The entire staff is amazing. They truly care about their residents and it shows. The facility is beautiful and well maintained.

The person at the front desk had stepped out when I arrived. I could see into the dining room, one of the workers noticed me and came around to see what I needed. I told her who I was to see and she took me to her office. Very impressed. The marketing director really listened to my concerns about my mom. When I mentioned UTIs, she said she'd had a resident come from another place where she was always getting UTIs, when she was at Brookdale Asheboro, she didn't get a single one! On my tour, I learned that the activities director finds what the residents are interested in and uses their interests as a guide for planning activities. I was pleased to see her sitting with the residents and interacting with them. I also learned that they not only care for the physical well-being, but also the spiritual and social well-being of the residents. They seem to truly care about people.

This is a really nice facility. Newly remodeled with lots of very nice activity areas and dining room. The residents all appeared to be very happy and content.

This facility is just great. special shout out for [name removed]who works for brookdale. while we were not able to move my dad in before he passed, she really went out of her way with support and assistance with everything we needed, for a long period of time. she helped me thru a difficult process, and I liked this community very much. you can just sit back and watch the love in that facility. my great aunt lived there years ago, and it’s even better now.

Wonderful place. Clean, bright, well laid out. Staff was happy and helpful. Rooms were roomy, bathrooms roomy. Highly recommend.

Extremely nice facility with a very knowledgeable individual conducting the tour. This is being considered for my mother. The pricing info you provided was incorrect. Initial fee is one month's rent in lieu of $1500 and the rent begins @ $4545, not $4250 as quoted.

We visited this community when we were preparing to bring our parents to Amorello. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to walk into the community and be welcomed by their staff. Everyone was so helpful from the maintenance director all the way to the ED. Staff members stopped us in the hall to say hello and tell us a little bit about being an employee for Brookdale/Sleepy Hollow. We were invited to Stay for lunch which to me says a lot about their confidence in the food that is provided for the residents and it was very good. Definitely not the type of food you get at most elder care facilities. We were extremely impressed with the things that we saw and heard about this community. The residents were actually busy doing things and the memory care program that we were able to see looked like a breath of fresh air from manyi that we saw in town. As we get closer to approaching this process of transition for her parents we are assured that there is a good place for our loved ones and we will be coming back to Brookdale/Sleepy Hollow.

Everyone took good care of my grandmother. She lived well into her 90s and that is because of these people. The love they had for her was very obvious with each visit we made. Thank you.

I had my father stay at Brookdale, Apache Junction for a year and thought I might do better elsewhere. I was wrong and tried three other facilities in the search for a better deal to be blunt. With all of the moving and readjusting involved, I now realize it would have been best to stay with my original choice, Brookdale Apache junction. The wide array of available activities and food choices along with the sense of independence makes it the perfect choice. Hind sight is 20/20 and I wish I would have known what I know now.

Really want to stay North or NW. Only one of my friends lives there. Will speak about visit. They are willing to quote $153/wk. plus move my storage. Scheduled visit for [date removed]. They also said they would move my storage. [Date removed] visit went very well. It is smaller than Regency, very clean, no smells! Everyone is friendly and based on info about myself I was given a Pioneer Women cookbook. Ate lunch with them which was very good and the women I ate with were very personable. I liked the smaller of the studio apartments which has a separation of living space and bedroom. Each room has a shower in the bathroom! Also a kitchenette with microwave and dorm size refrigerator.

I loved this property! It was beautiful and clean. The residence were happy to be there and reported that the food was delicious! I especially liked the size of the apartments. They seemed more like home than most facilities that I have toured. The staff was friendly, informative, and welcoming. They even gave me some fresh baked cookies as I was leaving. They were delicious! The only negative was that it was a little more expensive. I guess you get what you pay for!

We really liked this facility, and consider it a top contender. It was clean and very inviting! The grounds were beautiful! [Name removed] was delightful and spent a good deal of time with us answering questions and showing us the property. The only negative was that it is a little further from my house than some others we toured.

I can't say enough of good things about Brookdale Sandy Springs. My first cousin, Hope really enjoys being there. She has actually blossomed and enjoys the activities and the interaction of the other residents.

This was a difficult transition for my mother from a home she had lived in for nearly 40 years. The patient and caring staff has made all the difference, as my Mom has gone from not wanting to leave her room to going down for every meal and meeting her neighbors. The extra help my Mom receives when showering and even going to the bathroom means so much to me, my sister and my brother. We cannot provide this type of care for our Mom 24/7, which she needs. But Brookdale can and does every day. We also appreciate the way the staff goes out of their way to introduce themselves to us and inform us on what my Mom did during the day or evening. It is comforting to know that our Mom is well-taken care of each and every day.

My dad has late stage Alzheimer's. Everyone there is so respectful and caring. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They have amazing patience with patients.

Wonderful facility. They keep all residents engaged and active. Food is better than most facilities. Care is excellent. Medical staff is attentive. I have not encountered a single employee who is not well suited to the unique needs of the residents. I highly recommend Brookdale to anyone in need of memory care or dementia care services.
