Brookdale

[name removed] did an excellent job explaining everything to me. We did a virtual tour so I could see what the area and a room looks like. We discussed room rates and all other financial needs. Over all Brookdale looks to be a wonderful place .

My favorite part of this facility is the excellent care provided and the friendliness of the staff.I have only eaten here once and the food was average, though they did have a good variety for the meals. They have a wide selection of room sizes, my mom has a one bedroom apartment and it is very comfortable.

Staff is wonderful they are very caring. The care services they provide are excellent. The activities provide to the residents vary from exercising to doing puzzles, they even have a resident who teaches sign language twice a week. They have a great activities director. This community has a very warm and inviting feel to it, even pets are welcomed. It is very well kept, it looks great on the inside as well as very organized. We feel very fortune to have this place, the staff has handled the pandemic in such an excellent way. They have great communication whether it comes from the staff or the CEO. They keep us very informed on a day to day basis.

I chose this community because of location, my house was about 1/2 a mile from here so it feels like i'm back at home. My favorite part about this community is the staff and the cleanliness. The food here is great, they always have two featured entrees for each meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They will also give you a second serving of anything you like. The room size is great for everything I wanted to bring here from my home.

It is a clean environment. The staff seems to care about the residents. It is cost-effective. it has a great location. The food was better when it was served in the dining room. The room sizes and layout of the community is very good.

I love it here! They cater to my special diet needs, they have plenty of activities and exercises. The management is excellent.

I feel loved and safe. For my birthday management made me feel very special, I was able to see my family through the virtual visit. I got balloons, cupcakes and special shirt that said Best Dad. My family loved it.

From when I walked in 2.5 years ago, I fell in love with Brookdale. This has been my home for that long. I am an Ambassador also and love all the people I get to see. This is truly A+++!

I am happy I can have Coca-Cola (dog here). Care managers have been very kind. I'm very happy they take us shopping to Walmart and I'm looking forward to bringing it back. I get very good care. When I get sick the nurses check on me. I feel safe.

I love that I don't have to cook. I love the activities. The staff is very helpful. I have befriended other residents and enjoy their company. I love it here.

A really comfortable place to live. The care staff are so helpful and willing to assist.

Excellent staff. Very supportive. Many activities. It feels like "home." There are other residents that have similar interests that we have many opportunities to participate with.

Activities they provided before COVID were bingo, exercising, movie nights, wine nights, They would go on trips and sight see, as well as shopping. They would get their nails done, and do arts and crafts. The upstairs had pool tables.. The food was been good for the most part. My mom has a large living room, kitchen area, and walk in closet. The staff was very friendly which stood out to us most.

It is very accessible. It is a nice place. It is clean. The other residents are nice. The room size and layout of the community were good. They have different floor plans for people to choose from. They have a lot of nice outdoor space.

Staff is extremely friendly, the value of this community is great compared to where my mom was. This staff has done excellent. We chose this facility because it was a bright facility, they had a great look. The location was great. Mom says someday she likes the food and others days doesn't. We would recommend this to a family or friend

They have always worked well with me and have kept fairly informed. The biggest complaint from my dad is that because he has limited vision he wants people to tell hi things, but he won't ask. He wishes the staff were a lot more proactive in communicating with him. My dad is pretty happy with the food. I would recommend this community to other families.

The staff are super attentive and caring. I absolutely will recommend Reynolda to any of my friends who have a parent in need of their services. They have everything my mother needs and their food is to die for. [name removed] brought me out a sample to try and it was delicious.
