They take excellent care of her . The staff is excellent. The food is very good. I like this place very much.

I was really impressed with how the staff was with my mom. They were very patient and assuring and help her with her needs. They didn't mind if she needed to ask a question several times over. They would answer it until she felt comfortable.

They do a great job. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. They are attentive, and responsive. They have activities, my loved one has attended a couple and enjoyed them. He loves the food. This was hands down better than everywhere else we looked, there was no comparison. We liked the size of the community, it's small enough for a good caregiver to resident ratio. I like that they are very regimented, you know where he will sit and those kinds of things. From the day we walked in unannounced on a Saturday to check it out, we have been nothing but pleased.

We really enjoyed working with Beth Day, Community Relations Coordinator. She was extremely personable and went out of her way to get questions answered and take care of little details that made a big difference to us and my in-laws. Beth was a big part of the reason we chose Windfield Village, and we are sorry she is no longer working there. We have been pleased with the friendliness of the staff as well as the other residents. There seems to be a desire on the part of nearly all of the employees to make Windfield Village home-like. There is a broad range of activities, and outings in which to participate. The one area which doesn't seem to get as high of a rating is the food. I understand they have a new food service provider and I'm hopeful that will make a positive difference.

My mother lives at Prosperity Oaks and has been there about 1 1/2 years. The staff really takes care of the residents and I have never seen so many people having fun in an assisted living. My mother has made great friends since moving there. It was a difficult choice to move my mother into assisted living and I am so thankful to have found Prosperity Oaks. It is a really special community and they treat the residents like gold. I highly recommend Prosperity Oaks.

After talking to our counselor Pam she gave us the Emeritus At Canterbury Ridge to check out. She thought this would fit what we were looking for. I called and talked to them and it seemed like a great place. I had my brother call them and set up a tour. He lives in Champaign and I live in TN. He took the tour and was very impressed and had my other brother and sister go look at it. With in 1 week they did an assessment on my parents, and they moved into the assisted living. We are very pleased with their services and facility. I just came back from visiting my parents for 3 days and they really like it there. The meals are great and they really take good care of them. We are very pleased and know that they are being looked after when we can't be there.

They have been doing a very good job. They are clean and friendly. They do a good job. He has been here a month now and hasn't fallen once, not one trip to the emergency room.

I think they do a great job overall at Clare Bridge of San Antonio! They're very observant, and I really appreciate how often they check in on the residents. It's also nice that even though it is a memory care community the residents are able to lock their doors. It is a locked facility, but the inside is spacious with plenty of room to wander, and they have beautiful courtyards if the residents would like to go outside.

My sister and I have been happy with Brookdale Place. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Our mother receives very good care.

The staff at Brookdale treat my mother like family. She is very happy and feels safe there.

Clean, many activities, supportive staff who redirect to ensure senior satisfaction. Wonderful facility. Good vibes.

Loved it! Kathy was amazing, and extremely helpful. We have decided this is the place for Mom, and we have put her on the list there for a room! We probably won't be ready to move for a month or two, but we feel much better! :)

Would highly recommend A Place For Mom to anyone needing services and/or recommendations of facilities. After taking my initial information and what we were looking for for Mom - the representative Jane was on it. She had made calls to various facilities - sending me emails with appointments, as well as having various facilities getting in touch with me. Well organized and exactly what we were looking for. This process moved very quickly and I am happy to report my Mom is settled into Trillium Place. Amy the Sales Director here at the Trillium also has been professional and thorough and my only hopes are that Mom will be very happy here as well - time will only tell. Facility is clean, nicely furnished and cared for and staff appear to be very friendly and attentive; a real home feeling. Amy was great in working and accomplishing our goal at hand in a short amount of time. We brought Mom in for a tour before making a final decision and Amy was so kind and patient and spoke to Mom regarding Trillium Place and it was evident she won her over immediately; despite reluctance in accepting that this is what was needed regarding her care. Thanks to both these key individuals for their assistance and attention to detail in making it happen as well as ensuring that Mom would be getting the care and attention needed!

This was our second choice, but a room came up in Alice Lorraine Care Center first.

The room she got had just been renovated and that was impressive. It's always been clean. The staff is really well trained and very friendly. She likes the people and the food. They are very attentive and responsive. I've been impressed with all of the staff, anytime I have been there it doesn't matter who it is if anyone needs help with anything they are right there and really good, especially with those with dementia and Alzheimer's. Every time I come they have quite a few people down in the town center. The staff makes them really comfortable. When you step in the door it looks like a little corner of Paris, and the atmosphere, and pleasantness, is what made me choose them, and they continue to be that way.

The staff there is wonderful. great care... great activities. i heard there service regarding meals could use some help.. the residence would sit sn hour before being served. would rate this area fair. but overall excellent at Wynnwood

We have been very pleased with the care my dad is receiving at Clare Bridge. He feels at home and comfortable with the staff and residents. There is always something to do and he is more active there than he was at home. We feel we made this decision to provide an assisted living environment FOR him not TO him.

This place is phenomenal! My loved one really seems to love it here! It's a beautiful, clean community, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful! They have events going on all the time to keep the residents entertained, and the meal service is fantastic, I've eaten here multiple times!

I love this place. It is where I will be staying in my later years if I can afford it.
