Brookdale

Everytime you visit Brookdale Hamilton you will be greeted with smiles and hellos at the front desk. The staff is caring, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable in their respective jobs. Upon enrollment, a personal care plan is set in place according to his/her needs. Each day is filled with activities that incorporate physical, mental, social and spiritual needs. Also, residents are treated to a well-balanced meal plan in a dining room setting. Family members are kept well-informed on a monthly basis via newsletter and calendar. Mom tells me all the time how much she enjoys living here and that's why I'm glad I chose Brookdale Hamilton!

Wonderful place! Staff really care and give so much love to the residents. A lot of activities, rooms are big, food is good! I highly recommend it!

The family dining area for special occasions is very nice. The facility is clean ...Staff is friendly and helpful They check on guests periodically throught the day and night to insure residents are well and if they need anything... While Brookdale is a higher end healthcare facility they are very professional and caring

Wow! Really impressive! Beautiful, friendly and seems to be very well managed. Chatted with a couple residents while in the lobby area and they all had positive comments.

There is no doubr that living here is a treasure for all seniors. When you enter our lobby and visit the serenity which abounds, peace is immediately in your soul. The pressures of the world disappear and you can look forward to "aging in peace" for the rest of your life. Our gracious staff is outstanding - the "paradise" we never thought we could call "home."

I also have friends living here. All the employees and residents are so very friendly, helpful, and welcoming!

Place for mom recommended this community and we cant wait to move our parents in. Unique and innovative approach to caring for the senior population. Smaller community that feels like your own home. We especially liked the outdoor lanai and courtyard cause our parents love the outdoors and they can be in a safe environment, be independent and still receive the help they need. A+

We had to find a place for our mother who is 96 years old. Brookdale-Muirfield fit our needs. She has been there for 3 months now. Cost, care, friendliness, food, cleanliness, activities, staff....all wonderful. Can't say enough on how well they treat the patients and this was important to us. Our mother loves it there. Their care is ala carte so she is only paying for what she needs. We would certainly recommend Brookdale-Muirfield to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Very nice facility, clean and homey. Dining room is lovely and chef is committed to fulfilling resident’s wishes. Unfortunately the outside spaces are very small, both in the back and front of the building. Would loved to have seen more green space or a view, not a parking lot.

My parents both moved into Brookdale Gardens about 3 weeks ago and they love it! My mom has dementia and she is making friends, participating in activities and is truly thriving in her new home. She loves the attention that this small environment gives her. We chose Brookdale due to its small size and the fact that they have memory care available when she needs it. My dad can stay in the assisted living section when the time comes and they can still be together in the same building. The staff there is wonderful! The administration, nurses, and caregivers are kind, caring people. They keep me informed: good or bad! My dad was recently admitted to the hospital and they took such good care of my mom while he was hospitalized. My Dad likes that he can talk with other veterans and have a break from the constant care my mom needs. Although it was a difficult decision to move them from our home, it was the best decision for everyone. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone who needs assisted living or memory care. The price is fair and the care is above and beyond our expectations.

Mom was welcomed and hugged by all as if they were old friends. The Staff provided the extra support for Mom with the transition to her new home. Everyone is very friendly when I stop to visit. Mom seems to be kept busy during the day which is what she needs. My family liked the layout and size of Brookdale small, cozy, and everything is on one floor. Very pleased with the service of Blue Stone medical team. My family is very pleased to know that Mom will be able to stay at Brookdale til end of life.

Great place to live

I have been sick with double pneumonia. They brought me back. Employees are helpful and kind.

They were amazing. My mom was only there for a short period before she passed. She was in memory care and they were very attentive. They really tried to get her engaged and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend this facility! DEBBIE R was wonderful as we moved mom into the facility and was always available. Debi the nurse, Kristy the business manager and Mary Lou the site director were excellent managing the day to day communication and care. Highly recommend!!

Brookdale Oro Valley has been the best decision I could have made for my husband. I am an RN by profession, and was well aware of the types of facilities I would have to choose from. Cost factors were very similar across the board, so my decision could not be solely based on that. What struck me immediately at Brookdale Oro Valley was that EVERY staff member along my tour stopped to greet me and introduce themselves. The Admissions coordinator, after discussion about my husband’s needs, asked me what I needed! I had never considered what I needed out of this decision, and it made me cry - that they would be concerned about me as well. Since Brookdale Oro Valley is strictly for those with dementia or Alzheimer’s, the entire staff is well versed in the art of distraction and redirection, which my husband needs a lot of! Since my husband has become a resident of Brookdale, he has been given “jobs “ to do, which has helped him to feel useful and fulfilled throughout the day. When I ask him, “how are you today?” He immediately answers, “happy!” I truly could not ask for more! Thank You to the entire team at Brookdale Oro Valley. I know I made the right choice!
