Brookdale

Dining Room staff is Great. Recreation Director gives us lots of things to do and lots of laughs, Maintenance is very attentive. Office staff listens to comments and tries to help. Director is available to answer questions and visits with the residents.

I currently live at Chambrel Roswell. There is no way I can describe my appreciation for the work I see the activities department carry out each day. [name removed] is magnificent. Her ability to remember names, health status and desires of all she serves is exceptional. I look forward to meal times with my friends. Great place to live!

All the employees from housekeeping, maintenance, dining and all the staff are the best at taking excellent care of the residents. They know our names, they are friendly and professional, and helpful. They are the best!!

I enjoy living @ Chambrel. Employees seem to really care for our happiness and well-being. Food is good. Protection from virus recognized and appreciated.

An amazing staff who work very hard to keep us happy and as busy as we want to be with activities. I couldn't ask for more to make me comfortable.

They provide of wide variety of supports. The caregivers are very friendly and they seem to genuinely care about my mom. We chose this community because offered the three levels of programming which was more a cognitive appropriate setting for her and they offered what she needed, The location is close to family. I would recommend this community to other families.

The best decision I made. Mom was depressed and lonely at home and needed extra care. Brookdale stepped right up! They are not staff, they are family ??. Anytime I show up, everyone is so kind, the residents are cared for and the center /home is immaculate. Mom is busy all day with all the different activities and sometimes doesn’t have time to talk to me! LOL. If you are thinking of assisted living for a loved one, just visit and sign on with Brookdale Port Orange!!

They are extremely caring. They work very well with the residents families. We like it better than the last place she was in. I would highly recommend it to others. The food is good. The layout is good. I wish the room size was a little bigger. My Mother in law is in memory care so I understand why they have smaller room sizes.

My husband has been in Brookdale for two years and I have yet to have a complaint. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is friendly and available if I have a question or just need to talk. On top of everything else the food is very good and served in a pleasant way. My husband is able to take his walks in the lovely grounds and participate in the many activities. During this pandemic the staff has gone out of their way to be available for phone calls and the director sends out weekly messages to keep families informed. I just can't say enough about the care and comfort I have knowing my husband is getting excellent care. Thank you to all the staff.

The staff were was a very caring . They went out of their way to include her in all of the activities. The food was really good. We chose this community because we were very familiar with it. The caregivers were excellent and went out of their way to take care of everyone. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

This place is supherb. Prior to covid-19 I was going to visit my father every few days. The place is the cleanest around, no lingering oders. We looked at 4 places and this was the only facility on 1 floor. So dad could get to the dining room without an elevator. It was also the best equipped handicap bathrooms with walk-in showers. At 91, dad still showered daily. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

I would give the staff a ten, they are wonderful. I can't even imagine anywhere else that would be more a positive place. The way they received my wife and made her feel a part of the community, She is happy there. Since COVID-19, they send me pictures, and when I call, there is great communication. Each case is going to be different, but for me and my wife. they are absolutely wonderful.

The community is very clean and we have never visited and seen any mess or smelled any odor. My mother's room is always clean as well. They do have activities available for the residents to participate in and they are pretty good. We do feel Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard is a good value for the price.

My mother is quite content here especially with the nurses. The staff at Brookdale is excellent and are all very friendly. The activities director at Brookdale is one of the best parts of the community! While expensive, we do think it is worth the price at Brookdale West Melbourne and it is a good value.

I can’t say enough about this facility. Our family members live in different places and unable to commit to care for our mother full time. We were concerned how mom would feel in a strange new environment. She thrived shortly after she arrived. They provide a variety of activities . Keeping her engaged and social. Giving her a purpose and a reason to get up. She maintains her independence with the security of knowing she is looked after. It’s absolutely beautiful Inside . The grounds are well kept and colorful. We are very grateful she feels At Home here. She adores the staff and they adore her. We couldn’t be more pleased with moms experience at Brookdale.

Previously, the community has been very clean. The staff is very friendly. Most of the time, the care that they are providing is pretty good. They do offer activities for the residents and we have gone with my mother to several of them and they have been very good. Compared to other communities for what we get, we do think Brookdale Latrobe is reasonably priced.

Brookdale is very caring. They are very one on one on each residents needs. My mom went in very unhappy and they really worked with her to be involved and active. It is a small community each staff member has special talents and they all relate well with the residents. My mom has just flourished, she is more active now then she was 20 years ago. I would highly recommend them. They have done a good job during Covid-19 keeping the families informed about their loved ones.

My Dad is happy there. I have already referred to friends. It is hard being quarantined but he is adjusting. The room sizes are good. My dad is in a studio, it is a good fit for him. They have outside space for the residents to use. I would like to see a walkway around the courtyard.

Brookdale Auburn is a good place. The food was very good. The room sizes and layout of the community was good. They have an outdoor space for residents to use. The staff was always very helpful. We were happy with the experience.

The community is always clean. My father is here and I know they have regular housekeeping staff that comes once a week to clean, vacuum, do laundry, and change the bed. Everything is always spotless. In addition to that, during the Covid-19 pandemic, they have done a wonderful job protecting the residents. We have been very happy to have my father here at Brookdale Southside. The normal care is great, but in addition to that, you can pay for additional care, which is very high quality as well. The activities are also normally great, however they are limited during the community lock down. They have get together's for birthdays, community-involved events, movie nights, and live entertainment. They also normally have regular trips to the grocery store or to other places in town. They really make an effort to keep the residents active and engaged. Given the care and other services that they offer, we do feel Brookdale Southside is a good value for the price.
