Spoke with [name removed], this place seems really really nice. ALL MEMORY CARE. They do allow smoking for an extra charge b/c cigarette needs to be locked up. Mom would need to ask for one and then a nurse would take her outside and light for her. This might be true at all places come to think of it, as they do not want residents to smoke in their rooms. Something to think of when making final decision. This place is ALL MEMORY CARE. Close to [name removed] work and our house.

The staff at this community is very friendly and courteous. They seem to be genuinely concerned about my mother's well being and that she stay active. The facility is small enough to stay friendly but large enough to give variety. My mother says the food is good and they serve early meals. The staff is genuine and make her feel right at home.

I treated this search process like buying a house and I really felt at home at Brookdale Stuart They have a good higher level of care and the staff treats my mom with care and respect. I chose Brookdale Stuart because it left me with the best feeling overall. I felt a connection and home like feeling to this community over the other places I toured. They really relate to each resident as an individual.

They have very caring staff and the facility is nice. They made the move in process very easy. They are very friendly and they really went overboard to help us. I love how the staff introduced themselves to us. Even though they were a little more expensive, the location was close to us, and the building is beautiful. We were really familiar with the community as well over the years. They are proactive with the involvement with the new resident that move in, which was nice.

What an amazing place for my mother-in-law! You have been so very accommodating and understanding of her specific needs. She is living with cancer and has such a positive interaction with all the staff and many of the residents, making new friends, etc. You all have bent over backwards to help her through her ups and downs, her sometimes anxious nights and days. It doesn't matter - you are all, always there to help her get through. And you care about us as a family as well. Thank you so very much!!

My 90-year-old mother lives in Springmeadows. I am so grateful that she is in the loving care of Springmeadows, especially during this difficult time. The kindness and patience they show my mom is exceptional!! I feel at ease knowing she is in the loving care of the wonderful staff!

Put in a position to make a quick decision for my loved one, the staff at Springmeadows guided me with care and confidence through the steps of masking this life-altering transition as easy as possible. Now that my family member has been part of the Springmeadows community for many months I can look back and know that I made the right choice. The kindness and support of all the staff and management has made our "new normal" a very happy one. Safety, happiness, friends, fun activities and a loving environment is Springmeadows.

My mother-in-law has been a resident of Brookdale Springmeadows for four years. She is able to travel to see her daughters in Denver but is always so happy to return to her "home" at Brookdale. The fact that she considers herself "home" means so much to us. Her son and I live just a few blocks away. I frequently walk into Brookdale at all times of the day/week. The atmosphere is always cheerful and welcoming. I observe kindness, patience, and understanding from all levels of the staff. I hear laughter and loving conversations between the residents and the dedicated staff. The nursing staff is very attentive and professional in contacting us when there is a concern. The director and staff are currently doing an outstanding job of being proactive in keeping all residents safe and healthy during the Coronavirus threat in Bozeman without hesitation. I highly recommend Brookdale Springmeadows!

Having my mother at Brookdale in Bozeman is as close to being w/ family as I can hope for. The administrators and staff are friendly, competent, and go the extra mile to provide the best care possible. The many activities keep her active and engaged. I feel fortunate our family found this senior facility that puts its residents first.

The community is clean. The staff is all very friendly. The activities are good but could use improvement. The food is great. Definitely a good value for the price.

The staff is very careful with cleaning the community. When using the dinning room for example, they strip down all the tables and clean them before the next person is seated. All the common areas are always clean as well. The girl that cleans my room is phenomenal and cleans things on her own that normally you would have to ask for. Because the community is on lock down as the result of the Covid-19 pandemic, they have done a good job with taking extra precautions to make sure everyone remains safe. Previous to the community lock down, they had a good variety of activities available for the residents. Every Friday night, they would bring in outside entertainment for us to gather and listen to and would host happy hour every night. Before I moved in, I looked at all the communities in the Jacksonville area and we chose this one because of the price, cleanliness, and the whole package.

The staff here are exemplary. They go to the utmost extreme to make us comfortable. The food is palatable Thanks to a very caring leadership the lockdown is very difficult to bear, but we realize it's for our own safety. Having lived in another Brookdale facility, we feel we are extremely qualified to make these observations. [Name removed] is worth his weight in gold. Don't lose him!! Also [name removed].

I am so very thankful for them taking our vitals twice a day during this Covid-19 pandemic. They truly care for all of us. They have kept us in our apartments so we are away from any infection. This is a great deal of extra work for them as they bring us all 3 meals a day, request for lunch and dinner, and our mail and packages too! They all wear masks and they provide us all with masks as well. They make my day with their smiling eyes and seem happy to be seeing us. I am so thankful that I am here with such wonderful and kind employees and Director too.

I have been here for two years. Age 91 fairly good health. It was hard at first — the dining room scheduled times (in poor hearing), but it didn't take long to see how lucky we are to have this time with others — great menus, waiters/esses, kitchen staff. I love the independence that I have here, and grateful to a staff who takes care of our different likes and needs, and also, "where everyone knows your name."

They are a excellent facility. The are a smaller place which is good. They have more one on one care and family like interaction with the residents. The food is awesome, all homemade. Room sizes are average, layout is good. Staff is great and very caring.

I appreciate what the staff has done to keep me here.

[Name removed] and her entire staff have done an excellent job during this very difficult time. (COVID-19) They have made our lives here so much greater. Every employee has shown the residents here caring, love, respect, loyalty. All who work here are A+.

It is a smaller community. The staff has treated us like family. I feel comfortable with my mom at Brookdale. They just remodeled the my moms building, it is great. The food is good. They take good care of my mom. I looked at 10 places before I placed my mom at Brookdale.

Excellent leadership, competent staff, great food, compatible residents, convenient location, variety of activities, exceptional director, attractive facility - to impress friends and relatives who come to visit.

One of the best decisions I have ever made is when we moved to Brookdale. The management and staff are superb. The kitchen crew takes very good care of us and the food is delicious. My husband and I are very happy here! PS: As an interior designer, the room sizes are more than adequate.
