Brookdale

I have been really pleased with Brookdale Santa Barbara. They've helped me get her comfortable there. I cant think of a single thing that I have not been happy with. It has been a good experience at this facility.

Very informative and got to see rooms in Assisted Living and Memory Care units, meeting staff and seniors in each area. Up-beat and lots of activities to choose from. Got initial costs understood. Enjoyed the big gas fireplace.

I think compared to the other facilities in our area Emeritus at Grayson View is far ahead of them. I would highly recommend it. In fact a friend of ours just recently placed their family member here because of our recommendation. I am very pleased with this facility.

We looked at 4 different communities and found Brookdale East Hendersonville to be the best facility for a dear friend who was in need of some additional assistance after suffering several strokes. Brookdale was by far the most lively, upbeat facility, with a super friendly and attentive staff. They treated us like they were welcoming their own family! The facility feels more like a 'hotel' than an 'assisted living facility' with clean, modern, well appointed social spaces as well as optional buffet or full service dining rooms. They also offer a variety of activities, clubs and services to keep their residents healthy & happy while allowing as much freedom and independence as they desire. We were thrilled to sign on & after 2 weeks still feel good about our decision!

Brookdale Fisher's Landing is a great place, everybody seems to be very caring and seem to want and take an interest and they still seem very involved in my mothers care. They are also very good at keeping me informed and involved and up to date on the status of my mothers health.

Clare Bridge of Wilmington which is now known as Brookdale is great, my husband I are very pleased, I was contacted by Shelly F, said she had been working with me for 2 years. I love it its very friendly and very caring with their patients. My husband says the food is great. The caregiver is always there and available. They all know me there and allow me in when needed.

Brookdale Georgetown would have been $[removed] a month more than the facility we ended up putting dad in. Also, we wanted a more central location to try to encourage more family to visit. The facility was nice. The people were very gracious and spent a lot of time with us. In the end it just wasn't the right facility for him.

We have been so welcomed at this community. Mom has fit in so nicely and the managers were there to help us all along the way. It is an older building but very homey and clean. I understand from other residents that a lot has changed along the way with new managers. Residents do seem happy. I haave had lunch several times with mom and it was pretty tasty. The administrator made herself available and is often seen throughout the building. Staff acknowledge us when we come in. One lady at the front desk isn't always nice, but we just let it go. So happy mom is safe and is making friends.

Brookdale Sunwest is a very nice facility. The staff are very friendly. The gals are being very nice to him. He is very happy. He is interacting with other residents. I am quite pleased with this facility.

My mother has been at the Gardens for 3 years. You walk in the community and feel the positive energy. She has made so many friends. The activities are varied for every taste. The staff is very caring and interested in the welfare of the resident. I have been there for dinner and parties. The food is great. Fresh salad bar and fruit for lunch and dinner. That is what I love when I visit. My mother is happy and cared for. That means a lot to me.

They can improve on the activities. My experience overall would be that the workers are very nice and helpful and informative. It seems to me that they are understaffed, which is why they can't do as many activities. Other than that, I would say that they are okay.

It has an apartment type feel. Very nice.

A little expensive when it comes to value, but the care service is great. The staff bends over backwards to help you never had a bad experience with them, I would most definitely recommend this place.

Brookdale of West Hartford is a beautiful facility. The nurses and their attendants are very caring and attentive. The initial transfer from a local rehab to Brookdale was a little difficult when it came to determining special needs but the entire staff worked diligently to make all the correct adjustments. Anything worthwhile will take some time.

I would like to see more evening activities.

My husband has been at Holmgreen assisted living for 3 months. He seems happy. The staff on his floor is friendly and supportive. He says he likes the food and enjoys having the yeast rolls at meal time. There are quite a few daily activities, and the staff remind him when they are and encourage him to participate. I join in often and am impressed with the activities staff. They have Netflix, TV trivia, fit class, games, mental alertness activities, coloring, gardening, faith-based speakers, music, and more. He likes to go out once a month with "lunch bunch" and has been to the movies and bowling. They have a family theme dinner once a month and one social he particularly likes has non and alcoholic beverages while listening to Don Huff sing and play his guitar. He gardens and likes Sunshine the cat very much. I volunteer as often as I can and am very involved. Therefore, my review comes from first hand knowledge.

I really enjoy how the staff at Brookdale Corono keep me posted on how she is doing. They keep on how she is spending her days. I really appreciate that. It's been an overall really good experience.

Very friendly staff. Very quiet. Dignified care. Respect for needs of the community. Very nice accomodations.

They are pretty good. I would give them a five. Mom doesn't complain about the food, they always have snacks, she is pretty happy with that. They were pretty comparable, maybe even a little less than others in the area. We are pretty happy with it.
