Facility noted to be clean. Staff professional. No scents noted. Activities well attended. Outside trips and specific interest to the individual made. Available outdoor spaces. Many choices for meals. Medications managed. Program developed specific to memory care. Staff friendly and supportive. Medical coverage part of service.

Brookdale Murray is an awesome place. We are extremely happy. I could't ask for better. He has a good room. It's a beautiful facility. We had him at Spring Creek before and that place was just awful. They keep the place clean here. They have tables with nice table cloths in the dining room. The dining staff wait on you, he loves that. If he doesn't feel like coming down they will give him take out. I can come eat with him and order off the menu and they have a private dining room if we need it. They have lots and lots of activities. They will cart if him all over town if he wants them to. They'll bring him coffee through out the day. Everyone I've met at Brookdale has been happy to live there. It is the nicest place he's ever lived. It is very safe. He hasn't fallen one time since being here. He fell several times at Spring Creek. I am very happy.

Brookdale has been pretty good so far. I don't get complaints about food, or activities or anything like that. I would give them a five at this point. I visited about four different places, and this was the best fit for us.

I can not think of anything they can improve on, but the training of the staff is exceptionally good. I have had experiences with some other facilities and none of them equal to what Brookdale can do, as far as the help and friendliness and quality of care.

Our experience with Brookdale Folsom has been a good one, overall. The staff is friendly and professional, and I really appreciate the degree of communication they maintain with families. They've always gotten in touch with us immediately if issue comes up. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and I think they take good care of the people who live here.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Brookdale Southfield, I'd give them high marks across the board. It's a nice looking place and the staff here is very good. I would recommend them to others looking into care in the area.

Brookdale Pinehurst is very good. I would definitely recommend them. It is a really nice place. I have no complaints. I am very happy with them.

Brookdale Ann Arbor is the best that I know. I am just not familiar with other facilities. The value is fair. I have no criticism at this point but we really haven't been there long enough. Everybody has been very helpful so far. So far so good.

It's been a very good experience at Brookdale Robinwood. They have made everything very easy for us as far as the transition goes. The staff keep us advised on what is taking place. They have given us a notice with all of the holiday events that will be taking place. I have been very pleased with them.

I moved my mother to Brookdale Pinehurst Park in Oct. 2015. They were in the middle of a major renovation of the property. The staff and residents experienced many daily challenges with with various tradesmen remodeling, painting, updating appliances, facilities and furniture. Throughout this process the staff worked very hard to keep things as normal as possible for the residents. I couldn't be happier with the staff and the renovation is spectacular. Life is constantly changing for residents and their families. So far, the Brookdale staff has been wonderful to my Mom and myself. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a Memory Care Resident for a loved one.

The experience at Brookdale Mirage Inn was short lived bt good. My aunt got pneumonia about 4 days after being there and had to go to the hospital and then ended up passing away. She enjoyed their cocktail menu. The dining was nice. I would give this facility high ratings. I would recommend them.

All the staff I have dealt with have been very friendly at Brookdale Medford. My brother is very happy there. Things are excellent at this facility. I am really happy with the way things turned out.

Brookdale Lake Highlands is going great. She is doing really well here. It is top notch at this facility. It's way better than any of the other facilities we looked at. I am very pleased with our experience.

They were very friendly and helpful when we were searching for a place to put my loved one in. They were good with evaluating her and making her feel welcomed and my mother is very happy there at Brookdale.

They have done everything well over at the Brookdale Santa Monica facility. They welcomed my loved one and made her feel comfortable and safe and they feed her well and she is happy there and flourishing.

I have no complaints about the facility at all. Haven't had any issues to occur.

I would highly recommend Brookdale Shawnee . The care givers are kind gentle and above all patient.There is a nurse on duty 24 /7 as well as a MD /Nurse Practitioner that rounds on patients.A dental hygienist sees residents once a month. Taking your loved ones to outside appointments is not often easy having all of this available is helpful.The Director and activities coordinator are invested in making this a great place to be. They are willing to listen and problem solve if difficulties arise.I forgot to mention that there are fun activities schedule for the residents daily and that the individualized care plans are thorough and reviewed with the families.

It is going good. I love it here. I love everything here. There is no one here that you can't get along with. Everyone is your friend here and I really am glad I moved in. I enjoy it here.

There is a lot they have done really well. They are supportive and had everything ready when we moved my Mom in. They had fresh flowers and a cookie tray when we moved her in. They are a fantastic. They are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Well, it is my mother - in - law who is staying over there at the Brookdale Brea and she seems to be safe and happy there at the facility and that is the most important thing to me and my family at the moment.
