Brookdale

My mother-in-law loves Brookdale Tempe. She likes the activities a lot. Laurie, the LPN is very on the ball with what we can and cant do medical wise. The staff is so friendly here. The only thing I would mention to improve is for them to clean the patio off a little more. She is in the right place here.

I am not sure about what the Brookdale Tanque Verde can improve on, but all of the staff members there are very helpful. If i have any concerns at all about what is going on then they are quick to respond.

Brookdale Unversity Park is going really good. Mom loves it. i really cant tell you bad things about it. There are some maintenance things here and there. But the care and the facility is phenomenal. She is definitely getting the care that she needs. It is worth the money. She doesn't lack for something to do here either. They have all kinds of welcome lunches. They take them places. The care services are above average. We didn't even ask and they had people from physical therapy come in and evaluate her. They were proactive in taking care of any needs she has. They called me and informed me of everything and let me know that her medicaid would cover everything. This facility is the furthest one from me that we could of picked but I have no problems because I know she is taken care of here. I would definitely recommend it for anyone that can afford it.

This is probably their smallest location, and because of that it helps so much for my loved one to get a more individual family feel. And that is how they operate and it's very comforting knowing that she is there. It has been real good.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Brookdale Ann Arbor looked very nice! It ended up coming down to this facility and another, and we went with the other location just based on proximity to family members. However, this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one!

They are a really active community, there is always something to do. I am impressed with the activities. It is very nice, like staying at a resort hotel, very clean. I would say their care services need a little improvement, but that is my only critique. There has been a lot of inconsistency in that department. The top management is good though, they are responsive.

Brookdale MacArthur Park has been wonderful. Mom loves it and so do we. She has adjusted really well. She loves the staff. She enjoys getting out on the porch. She loves the way things are done there. She is just really doing well at this facility.

My mom was there for 14 months and they took very good care of her and I looked at five different places and chose Brookdale. I like it because it was a smaller community, so that was one of my favorite things about it. Most of the people were great. I would definitely recommend it.

They were awesome. They were the only place that were able to help us. We just needed a short respite stay. They did a wonderful job, and she had a fantastic stay. They did a good job taking care of her. I absolutely think they should get a five.

I feel really comfortable leaving my loved one there at Brookdale Weddington Park, I feel like the staff members are taking good care of her. I really can not think of anything for them to improve upon.

I like the fact that they have a constant caregiver that is there 5 days a week. There aren't a whole lot of different people that my Mom has to get used to. They seem to get to know the families and there is a lot of communication and interaction. I also like the fact that when an issue arises, they get right on it and try to get it resolved.

When we walked in the door to tour Brookdale , a sweet resident said to us,"you're gonna love it here". That comment was so impactful because that could have never been staged or contrived . Brookdale is a beautiful facility and expertly managed. The dining room is full of life and residents are lingering after their meals laughing and enjoying life. What peace of mind I have knowing my Mothers needs are met and she is living life with others in her season of life. Best decision ever!!

Excellent place. The staff, the level of care and the facility are all excellent.

I am really pleased with Brookdale Latrobe. I am pleased everything. I have no complaints. If you are a family member or a person that has to be in that situation this facility is really the best place to be. It has been a really good experience here.

Brookdale Attleboro is going really well. The only thing that needs improvement is the group that my sister sit with in the dining area complain about the food. Some meals are good and some not so good. The communication is great at this facility. When there is a problem with my sister they let me know. When they do physical therapy and things are good they call me. Communication is a big key that they really do well here. My sister is very happy there. I hope she can stay there for the duration of her life. She needs a lot of care and they do provide that. I am just very pleased to have her here.

Liked this place very much. Planning on visiting the sister community, more along the lines I'm looking for. More retirement home, less nursing home.

They keep the residents so busy and happy.

It is my mother who is staying at the facility, but the management team just did a great job of getting my loved one transitioned and moved in to Brookdale Sunwest. All of the staff members did a great job.

My Dad passed away on the 9th of September. While he was in this facility they took very good care of him. The staff was amazing.

[removed] My husband was dismissed from the hospital sooner than I had anticipated. That push affected my decision for one of the facilities I had visited. I considered the atmosphere of the facility compared to my husband's normal personality. I chose Brookdale College Square because it was smaller and more suited to an environment similar to our neighborhood. The personnel at the facility was tremendously helpful when placing my husband had been accelerated. He seems to have adjusted and it is close to home so both myself and his son can visit. I appreciated the help for this journey ahead of me.
