Brookdale

My father lives here. He moved in using a wheelchair 3 years ago. He now dances with me when I attend happy hour with him. They offer an excellent variety of activities. The staff is loving and caring. We are very pleased we chose Brookdale Chambrel.

We came away from our tour highly impressed with the mission of Brookdale Centennial Park around their patient care. [Name removed] was very professional and thorough in identifying and addressing my mother’s needs.

My father lived here. He is very happy. He feels like he is living in a 5 star hotel. The wait staff are wonderful. Activities are great. The nursing staff exceptional. We are very happy with out father's care.

Real nice place. Seemed to be intensive to the seniors they are caring for. Learned allot out the things Brookdale has in place to set them apart. Worth a visit for sure.

Brookdale Arbor Place is the retirement place to be. It is in a wooded setting with lots of safe places to walk. Banks, drug stores, and many other business are with in walking distance. A large medical clinic is at the end of our parking lot. We have a spacious two bedroom apartment with a never tiring view. The staff is great with many feeling like family. They do our laundry, clean our apartment weekly and are always ready to attend to your personal and medical needs. They take you shopping,to the doctor and have a lot of daily activities 7 days a week. Three meals are prepared by a top chief, [name removed] and his team, the food is great. Check out Brookdale Arbor Place when the time come's to move. A Happy Resident.

My name is [name removed]. My husband ([name removed]) and I came to Brookdale Troy on [date removed]. We loved our apartment. [Name removed] passed away on [date removed]. I still live in Brookdale Troy. This is a really nice place. They take good care of us here. Very clean, and the food is good.

Mysister and I visit and was very impressed. It had a friendly environment and I knew about four residents that was there. My sister felt the friendliness and warmth of the place. The staff and residents was awesome. Was delighted we went, this is where my sister want to be.

Beautiful community! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Lots of activities for residents. Clean and homey. Just can’t afford it.

I love living here. Everyone is helpful and try to make us happy. Our house cleaner does a great job every day. Our activities are nice and we go out to places frequently. We even have a dog to keep us company. I especially like that the bosses listen to what we want.

5-Brookdale Assisted Living in Brighton, MI is lovely. I was there for a recent open house and then to play the piano for the residents. I could tell the level of interest from those who came for the open house was very high. The chef had an amazing spread of appetizers ready as they came in the door. Excitement was in the air. While I was playing the piano, several residents came by and either sang along with the music, sat and read a book or enjoyed relaxing with their spouse. I would highly recommend taking a good look at this beautiful and friendly facility.

To date we have been nothing but impressed with the care mom has received!

I like the activities, I feel comfortable, I like the way they pick me up and bring me back to my home. I love the doggie

I looked at 5 places before I chose this one. I liked the people here much better than the people at the other places as it turns out my instincts were right

Best move even for mom. She was at [removed] down the street and the move to Brookdale included more room to walk mom outside. Better care giver ratio. Food is way better, access to admin staff so easy and grateful to talk to. Nearly impossible at Sunrise. In other words, every aspect at Brookdale is better which also includes their help in all insurance aspects. Could go further please look at Brookdale it will make your mind up for you.

I have lived here for 4 1/2 years. I am enjoy my life here. There is a lot of activities to enjoy (as much as you want to do or as little as you like). The food is plentiful and good and there is more activities than you can possibly partake in. The staff is wonderful, especially the activities Dept. and the Health and Wellness Dept.

The facility itself was clean and well maintained. The residents all were have, involved with the various activities that were being provided during the time (about 2 hrs) that we were there. We didn't stay for a meal but were invited and the staff that we met, including the medical personnel appeared competent and concerned with the residents. They spoke to most of those we saw, calling them by their names. The pricing seems to be the best fit from those that we visited today and obtained information from last Friday. The facility is always kept locked and residents have to sign out and be escorted through the secured doors when leaving, if the resident is authorized to leave the facility. All of the suites are on a single floor and there are two studio suites currently available. We were told that mom would be able to keep her current medical team and that I could continue to manage her medications. They would provide transportation to her medical appoints if we desired to use it. The facility is located on the northeast side of Colorado Springs and about a 7 to 10 minute drive away. So very convenient for all the members of our family for visiting. are on a single level.

I was made aware of Brookdale in Topeka thru A Place for Mom. They provided me with 3 possible memory care facilities in Topeka. I chose Brookdale since their entire facility is nothing but Memory Care. My husband is 81 and we have been together for 30 years. The transition was very painful and he has had some issues adjusting, not because of the facility but because of his anger issues. Brookdale has been amazing, they worked with us and now because of their patience and guidance my husbands medication is on track and he has settled in wonderfully. I truly can not say enough great things about Brookdale and their staff. Mind you I am fully aware that no place is perfect, but for us this is as close to perfect as we could have hoped for. Thanks Brookdale and thanks A Place for Mom for sharing the information regarding this facility with me.

Brookdale Eden Estates has been great for my Dad. He is pretty much independent (at age 92) as much as he can. The staff have been very kind to him and he feels like he belongs. My father has made several friends. The Veterans sit together for meals. One buddy for pool table. A lady that he enjoys working on puzzles together. The facility has activities for families to come and enjoy with their loved one. One activity was fun for his grand-daughter and his 3 great-grand children. The 5 year old enjoyed the dunk tank and all the kids enjoyed the snow cones (of course-sugar). He just move from California to Texas in May, 2018. Having live his entire life in Los Angeles, CA I was concerned as to depression and being overwhelmed. First few months living with me I could see what kind of a facility we needed to be looking for. I am glad we found Eden Estates. I haven't seen my Dad as happy as he is today. Thank You from a grateful Daughter.
