Brookdale

Even though we put our family member in for short term respite care, he continues to stay. We are very happy with the care and programs provided to stimulate his mind and body. The staff is pleasant, helpful and attentive to the resident's needs. I would highly recommend Brookdale for your loved one.

Brookdale Parkplace is expensive but I am getting a lot for my money. My mom requires a lot of care. The attention to detail is very high at this facility. My mom has been in one other place before this and this place as close to a full service nursing home without being in an actual nursing home as you can get. I am very pleased.

I love Brookdale Foundation House. I honestly like everything about the whole facility. I have gone there numerous times. Everything from the people that work there to the residents to the activities. I think it is going to be a great fit.

I just love Brookdale Foundation House. My mother-in-law has dementia and is having trouble adjusting. She thinks she is luxury hotel because of the wonderful service they give. All the people that work there have been great. When they see her being disoriented or anything they call me and let me know. They are just really good. I am very pleased with this facility.

Brookdale Fairhaven has been a good experience. My friend is there and she likes the cafeteria, it is nice and quiet. She likes the various activities they have there. She has Alzheimer's but it's not really bad yet. The staff is really nice. She is a vegetarian and the staff go out their way to give her nutritious food and accommodate her. I am really pleased with this facility.

Beautifully appointed and decorated public areas, wide pleasant hallways with wonderful artwork of areas in Madison. Onsight physical/occupational therapy + activity director. Base price for rooms is competitive, but will need to do a more detailed assessment based on level of care needed.

The Brookdale Skyline is really a wonderful place. It is a very well run and well kept facility, The staff people are always friendly and attentive to you and the food is quite good. It is a good experience.

I am really happy that I found your facility for Mom. It is very nice and everyone is really kind and helpful. The food is good and it is very clean. Staff is great.

They have done pretty much everything well. My mom first checked in to the general population, which surprised me a little bit, but she was under 24-hour care until she switched to Clare Bridge. I am very happy with the whole experience thus far, the only thing I think they can improve upon is that I've been asked to duplicate a lot of paperwork for Clare Bridge that I have already done for Brookdale.

This facility is very nice; set up in personal "pods' of 8-12 or so residents using the same dining room & common room. Mom loved the patio area with raised vegetable garden she could work in and the outdoor seating. Rooms are small but very well appointed. Nursing care set up with monthly reviews and personal attention.

Overall I think everything has been pretty good so far. The food is pretty good for feeding 120 people. It's fair quality. It just takes a little while to get used to the place, but I feel more and more comfortable with it every day. I like it here.

It has been a really good experience. We really like the caregivers and we feel like everything has been run very professionally by the owners of The Heritage and they are responsive and we are happy with the place.

Anything that is wrong in the apartment they fix right away. The culture is that anyone that wants to sit with them is welcome. They have fun activities every single day. The staff is fun and friendly and they make this a great place.

Our experience with Brookdale Grandon Farms has been a very good one, so far! The staff is friendly and professional, and they've been very receptive to any suggestions or questions that we've had for them! My only small complaint is that I think they could use a few more people on staff during the evening and night hours, but overall I think it is a very nice place.

At Brookdale at Fosrgate I got the impression of a very nice hotel. They take the residents out for travel and the trips are a little too short. For instance they will take them to the mall and only stay about an hour. That is the only negative I would say about the facility. Things are going good here.

Overall I am very happy with Brookdale Paulin Creek. They have a services desired button which each resident uses and I would like for their response time when the button is pushed to be a little bit faster. But other than that everything with them has gone really well and we are extremely pleased.

The staff at Brookdale College Square is exceptionally cooperative and they provide great care. The only negative is that Brookdale does not accept medicaid, and for that reason we will likely be having to move soon.

I am satisfied with everything overall at Brookdale Orland Park. It is a great facility. It is clean. The staff is friendly. I give it all 5 stars.

So far so good. It's still pretty new, but so far the move in has been pretty smooth. They were fairly comparable to other in the area. I would give them a five so far.

Dad recently moved in and so far so good. It' s not an easy decision but think this is the best place for Dad. No complaints so far and everyone has been very helpful and caring. Food choices are plentiful
