to say and I'd rate them higher than 5 on every category if I could! As an example, the very first meal she had here we asked them if they had any Lactaid, as she is lactose intolerant, and they said they did not have any. Within 5 minutes the head chef came out to our table to introduce himself and said that he personally was going to go get some on his next break, and that from that point forward they'd always have some on hand for her!

It's been a great experience! From the food to the staff, the accommodations, everything has been wonderful. We have no complaints, and we are very happy with it.

The staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Good food. A lot of different activities. We were impressed that they treated my Grandfather like the most important person in the world. He was never a number. Rooms were a bit small, but that didn't matter when you have good care. This facility has a good reputation. We had a great experience with everyone from the cleaning staff to the Directors who we actually saw caring for the residents. You can tell that people there care about their patients and like their job. Also, it smells good. Like you are in a nice hotel.

What a really nice, comfortable place for a loved one when it's needed.... Our reception from Serena, all her staff, and everyone there, including cleaning staff, maintenance (Walter), and dining room staff, were really wonderful and made my husband's Aunt Joyce feel at home... Naomi next door is a special lady and is helping Joyce to settle in... We couldn't have asked for a better place for Joyce since she cannot stay in her own home any longer.. We would recommend your facilities no matter where they are if they are anywhere as accommodating this the one at Oakwell Ct, San Antonio...

Things have gone very well for my loved on at Emeritus at Ocala! She was very anxious about moving, but within a few days she had nothing but good things to say about her new home, and how much she was enjoying herself! I also like that since they are a large chain there is a location near me that we can transfer her to, if we ever need her closer to family.

Sterling House of Alliance has been a wonderful place for Mom. She has acclimated well and enjoys the many activities available to her. It is a clean, well-run and compassionate operation. We are so glad we found them.

They are great. We don't have any complaints so far. I looked at seventeen places, when I was searching and I chose the Emeritus for a few reasons. They have wide halls, they are highly organized. And the food is good, and the price is good.

Clare Bridge in Albany has been an answer to our prayers. This turned out to be the perfect fit for our loved one. He seems much happier and more pleasant to be around. The community itself is only a few months old.

They called and we went through wht they had to offer. when I told the lady that it wasn't what we needed she was very helpful to help me find the right places and what I actually needed

Meridian of Englewood really is a wonderful place, I'd give them top marks across the board. They really seem to understand the senior lifestyle! The staff try to connect with the people on a personal level, and learn what works best for them. They understand the needs and limitations that seniors face, and are friendly and patient with everyone. I feel so confident knowing that my loved ones are being well cared for.

So far everything seems to be going fine at Emeritus at Lake Mary, my loved one really seems to like it! He says the people are friendly, the food is good, and there is plenty to do. The facility itself is nice looking and clean, and the staff do a great job looking after everyone.

The place looked better than in the photos we were previously shown, but what captured our yes is the courteous and friendly staff. We liked the designed activities too.

The food is pretty good. There are outside areas for residents and families to use. They have a good selection of activities. We were really lucky to have found this community. They’re clean and the staff are great.

We helped a friend look into this location, and after getting moved in he really seems to be enjoying it! It was a bit of a rocky start since going from independent to assisted living was a big change. However, the staff here were all very friendly and relaxed and he adjusted and got settled in quickly! Now that he has gotten into the swing of things here we can barely get a hold of him, he is always out socializing or participating in one of their activities! The facility itself is great looking, spotless, and well maintained. We're glad he found such a great place to live!
