My mom loves living here. They offered me good incentives as far as pricings. They have really worked with me financially. Its a great place.

The staff members have been very helpful with all of our questions and they have been taking good care of my loved one. The only problem we have is not with the Redmond facility, but with the corporate office and them not getting back to us about our financial questions.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Brookdale Goodlettsville! Everything has been quite satisfactory, we have no complaints.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also very expensive. We didn't end up selecting this community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

I have no complaints. The Executive Director and staff does a great job. Glad to be here. I would highly recommend The Hearth at Castle Gardens to family or a friend.

We have been very satisfied with them so far. The personnel are very good here, very attentive. We are very happy, I would give them a five so far.

So far it's going very well. The staff is just very nice, and kind to mom. They try to include her in things. The food has been very good. It's nice that it's such a large system, we had been in a previous Brookdale and that experience was good, and when we were comparing this just seemed like the best choice.

It was very clean. The care level they provide is great. It is very clean because it is a new facility.

Our experience with Brookdale Tarpon Springs has been a very good one, overall. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and professional. I toured quite a few communities in the area, and I'm very satisfied with my choice!

Mom has lived at Brookdale Derby a little over a year, and we couldn't be happier with this facility. The staff treats my mom like she is part of their family. There are many activities offered that mom enjoys - groups coming in to sing, bingo, a book club, daily trivia time, and dominoes in the evening with friends, just to name a few. Each month, there is some sort of activity held in the evening so that family members can attend with their loved one. The staff is AMAZING! They are very professional and they pay attention to mom's needs. Knowing that mom is in a safe place, full of people who care for her, and in a place where she is happy, takes away a lot of the worry that I had about her happiness and safety when she was living alone at home. Brookdale Derby... #1!

Wonderfully friendly and helpful but not aggressive. Gave us all the info and guided tour then left us to make our decision in private at a delicious luncheon.

I have worked in this industry for 7 years, in multiple different capacities, numerous different cities, and have walked in to 30+ different senior living facilities. Brookdale Derby sets the standard for excellence when it comes to providing care for seniors! Everytime I walk into this community, you can just sense the change in atmosphere compared to others. It's so positive, the residents are always active and engaged, and each team member that works there always has a smile on their face. Management is always available for any questions that I have, and respond quickly to anything needed when it comes to their residents. Some of the staff that work there have been there for 5, 10 or even 20 years... That is NOT something you see in this industry. I think it is a true testament to the passion each staff member has in providing exceptional care for seniors. It's very possible I will need to find a senior living community for my mom, and Broodale Derby will definitely be my #1 choice.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Brookdale Asheboro! The staff here is friendly, professional, and hardworking! Our loved one had two major health issues when we moved him in, and they really worked hard to help him, and now he is back to the point where he can eat on his own and walk with a walker again! It's a nice facility, and they've done a great job taking care of our loved one!

What they have done is really keep me in touch with things that are going on with my loved one. They keep her fed and look after her and they are responsive if she ever needs anything, so they are pretty good.

The staff here is great. They really care about the residents. You can tell. The residents here are also friendly and well taken care of. The facility is always clean and great smelling. If a situation arises, the staff jumps to take care of it right away. We are very pleased.

I was very pleased with all the support for my father-in-law and my family from Brookdale Galleria. From the tour to move in day, Kendal made us feel comfortable and made the decision to move Bob to Brookdale easy. The Assisted Living Staff and the office staff were all extremely professional. During the past 20 years I have had love one's in eight different facilities. I have not seen the genuine caring for the elderly that I saw at Brookdale. I would not hesitate to recommend Brookdale in the future.

I like the activities at Brookdale Wornall Place. I would like to be able to on more outings like to sporting events or movie theaters. I know they show movies here but would like to be able to go to an actual theater. So far so good here.

We have had nothing but exceptional care at Brookdale Burlington and compared to two other places we have been in, my loved one is much happier here. I really do not have any complaints about the facility.
