Brookdale

Both my parents had broken bones at the same time, so it was the right place for them at the right time for recovery. Overall they are doing a good job for what we wanted them to do. They aren't going to stay when they get better, because the monthly cost doubled, which was unforeseen. Just a little bit disappointed in the pricing.

They do a good job keeping everything clean and taking care of everything. I think their time responding to a patient could be a little bit better; the response time could be quicker. For my aunt's personal situation, because she is immobile, they won't take her on the bus, so I wish that was different.

Brookdale North Euclid was very good. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and friendly. They gave an excellent tour and were very informative. I am very impressed with Linda in particular. I think it is a very good place.

The support staff at Brookdale San Ramon is much better than a lot of places. The staff has been there a good while and they are very professional and good at what they do. I have had experience with a number of places like this, and the staff at this one is better than most.

I think they have done everything very well and I could not possibly comment on anything that they could improve upon. She is happy there. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and they staff greets you by name.

I would have loved it, I was very impressed with them. They people there are just wonderful. I had a good feeling when dealing with them and all of that was positive. If we can ever get things straightened out on our end this is somewhere we would love to go.

So far so good. Mom's loving it. No major complaints at all, she doesn't like the scrambled eggs. She is having a blast, she is making friends, and playing bingo. The people are friendly, she likes the staff. We chose them because it was lovely, and it was close to my home. It was pretty similar in price to the others we looked at, they are all expensive, and this is no more so than others.

I like that it is a small facility. My father is not very social, he prefers to sit in his room and not go to activities and they respect that. I think they try very hard to include him, but he is resistant. The only concern that I have is that there are very quick, very major staff changes. It was explained to me that this is a small facility and that people who do well will be promoted to a bigger facility. However, I think there is something to be said about continuity.

At Brookdale Urbana the billing process as far as invoices has been really messed up. Other than that everything is good at this facility. The just need to fix the billing. The facility is clean. The staff are friendly. It's overall been a good experience.

Although my loved one has only been here a short time our experience has been a very good one, so far! The facility is clean and well kept, and the place just has a warm homey feel. The food is good, and the dining room is well decorated and pleasant. I also like that they'll take the residents out on field trips and seasonal events!

It has been an excellent in every way shape or form. The customer service, the food, the employees and the residents are wonderful. I would love the opportunity to direct more people to this facility. My client really enjoys every aspect of this community.

Seemed like a lovely community! Only wish they could provide care even as dementia progresses, but they said in those cases the patient is usually moved to a different facility. That was the only draw back though. Cute floor plans and nice court yard! Even had some pets around!

I have been really pleased with High Point Place. The staff are friendly. The facility is nice and clean. They have plenty of activities. I have no complaints about this facility. My mother is very happy there.

The experience has been wonderful. It was traumatic, because both my parents had to go in on the same day. They have been the kindest, purest people to my parents. They made them feel welcomed and I couldn't be happier. i really value that place.

My dad really likes it over there and he likes the fact that he gets three hot meals a day and gets to talk to interesting people. The people that are there take time to listen to him, but they never make him feel like they don't have time for him.

So far it has been a fairly good experience. It only took my mom a couple weeks to adjust. They are really friendly and pretty helpful. I have noticed the house keeping lacks a little bit, but other than that it has been fairly good.

Emeritus at Pine Park is a great place. It has good food. They have good communication. The service is great there. It is perfect all the way around. I am very pleased with this facility. I have no complaints.

My uncle is doing reasonably well at Clare Bridge of Hamptom Cove. He is further back from the dining room than preferred. He has dementia and is having trouble finding his way around. The facility people have been courteous. They seem to be be taking good care of him.

Just the way that all of the staff members over at Wynwood at Forsgate have been taking care of my mother has just been very good. I would have to give them a five-star rating for all of the categories.

The billing at Brookdale Carrollton is inconsistent. I think that it might be a corporate office kind of issue though. I want to say that all the staff members really care about the residents that are living there.
