Brookdale

Since being widowed I could not find a more caring, loving or kinder place to live. My apartment is ideal. The staff is always ready to help and the service people are always available for your needs. Our entertainment group keep us busy with exercises, games, parties and brain work. We have a great dining group of servers and our food is tasty and good selections. Cleaning and maintenance are the best.

In 2017, as I began to think of downsizing, never once did I consider looking beyond the well established facility of Brookdale/Chambrel. I had visited here on numerous occasions as the privileged guest of friends, who were celebrating special events in their lives. So, I was able to experience on a personal level the loving 'feeling' of family. To note the quality of service provided, and observe the friendliness and efficiency of staff. My life has been enriched from the variety of events and activities available and friendships shared with other residents and staff members. I thank my God for these wonderful Blessings!

When I decided to "downsize," Brookdale/Chambrel was my first choice. This organization provides the best there is for adult living. It is managed by a very professional, compassionate, caring and giving staff. Their accessibility and effort to keep all of us healthy and happy is without equal. We are treated as "family." Creative and fun activities are presented by a dedicated team with incredible energy. Our dining facility is staffed with a top-notch chef who provides marvelous food; our Physical Therapy is staffed with a knowledgeable, articulate and professional staff; our maintenance staff is quick, professional and able to repair, replace change bulbs or whatever is needed to make us comfortable. It is a privilege to live here and I love my life here. My decision to move to Brookdale/Chambrel was one of the better moves I have ever made.

I would recommend Brookdale to others. I really love the apartments. My mom likes the food. The layout of the community is good. They have outdoor space. Unfortunately, there is no way to get into her courtyard for window visits.

I am extremely satisfied with Brookdale. Feel like a princess, as the treatment I receive goes above and beyond. The staff is great! Never before have I been treated so well. They are so concerned about our staying healthy. In other words, they keep a sharp eye on the residents. And the food is so good. I am so happy to be living here.

I have lived in Brookdale for 5 months and the management and staff have far succeeded my expectations. The many policies and procedures implemented to protect residents against COVID-19 are outstanding. All of the management and staff are cordial and more than willing to assist when required. We have lived here six months and it has been great. We have not been able to leave the property since [date removed] but the people who work here have made it possible to accept. The people who deliver our food, clean our apartments, man the front desk are great. Would name names but there is not room to put them all. Love every one of them. GREAT PLACE.

All staff members at Brookdale Apache Junction are friendly and helpful while serving all of our needs. In spite of the COVID-19 outbreak the kitchen and dining staff have been especially dedicated. The kitchen staff continues to prepare our meals in the kitchen heat while wearing face masks. The dining room staff delivers three meals daily to our rooms in face masks while continuing to have a friendly attitude. All of this to maintain our safety. For this we are all grateful.

There have been many changes during these seven months that Brookdale has been my new home. In pre-COVID days there were activities and entertainment and dining in the dining room. Our staff has been pro-active, thoughtful, and earnest as changes have been made, all with the intention of keeping us safe from this vicious virus that is changing all of our lives wherever we live. As everyone at Brookdale is working to accomplish a safe environment, it's being done with the intention of keeping us comfortable and happy. What hasn't changed during these challenging times is a warm, happy atmosphere. It's obvious that everyone enjoys working here and is sharing responsibilities with the common goal of making life as pleasant as possible. They are succeeding!

I am happy here at Brookdale. The whole staff of employees here are just great. Every one of them are friendly and I will say helpful in all ways. I am very pleased with all of the residents and especially the whole employee group. Usually, we have many activities going on right now but to COVID-19 things are at a standstill. Sure do miss all fo the fun things.

Wow! What a beautiful and well-maintained community. I toured this community for my mom. I loved how friendly everyone was and you could tell the residents are well taken care of and happy. Unfortunately, my mom chose to move out of state to be near my brother. If she didn't move we would have picked this community for her. Keep up the great work!

I have been a resident for over 6 years. Neither my wife nor I have ever regretted selecting Brookdale Chambrel as our senior living community. The meals are great - our dining services director [name removed] makes sure we have great meals and variety to select from.

Fantastic place to live, facilities have many great amenities. Management and staff are excellent. Food is great and activities are very enjoyable. We looked at a lot of facilities in this area and are very happy we selected Brookdale Chambrel.

I think the community is a joy to live in. The staff, kitchen run beautifully and everyone is accommodating. The director is remarkable. He is friendly, an excellent communicator, efficient and involved.

As a minority, I have been accepted by staff and residents, Programs were excellent before the virus. Now we exist as best as possible. Wait staff is excellent

Very nice place to live

As a 102 year old senior I consider myself very well cared for. Our dining services are superb! We have a wonderful selection of foods to choose from. The staff treats us so very well and always with a smile. We are blessed with a great activities team who help us to stay active.

Staff from maintenance, house keepers, administral and dining do an excellent job and work so hard to keep us so happy.
