Brookdale

We chose Brookdale because of the convenient location for family, the size and homier feel to it, and everyone was extremely friendly. They do have a variety of room sizes to choose from based on what your loved one needs. The staff seem to go out of their way to make sure that they answered all of our questions and that we had all of the information we needed up front. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one seems to enjoy the community. The staff seem to be helpful. We think this is the best community we have seen during our tours.

We chose Brookdale Conways because it is close to my grandfathers significant other, so the location was good and it was also recommended to us. The room sizes at the facility are pretty standard to others we have seen. I know they try to work with the residents to get suggestions on the food, but my grandfather says the quality of the food is not always great. The administrator is very on top of things and is great with communication, they run a good ship. I would recommend to other families.

I tour the community and was very impressed by the team here. They brought up answers to questions i didn't know i had. While i am still visiting other communities, Brookdale Citrus Heights has made the cut and I will be bringing my mom in so that we can make a decision for the care for my father.

The staff members at Brookdale Broken Arrow are very attentive, straight forward, and just overall great with their care. We have been pleased with our experience here and would recommend them to other families who are looking.

Brookdale was so helpful with the moving process, and have really been good towards our loved one. We think our loved one is starting to like it there, she has made some friends with other ladies and she has almost became their care takers so we think she is finding her purpose again, and making her comfortable. Our only problem we are having right now is with the finances and insurance, but that should be getting straightened out here really soon.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. I really like the community. The food is good and they really keep the community neat and very clean. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We chose Brookdale Garden Grove because we were looking for placement quickly and they were one of the first to reach out. When we checked the facility out we liked what we saw, they seemed more welcoming and they were letting us inside to visit unlike her previous facility. This location did not have a bed in the room, so we did have to furnish it for her. We had the bed and some other things delivered and they actually put the furniture together for us which was very helpful. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and very attentive. The community is kept very neat and clean but i would like to see more activities. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Our loved one was only there for a week so we are not able to give feed back over the meals, and activities. However the staff during that time was very caring towards our loved one and other residents.

After touring this community I feel like this is the community that we should have went with. The community is smaller and I feel like it is what we needed for our loved ones. They took really good care of us.

So far so good. All the staff I've met have been great. They always inform me of any issues, either via phone call or text. I like that it's a smaller community with a homey feel, and less institutional. My loved one says the food is really good, and there's too much of it. They offer a lot of activities, although he's not engaging in a lot of them, but that's not on the community. The cost high but is on par with other communities, and we've had a good experience.

They are very friendly and I have had a very great experience. It is not the most fancy but the service and the staff are great. My loved one is not really interested in the activities and that they are not very targeted towards him. Have a lot of veterans and a men's club that they try to keep the members active with.

We chose Brookdale Green Hills because it just seemed like a place my mom would like. The staff members are extremely friendly and welcoming, the decor is beautiful, and the director of memory care we got along with very well. It does cost more, but it is a nice facility so you get what you pay for. She seems like she is doing very well here and I would highly recommend them to others looking.

We had a great tour at Brookdale Burlington. The people were all very nice, and the facility was very nice. My dad just wanted to be loser to the VA.

The community is very clean and neat, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I toured many communities and Brookdale by far was the best I saw. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

My first impression of Brookdale was that it is great value for the money, and the location is only minutes away from me. It is a superb facility, the sales lady who we met with on our initial tour was very kind and very sweet. Sometimes it did seem like she was not as familiar with the entire operations of the community, but it was still a really good tour and we still chose Brookdale. Our only complaint we have would be its hot in the common areas. We know the elderly get cold much quicker so i am sure it is to their benefit, but it is a little hot when we go to visit.

We had a virtual tour at Brookdale River Road. The rooms were so small and tiny. They had huge hallways though, and an elevator. And the people who led the tour were friendly.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community is corporative and were willing to assist us with our loved one during the short stay. They seemed to be the most accommodating of the needs of my loved one.

I give them top marks across the board. I could never be more grateful for a community like them. They were very, very compassionate. They made you feel like family, and they treated my loved one like family. I loved every one of them. The girls went over and above to care for my loved one. She needed her food to be pureed, and they somehow shaped it to look like what the original food was. Pureed carrots were shaped like a carrot, pureed porkchops were shaped like a porkchop, etc. I just can't say enough good things about Brookdale and the hospice care from Nurses on Wheels. I couldn't have asked for better care for my loved one.
