Brookdale

I am really impressed, I am really happy. The only thing that was disheartening for me is we had to sign early and pay for time we weren't using, in order to get the special price. It's clean and everyone is friendly, they are really attentive. The only complaint I get about the food is that she doesn't get enough dessert. I am really impressed with all the programs and activities they get them involved with. I picked them because of the attitude I got from the staff, they were probably the best we saw, and the activities.

My loved ones were here for quite a few years in their independent living section, and I thought they did a wonderful job! It is a clean, well kept community, the staff are friendly, and they had a lot of great amenities for their residents!

Everything is going really well. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean. I'm new to senior living but there isn't anything I pay for that we don't get. They seem to have plenty of activities, and we haven't heard any complaints about the food. We chose them based on their reputation around the community. They had great word of mouth referrals.

Their staff is exceptionally friendly, and the community is clean. Having a little more to offer the gentlemen in terms of activities would be nice, and they are working on getting some more things. Their responsiveness to issues is nice. We needed something last minute over a weekend, they went out of their way to make sure they could get him in over the weekend. The one thing I would like to see or that would be useful is if they had some kind of counseling for family members of residents having difficulty with the transition, who are not happy with being in senior living.

Overall they've done a wonderful job at Emeritus at Lake Mary, I'd give them high marks across the board! The facility itself is attractive, well kept and clean, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. They take great care of their residents, and seem to have plenty going on for them to do!

Loved this place. We put my Dad on the waiting list. I liked their care pricing and how it is not done as one flat fee. They wait to see what is needed to specify it to my Dads needs, so we are not paying for something we don't really need.

So far things have gone well at Clare Bridge. They really impressed us from the get-go. It's a very nice looking place, and the staff are all very friendly. The staff are all very upbeat, and everyone seems to be on the same page. Their happiness is passed along in the form of great service that makes the residents happy as well!

I am so pleased with them. So far I am just tickled. They are awesome for helping come up with ways to help your loved one with memory. I feel that they really care for my mom.

We were very favorably impressed with all aspects of what Clare Bridge community has to offer because they specialize in the kind of care Suzanne needs. Kelly was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. We liked the layout of the building and also the room floor plans. We also liked the repetitive daily schedule and the way it was arranged. Suzanne was very impressed when one of the staff welcomed her so warmly and as we left Suzanne remembered Maria by name...so heart warming for both of us.

Very impressed...especially like Alcove Apt.May stop by to see again....and see if Alcove units are on 1st floor. Laura was excellent and really seemed to care.

Everyone is very caring and friendly here. My Grandma moved in and they all remained caring & friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for assisted living to check this place out.

They are great! The staff is extremely friendly, they can't be nicer. Everyone is so pleasant, I haven't seen a grouchy person there yet. Their medication management is a little higher than most. The food is good, I went to a family barbecue they had and it was good. I really liked the location, and that it was a small enough place that she could get to know people. I liked the atmosphere here better, I liked the rocking chairs on the porch, the grounds are nice and it's a very homey atmosphere. They were also very accommodating, because of the room they had available, they really worked with us.

I absolutely loved the place. They didn't sit and help feed him, that's the only thing that I would have liked more, but they just didn't have the staff. Other than that, the rooms were nice, and the people were nice, the food was good. I did feel like I got my money's worth here. I loved it! I will say that not all of the Brookdale communities are created equal. We tried to move to another Brookdale facility, and that one gave us nothing but trouble. But we loved it here at Homewood.

Impressed with Carriage Club. When we look at independent living facilities, it will be high on our list.

Jill was very professional and helpful. General positive impression of the place and we really liked the feeling of a small, close community there. The residents all seems happy and well cared for. We selected another facility only because our mother is in advanced stages of Alzheimer's and needs a different type of care facility.

With the preface that my mother and I are very new to the ALF world and don't have much basis for reference, The Gardens have been really wonderful. The staff is friendly and seem genuinely concerned about her well being, the place is kept up well and the new director Michael seems intent on improving on an already good thing. There are daily activities including movies, outings, shuttle services and live music performances in the lobby, there is a beauty salon and a library/computer room along with instruction as needed. We are grateful for A Place For Mom's guidance in finding the right place for my mother and right in our neighborhood, thanks much!

Mom moved into SL and was very excited about her entering assisted living. Our family has been pleased with SL facility overall. Her care givers are good with mom, especially one lady named Ilene. If questions come up the staff is open to listening to our family concerns. Mom has also used their skilled nursing side as well which has been exceptional also.

Position excellent, Facilities, excellent, was unable to get floor plans, disappointed with reception. Young lady at reception desk was great, showed me what she could, told me Manager would be on site in an Hour, went back Manager was on site was obviously to busy to take the trouble to talk to , Told receptionist he would get Chanel to call me Monday. Just wasted my time. I will discuss this with Chanel Jackson. Has assisted living on site.

If I could give the staff a ten I would. They are friendly and kind and good to the residents there. They have something daily, probably multiple activities daily. He would like more vegetables. I've had such a great experience and he is so much happier. The staff, with the care that they give, and the interaction with the resident. This is made for memory care, the way it's thought out. They have a large area where they can roam around, and they have activity stations, and a community center. It has a really open freedom kind of feeling. I am so deeply impressed.
