Brookdale

The Staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They made every effort to make her welcome and comfortable.

We were in a different Brookdale before we came here, and we have been very pleased. We are happy with Brookdale, and would rate them a five. They are very good.

I visited this place on Oct., 13th. It was amazing.

At Clare Bridge Middleton their response time is a little long to any of my family members. It takes for like a few days rather than a few hours to get back with us. Other than that things are good and I am pleased with the experience here.

All of the staff members that I have spoken too have been very helpful and polite. Teresa you have helped me so much. I thank you and my mother also wants to thank you.

Brookdale Canopy Oaks is a very good facility, but our situation is a tough one. It is a very nice place, very professionally run. They are very busy, and it is incredible what they do. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone. If there is anywhere they could improve, it would be to hire more people. They have such a large area to manage and could use some additional help.

The communication is a big thing that they need to work on. The residents need to have a schedule on what they are doing (activities, showers, etc.) They are very friendly and have welcomed my Mother with open arms.

Wonderful community, people are friendly and the main person Lydia was so open to listen and help. The people at this community really care and that's what matters for me the most. I can sleep peacefully knowing that my mother is well taken care of.

They have done a lovely job, very nice. The chef is exceptional in terms of making people feel welcome and like they are a part of the community. All of the staff takes time to get to know the residents and their families.

The staff members are excellent at Brookdale of Greenville. I would give them a 6 if I could. It is more than adequate here. My mother is happy. It just will take time to get into the routine. The staff are doing what they can to encourage her and get her involved.

Emeritus is now Brookdale at Coeur D' Alene. The value of this facility is a 5 +. The one fault I'm finding is their service at the restaurant during the meals. They seem understaffed. You wait and wait for service. Other than that everything is wonderful here. I am happy here.

Our family picked Brookdale Kingsley Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas, for an assisted living Type B facility for my mother-in-law. We toured the facility and were impressed with the residents, the facility itself, and above all the staff and administration. We were especially grateful for the amount of medical care they would be able to provide. We were thrilled when a space became available before my mother-in-law was released from the hospital. We were never able to move into the facility though because she passed away while in a rehabilitation/nursing home during recovery.

Very small family atmosphere. Pretty rooms for residents along with the public spaces. Activities looked inviting and the dining options seemed good. This one is in the running when I show it to Mom.

Looking for a secure place for my mom was made easier with A Place for Mom's help from Cindy. I wasn't sure what to expect and was really surprised to discover that Brookdale -Salem (Clare Bridge -Salem) felt like home. Patients are free to explore their surroundings including going outdoors all in a secure location. I found the place cleaned, well maintained, the food smelled great, the staff do activities with them every day and there are plenty of staff for those that need additional assistance. When you walk into the building it looks like Main St USA............this makes you feel like you're walking outside! They have single rooms and shared rooms. Due to my mom being high functioning we went with a single room at the base rate of $4900, shared rooms are $3012. Residents are assessed for their personal needs so the monthly fee goes up. Very fair.......some places just lumps every patient into 4 groups so you may end up paying for more than the resident needs. I'm very happy with my selection of Brookdale / Clare Bridge - Salem! My mom is doing great and she seems very happy and less stressed out!

I have enjoyed staying there and I am going to go back. They could improve on the activities. Other than that, I think they are doing a great job. The staff is really wonderful, so they are doing good job.

From the initial contact we had, they set up a meeting the next morning. We spent a day there and talked to the staff members and they told us what the policies were and asked us what we were looking for and it was very thorough and professional. The best thing about it is that from the first day she was there she has not been upset. She's been calm and to the best of my knowledge nothing has changed in that regard.

Carolina House Of Greenville does a great job of keeping the facility clean and picked up. The staff members are friendly. They do the best they can for a group facility. I have to remind my self that this is assisted living and set my expectations on that. They are willing to work with me. I would just say there needs to be more upfront full disclosure on what to expect going into this facility. Is it perfect for my parents, no but I would recommend this facility to anyone. They just need to know going in what to expect.

I think that the biggest thing I would say about it is that we moved my loved one there for assisted living and they only have 2 caregivers for 60 residents and that's unrealistic. How much they charge for just 2 caregivers, they should have way more than that. I'd say the staff was caring, but for the amount of money spent for only 2 workers, I wouldn't really call it assisted living. The food was great though, I would highly recommend that and the people in the kitchen were just outstanding.

They were very unclear about the costs and the contracts until we had already moved my loved one in. However, It is a beautiful facility though. I give it a five - star rating overall, but the value is only a two.

I think that the thing they do so well is that they have created such a home like atmosphere for the residents. I can't say that they need to improve upon anything. I really think that they are doing a wonderful job.
